I bought a 2016 F150 in July. Since that time I have called several times to get an appointment for a oil change. Each time I call they say they are booked out for a week. So I posted a review on dealerratet and Vince called me right away. Vince was very nice and apologized for the issue. He asked me when I wanted to come in for service and I left immediately for the dealership. Dan checked me in and promised to call as soon as they were done. He did and I picke d up my truck all in about an hour and a half.

I bought my 2012 Ford Explorer from Walker Ford in Feb of 2015. I live 3 hours away. I take it down there for my oil changes and service as I only trust them. ! month ago the trim around my windshield start breaking down and coming off. Needless to say I was very upset. I called Mike Olsen, my service writer and made an appointment to bring it in. In the meantime I took it to a dealer close to my house and the manager was horrible. I have a full service warranty through Ford in Detroit and was told that it covered everything. Not so. Anyway the manager told me that the sun must have done the damage! He made no attempt to help me in anyway. The reason I took to the local dealer was to make sure it was safe to drive to Clearwater, Fl. My husband ended up duct taping the trim so it would not fly off and hurt someone. I called Walker Ford back and Mike told me to contact Ford and let them know what happened. I did and they responded very quickly to me and to Walker. I talked with the manager, Vince Romano who is wonderful! He got in touch with Mike and told me to get it down there and they would do their best to help me. They really did. I brought it in and they ordered the parts and contacted Ford. The next day the parts were in and I got it replaced within an hour. I had to pay a deductible and the rest was taken care of. They are a huge company and they run it so efficiently. Everyone is professional and friendly regardless of their workload. I have had Mike Olsen since I bought it and he is an Excellent service writer. Very hard worker with a great and professional attitude. I met Vince for the first time and was very impressed by his Courteous and Professional attitude. The communication is excellent between the staff. It is too bad there are not more dealerships like Walker. The fact that I fight traffic and drive 3 hours tells you something. If and when I buy another car, it will be from Walker!!!

I made a purchase and the representative is very nice and helpful. He is sincere and even drove to my place to deliver the car. The buying process is however tedious, time consuming and torturing, Mountain of papers to sign to the point that I didn't care what I was signing for, just give it to me and I will sign it to get it over with. Both my husband and I have a condition that we have to have meal and med. on time. we worked over our lunch time and was tired and weak . We didn't get done until almost 2:00 p.m. (we stated before 11:00 a.m.) We had to ask to go get something to eat before picking up the car and had the sellman drive it to my place and we drove him back to the dealer. So beware of the paper mountain. Plan accordingly. It took me less time signing papers for buying a house.

With 17 Ford & Lincoln Mercury Personally Owned and Many More My Choice for Work over 43 Years, I have dealt with MANY Individuals in Various Areas of the US in the Sales, Service, and Finance of My Cars & Trucks. My latest is a GREAT Deal on a Slightly Used 2015 Taurus that I opted for Extended Service incl. Road Hazard just as a "CYA" to inherited Prior Bad Habits. When a pothole caused tire sidewall damage, I called the Service Dept. on Saturday and they couldn't find My Road Hazard Policy in the system. A call to Mickey Alperstein on Monday immediately found the glitch in a Part B that Service had missed, and he provided me my Policy and Claim Number. When I encountered an Insurance Claims Agent that was reluctant to process my claim for reimbursement, a my 2nd call to Mickey not only had my claim accepted, but also my Check In The Mail in a matter of minutes!! When I put my truck in reverse I would hear a pop or clunk sound. I first dropped my truck off on a Monday and was told that they were booked and that they would not be able to get to my truck until Thursday. As long as that seems I was very happy to wait for a quality technician. I ended up getting a call on my truck on Wednesday letting me know that they had started on it. On Thursday morning I got a call that my truck was ready. Not only did the service department take care of the sound in reverse but they all got my drivers door adjusted an lubricated it was closing very hard due to the wind catching it and pulling it in the wrong direction. Walker Ford took care of me and my truck. I depend on my truck for business. I depend on Walker Ford to get the job done and they did! Thank you Walker Ford

