live in AZ and purchased my 2003 IS300 from VSTAR. Gino was very responsive from the initial contact through Carfax, until the final delivery of the vehicle to my home. I was not able to inspect or test drive the vehicle in person, but Gino promptly sent me all of the requested pictures and videos. No unreasonable fees were added to the agreed upon purchase price. After purchase, he helped arrange delivery to my home and prepared and provided documents which made Titling and Registration go smoothly. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from VSTAR even if you live out of state.

If you are purchasing from out of state, then I wouldn’t recommend. I had contacted them to request a video of the video of a vehicle and had got no response. I had called back a WEEK later and was told “yeah I just haven’t had the time. I have your information down AND I remember you but soon as I have the time and if the vehicle is not purchased then I’ll get back to you.” This is simply wrong. Great way of being honest though!

By far the best car sales people I've ever dealt with. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I don't generally like going to smaller lots. From experience, they are generally trying to get one over on you, and they aren't nice about it at all. These guys are great, no pressure salesmen. The entire process was smooth and easy. Next time I'm in the market for something, I'll be contacting VSTAR first. Thank you Yuriy and Gino!
