For starters I made an appointment to have my oil changed last Tuesday 10:30 am. I arrive and there is a line of vehicles ahead of me. I talked to the service rep explained I have an appointment and he instructed me to pull my truck into the garage I told him I was on my lunch break how long will it take he said about two hours I canceled my appointment and left. I Scheduled another appointment for Thursday 8:45 AM. Pretty much the same scenario. Not as many vehicles there but I did not leave until 12:20 PM. I thought by scheduling early and arriving early I will get this done fairly quick. I’m thinking one hour. About 45 minutes after arriving the service rep asked me if I wanted to take care of the recall on my truck while I was there. He stated it takes two hours for the software to download for the recall. I’m thinking… he knows the year of my truck and being an experienced representative he should have got the download started as soon as I got there knowing I was going to be there for at least two hours. I was leaving for vacation that Thursday I originally tried to get it done earlier in the week so I wouldn’t have to deal with getting it done while trying to leave for vacation. I completely understand being busy. What I don’t understand is making an appointment when others can arrive without an appointment and get the same or better turn around time. All I needed was a oil change and tire rotation. $94.26. I can go elsewhere and receive the same service for the same money (maybe cheaper I will check) and do it on my lunch break.

I could not have had a more pleasant experience. The salesman(Anthony pollard) and I had talked on the phone, I had discussed the kind of vehicle that I was interested in. The day I arrived, Mr Pollard was there to promptly greet me. Had a Buick parked out front for me to look at and showed me several others of my interest. I told him I would be back the next day with my husband. I drove the vehicle i was interest in with Mr. Pollard as my ride along. Such a very nice person with pleasant conversation as I test drove the Buick. When we got back, we were introduced to the manager, who also was excellent at making this a wonderful time. We got our financing started, the next day. They worked to get us a Great rate and note payments that we could afford. Mr. Pollard delivered my car to me and we signed the papers in our home. We made two new friends and think of the manager and salesman as family. We couldn't have met any nicer people or had a nicer experience. We are very happy with our Buick and will recommend Mr Pollard to anyone wanting a new vehicle. Deborah Humphries

Mr. DON Brown was extremely helpful and courtesy to my needs very outstanding salesman with a great personality. Went above and beyond when i left some personal things behind in old vehicle i think him so much and love my new vehicle. ❤