This is our second purchase from Walker Ford in 3 years. When we arrived Irene was warm and friendly in her greeting us and was very personable and down to earth all throughout the process. We informed her exactly what we were looking for and in no time we were at the exact car we wanted. She was very thorough while explaining all of the details of both the automobile and all of the paperwork during the purchasing. Next we visited Mickey in financing and he was friendly and fun to be around. He explained everything...EVERYTHING...and made the entire process simple and painless. To make a long story short we went in on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm and drove away in our new car around 5pm, without the amazing staff at Walker this would have been impossible. It was an extreme pleasure doing business at Walker Ford and our salesman John Brown. I hate shopping for a new/newer car normally but John listened to what we wanted- what we could afford to pay and made it happen. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the cars he showed us and never once made me feel pressured. I would definitely recommend him and the dealershhip if you are looking for a new or used car. I was so thankful we got an honest, caring sales rep that helped us choose an awesome car with payments we wanted. I cannot say enough good about John. The dealership also did their best to make it a win win situation for us and them with no pressure. We ended up buying a Certified Ford Fusion Hybrid 2012 that we never would have looked at if John hadn't suggested we see and drive it. It is awesome!!

Although we did not purchase our 2014 Expedition from Walker Ford they have maintained it exclusively and have done a great job. We recently had the Expedition die in our driveway on a Friday evening. We called the Ford Roadside Assistance and the car was towed to Walker Ford Saturday morning. As we prepared to be a one car family for a couple of days with two travel baseball players Mike Olsen called me at 3:30 on Saturday and said the car was ready to go. We needed a new battery and he changed the oil and rotated the tires as well. The car was diagnosed, fixed and back in my driveway in less than 24 hours on a weekend. These guys are good and truly put the customer first!

I am on the east coast of Florida. I was looking for a truck for my fire sprinkler division. I had been to at least a dozen dealerships. I must have wasted 20 hours + at these dealerships. This is our first purchase at Walker Ford, although we've had several cars serviced there. The service department is first class. If you buy your perfect ride but have a bad experience during any service work, it sort of tarnishes the entire process. Not so at Walker Ford, the service department is exceptional. Now for the best part....my wife and I have been searching for the "right" truck for some time. We have traveled to Brandon, Sarasota, Tampa, Clearwater, Hudson....you get the idea, we've been all over the Bay Area. We stopped at Walker a few months ago and talked to Irene Flenna. We didn't make a deal that day but she took my email address and sent me a load of trucks, that might fit our needs to review. We just happened to stop by one day to see what might be on the lot and found the F-150 we were meant to own. Irene Flenna and Dan Weddling made it happen! They were great to work with and honest! I feel like we made friends at Walker Ford with Irene and Dan. Not to leave out Mickey, in finance and Dennise, who set up the bed liner installation. We have never been treated better when buying a vehicle! It felt so easy, like we were talking to people we've known for a long time. I understand this friendly attitude trickles down from the top. Frank Walker, by all accounts, is that type of person. He has surrounded himself with great people and his success at this dealership shows what a warm friendly atmosphere can do. In a time when you are more likely to talk to a computerized robotic answering machine, it's nice to talk to a warm body, someone that's friendly and sincerely has your best intrest in mind. Yes, they are there to work and make a living for their families, but they do their work with honesty and integrity.....qualities that scarce today.

On two occasions, I asked Lily to call me on my house phone and not on my cell. She called both times on my cell which delayed my repairs because I do not have my cell phone in use except when I leave the house. That is why I asked to call my home. She will never take care of my service needs again, She needs to listen when customers talk to her. I no longer have my cell listed in your computer but she insisted that I give it to her while my car was being checked. I was in the waiting room as where could I go without a car?

The AC went out on my wife's 2015 Explorer while we were on vacation this week. Lily was able to get us straight in and fixed. We were back on the road the same day. Extended warranty company wanted to replace with aftermarket cheap part in two days but Lily worked her magic and they agreed to a ford part. My son purchased a used Ford truck (loan in my name) from this dealership. They sold it to him with tires that should've been replaced prior to selling him the vehicle as 4 months later he noticed deterioration and was told the tires were dangerous to drive on and needed to be replaced. That's not the worst part - we then found out that these size tires are no longer made by any tire wholesaler and that he'd need to replace tires and rims, etc. So not only did Walker Ford sell us a truck where they should've replaced the tires but they sold us a truck where we couldn't even replace the tires if we wanted to.I called our salesman to explain the situation and asked how they were going to make this right. He said he'd talk to his manager and get back to me. Of course he didn't call me but called my son instead and told him that the only thing he could do was to get us the original size tires and rims at cost from their wholesaler and the price is $1600. REALLY - that's their cost? I'm not thinking so. My son took the truck back to the tire shop he originally went to and they got him original size tires and rims and installed and aligned them for $1300.Bottom line is that Walker Ford should've made this right and done this at VERY little to no cost to us. They lie and are not reputable.

