Great buying experience. I drove about 8 hours to purchase a new Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle and absolutely everything was exactly as promised. Collin was great to work with as a salesperson. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the market and quick to respond to questions. Ross, the finance manager, was simply the best I've ever worked with anywhere, and I'm bought more than my share of new and used vehicles. Only thing I can complain about is the price...but that's the market's fault, not theirs. I am confident I got a fair price for an incredibly scarce vehicle. Thank you for your excellent service!

My service advisor Ray is a very friendly person and kept me informed on my vehicle and repairs through out the day. I was informed of a recall that my Jeep needed and while I was there they noticed it was due for an oil change as well. They are very Thorough with the inspections and had my vehicle returned to me in a timely manner. After arriving to pick up my vehicle I was greeted by the manager David who is also very friendly and great to get along with. I will definitely be bringing my business back to voyles and the outstanding service team they have. Great job guys!!!

Quentin and Ross made the whole process easier. They were able to get my apr lower; when I thought it couldn’t get lower. They were extremely honest and straight forward. Quentin has a realistic view of car sales with the knowledge to back it up. Could not recommend this duo enough.

Jackson and Mitch were outstanding. Mitch made sure I understood all the features on the truck and answered all my questions about financing. They made me feel comfortable with the entire process. Totally customer focused
