Went to dealer to with flyer from Subaru to buy a new car. Just wasted 1.5 hours taking a flyer from Subaru to w&l dealer and was told they can't match the price shown on flyer. I have bought 2 cars previously from this dealer. No more will I visit this dealership. You have lost a customer, it may be time to explore other vehicle brands. This is not a good business practice to lure someone in with a flyer and not be able to fulfill it. I do not normally write reviews about issues like this but if I am the first to encounter this you will have many dissatisfied customers which will make sales drop. I will share this experience with everyone around the area. Went to the dealership again after a few years and I can report that the service is much better than before. Have since the first post bought two vehicles from this dealership. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I have had a very positive experience with the purchase of my 2021 Subaru Legacy. Even though the office was extremely busy the day we came in to make our purchase, Ken did his best to answer all of our questions and never make us feel rushed. W&L offered me two scheduled sessions to review the numerous options that came with my new vehicle, and even offered an incentive program to come back 2 weeks after my purchase to review these options. Service after the sale has been excellent too. I highly recommend purchasing from W&L Subaru.

These guys are the best! Went to great lengths to get my parts. Have purchased 4 new cars here (See Becky) and know I am getting the best deals. Have now purchased 5 new cars here!

Turned in a lease early, and re-leased the exact same vehicle, except in a 2017 model. The Outback has been a joy to drive with absolutely no service issues. W&L, and in particular Angela McCormick were a pleasure. Highly recommended. Update: Same review with the same players, except this is now a 2021 Subaru Outback, after a 2018 and two 2019s. Prior to the pandemic I was driving about 45K miles/year--I've never been back to the dealership with any of these vehicles except for routine maintenance and to return the current car and lease a new one. I'm in my mid-60s. I've been driving legally since the day I turned 16. I've never had better service from a manufacturer than from Subaru, and I've never had even close to comparable service from any other dealership in all that time. I suppose things can always change, but based on my experience for the past 5 years, I can't imagine ever getting a different make vehicle or buying it from any other dealership.

Quality in customer service guarantees longevity in any business, but is paramount in "after the car sale" service that follows up for the customer . Shop foreman Mike Thomas accepted a challenging scenario and made the outcome the reason he's one of the best at W&L. Going way beyond the scope of helpful, Mike was totally empathetic and honest with me during my last visit. The problem was a contradiction of snafu's that baffled the experts, but was made right by Mr. Thomas. So thank you. Being an old deaf man who depends on reading lips to communicate I welcomed the patience shown to me by Mike. Sincerely chuck knorr