Walker Ford took this challenge and return the car to me that looks exactly like it did the day I rolled off the showroom floor. I swear, it's driving better than it Did before the accident. Service advisors are friendly and helpful. The work order I wish was more detailed and offered more recommendations on work needed. Both times only mentioned 1-2things but never mentioned rubber door seals which is obviously warn and torn around rear door. When I pick the car up its never washed and cleaned which lexus does for my other vehicle. I personally don't feel that extra wow factor but the work is always done as requested nothing more nothing less.

We just took delivery on 5-28-16 of a special order truck. The order was placed on 4-16-16. There were specific items that my husband wanted for his new truck so it was required to be manufactured. From the first day we walked in on 4-16-16, we could not have asked for a better experience. Vic Haul was our initial sales professional and along with his managers, Ivy Thigpen and Bill Gordon, our order was placed and on its way to the Dearborn plant. During the 6 weeks we were quoted as the expected delivery time frame, Vic kept us advised of the progress made on building our truck. Before delivery was made, Vic called us and advised that he would be moving to Texas to be with family and another professional would be completing our delivery when our truck came in. Within a couple of days, our new sales professionals, Phil Massey and Kevin Jewel called and left messages on our answering machine introducing themselves and advising they would be working as a team to complete our delivery. Our new 2016 F-150 XLT 4X4 was delivered to Walker the morning of Saturday May 28th. At 12:00 on that day, we received a message on our answering machine from Phil telling us the truck was being prepped and detailed and would be waiting for delivery at our convenience. A follow up call from Phil was received at 2:00 and Phil spoke with my husband, Howard. My husband was eager to see his new baby and we were at Walker by 3:00. Kevin Jewel was outside the front door before we even got out of our trade in welcoming us by name. Kevin went over every detail regarding the truck and instruments. Denise Newman went over several add on options that Howard was interested in. Harry Rumberger in finance, was also great, the whole experience went smoothly. We could not have asked for a better more professional experience with so much attention to detail than we received from Vic, Ivy, Bill, Phil, Kevin, Denise and Harry. We would not hesitate for one second to recommend Walker Ford to friends and our next vehicle will also come from Walker Ford.

Repairs were done very quickly and no hidden costs. Service advisor told me what need to be done and how much and that was the final bill. Service advisor kept me informed of what was be done and any problems that came up. He listened to my concerns and then presented several options for us to choose from. I left there feeling so good, I told him I would be back for either myself or my wife when ready. Well here I am three years later back at Walker; this time for my first lease. I would not deal with anyone else but Jay. Not that there is anything wrong with anyone else, but, I felt like I was treated extremely fairly, honestly by Mr. Wright. The dealership's service department has also treated my daughter very fair and honest for ALL her vehicle's needs. Well this time, within the necessary time, we drove out of there again as very happy customers, due to the performance of Mr. Wright and the dealership over all. I am very satisfied and will continue to return to this particular dealership for our next (3rd vehicle) from them. Walker Ford has a true professional salesman by the name of Brian Hill, at no time did he try to sell my wife and I a new car. Brian instead listen to what we needed for a new vehicle and match us up with a perfect car and a very fair price to say the lease. When showing the vehicle to us he went from the lug nuts to the navigation system to explain ever detail about the vehicle. I just like to say thanks to Brian for his patience with us. Brian also introduced us to Ryan in the service department so we would know who to see when it needed to be serviced. I called on a Saturday morning to see how busy the Service Department was and he said they were very busy but expected to slow down around 1:30-2:00pm. I said I need a oil change, tire rotation and check the fluids maintenance. I arrived at 2:00 and I was out of there within an hour!!!! I was greeted with a smile and left with a handshake of completion and a thank you!!! My cars runs great!! I have been taking my car to Walker Ford for 4 years now; they always go out of there way to make sure you are satisfied with the service you received!

