Have been a W&L Subaru customer for years. Have always had great experience with this dealership from sales through the service department. Was glad to see them expand and be able to utilize the old KMART building. Wanted to look at one of the new Nissan Pathfinders. Loved the car and wound up buying it. The experience was great just as we have always experienced at the original Subaru dealership. No pressure, no waiting hours and clear presentation of the deal. We had Eddie Clark as our salesman. He was fantastic. Very friendly, easy to understand, down to earth and organized. Good understanding of the brand. He was able to answer all of our questions and show us the vehicle features and workings without having to ask someone else. The sales manager was also great as he had just purchased the same vehicle with a different trim level. He let us look at his to compare. Dwayne in financing was also very friendly, made sure we understood everything, fast and very organized. We will definitely stick with the W&L dealerships and recommend them even if you are looking for a used car.

Purchased a frontier this past weekend. Brian Fisher was the salesman who assisted in the transaction. I could not be more satisfied. Excellent service and straight forward. This was the most comfortable I have been in any new vehicle purchase. No pressure at all. I also want to compliment the finance manager for his professionalism. I highly recommend this dealership.

No pressure buying at W&L Nissan, it's a completely different atmosphere there then the "Normal" car buying experience that we have experienced at other dealerships. Our salesman Eddie was great and worked with us to make sure that our car buying experience was great. Eddie also took the time to review the vehicle with us at the time of purchase so that we understood all the features of the new vehicle. Great job Eddie and W&L Nissan Dealership for a great experience.

The purchasing experience was exceptional. We drove over one hour to purchase from this outstanding dealership and everything was ready to go when we arrived. Eddie, our salesperson was very informative and had all the paper work in order and explained the process and details about our new Rogue. He setup our Nissan connect and was very helpful in going over all the new features in the 2021 Rogue. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and all around great dealership.
