We feel Mike Fullmer and his crew went beyond the call of duty to try and solve my delayed acceleration problem with my 2014 Outback. EVERTHING was checked with no problem showing up. Finally, after a test drive with Mike, he found I was using my left foot to use the brake. I had no idea that the brake peddle was ALSO on a silly computer and there was a 1 second delay to reset and tell the car that I could step on the gas again. Since I take my foot off the brake and step on the gas in less than a second I was confusing the computer, thereby getting no power for up to 5 seconds. Now I know.

No pressure, great knowledge of our salesman Jake. Willing to let us decide and discuss without making us feel weird. Mike also was kind and helped, even though we made him kill several trees with print outs! Mike Fullmer is the reason we began this experience but how glad we are we continued with Wackerli!

I took my car in to get the oil changed, they got me right in. My wait was short and they found a filter that needed change, rotated the tires, topped off the widow washer and then washed the car.

Adam was an awesome salesman. We came in three different times to compare cars and to make sure this was the right car. He was really patient with us and offered us the best service possible. When it came down to purchasing the car I knew we had to go back to Adam. He made it simple and easy. I would tell any one that needed a new car to go to him directly. I would NEVER recommend working with Shasta in the finance department. She had the worst customer sales skills that I have ever experienced. She would receive poor in everything on the star scale. The only reason we did not walk away from this car, which almost happened, was because Adam provided such great service.

I only interact with the service department. But, whenever I come in they make every effort to go over all my requests and then even go the extra mile. I bring my dog in with me also and no one ever complains. All the sales and service staff and extremely nice and inviting. I drive down from Island Park just to get my car's oil changed by your service department specifically because I feel they do a superior job and I love the atmosphere that your dealership creates.
