I drove 45 minutes past my local GM service center in Greenville, SC in order to reach Wakefield Cadillac in Spartanburg, SC. A strong recommendation from a relative who'd had a very positive experience convinced me that it would be well worth the effort. Firstly, their approach to service and customer care is vastly superior to my local dealership. It was a "...yes we can..." vs. a "...not really interested in your business..." attitude. Secondly, I drive a car no longer sold by GM. Instead of coiling back in horror at the mention of a SAAB airbag replacement, the folks at Wakefield dug right in to the job, locating the part and making it happen in a very timely and confident manner, which I really appreciated. And finally, I made the mistake of coming in a day early for my appointment which had been scheduled three weeks earlier. Rather than asking me to come back the next day and wasting a trip, they made room for me and I was on my way in short order. Outstanding job to Christine and her service team at Wakefield Cadillac of Spartanburg. Your excellent reputation precedes you and that, in my book, is worth it's weight in gold!

Great people who are respectful and professional. They had my interest and had my car's performance in mind. This is a good service department. The service department may influence whether or not I purchase another Cadillac from Wakefield. These people are first rate.