The service was great. However, I do have a small question. When I got home I found a metal screw lying in the tray on the dash of my vehicle. I know the technician worked on replacing a diverter motor on the right side of the dash area. While I'm not too concerned, I was curios, was this an extra part that was not needed or will I need to mention this when I bring the vehicle back for the servicing of the audio system in the vehicle. I want to emphasize this is not a complaint, merely curiosity. Thank you

THE WORKS[TM] $39.95 OR LESSD8Went on MOnday for: Synthetic Blend Oil Change Tire Rotation and Pressure Check Brake Inspection Multi-Point Inspection Fluid Top-Off Battery Test Filter Check Belts and Hoses CheckI requested a battery check as I was having occasional problem. Had a coupon.Results were everything is fine including battery.Wed my low tire pressure warning lite. I returned to Walker and they checked the pressure. Each tire was 7 to 10lbs low. Obviously they did not check them Monday. They set tires to factory pressure. I inquired if they had actually tested the battery. They retested and fount battery to be marginal at 59%I would have purchased a battery Monday if they had told me it was marginal. Now It will have to wait until I return to Mass. Never had a problem at Walker before

I had an issue with the remote entry on my 2011 Mustang. The service rep, Lily Johnson, got things remedied in a very satisfactory manner and very quickly considering that the necessary part had to come from out of state. I live in Stuart, which is a 3 hour drive to Walker Ford, but it's worth it. I worked with Dinarte Luz on each car, and it was just a pleasure. He spoke with me for several minutes upon my arrival and then led me directly to "the Car". That takes talent. He then wandered the lot with me very patiently so I could explore my other options which I so appreciated. There was no pressure to rush to a decision.He demonstrated the features of the new car to me and made sure I understood how to use them. I took my car in for a scheduled oil change. The Service Tech that greeted me was very pleasant and asked if I was waiting for my car, which I was. While waiting, I always go out and look at the new Mustangs first, then I'll look at other new or used vehicles. Usually one of the salesmen will see me walking around and ask if they can help and I always tell them no, just looking while I'm waiting. This time we had a nice conversation about the new Mustangs, they always ask what year my Mustang is and offer to set me up with a new model. BUT they are never high pressure pitches, which I like very much. I refuse to talk to a sales person who is intent on selling you something whether you want it or not. These guys/gals at Walker are just plain friendly and pleasant to talk to. They understand no and either leave or chit chat a few more minutes. Good people. My car was ready sooner than I expected and the Service Tech had my keys and paperwork ready for me.

In the cold and rain he showed me the full inventory of F150s, even put them side by side (literally) to show me the differences, pros, and cons. The finance officer we had, Mickey Alperstein, had a great sense of humor and very friendly which made the signing of papers less painful. My buying experience started with a drive through the lot to look at the available F150"s. I stopped and looked at 2 that I liked. I then went home and looked at them on the Walker Ford website and asked for them to contact me. After some discussion and pricing info I made an appointment to go in and see the truck of my choice. It was brought out before I arrived and I loved it. Amy Potter helped us with a test drive and worked with us through the entire process. It was a stressless experience with no hardcore sales tactics all the way through the Brent the finance guy. They showed me the upgades and warranties and left it up to me without pushing them on me. Great experience!!

The sales person I worked came off a little rough over the phone the first time I spoke to him. In person, it was a different story. This individual was reasonable and very down to earth and treated the transaction in a very professional manner. Unlike the other two dealers at two different ford dealerships ( Brandon ford, 1 star) and the other I forget. Those other bozos possessed a very defensive demeaned toward negotiations in that they appeared to present the vehicle as they were selling it as a private owner. Andrew at walker ford, did not treat us as though he felt like his intelligence was being insulted and did not treat the f150 as if it were his own; like the other ford dealerships. I would personally like to thank Andrew and would hope walker ford commends and recognise him. Thank you Andrew

I purchased a new Ford Edge at Walker Ford several months ago for my wife and had a great experience. Treated fairly and without any nonsense or surprises. Now I was interested in upgrading my Ford Flex to an F150. I looked on the internet at several dealers, including Walker Ford, and visited to look at several of the options. I went home did further research on the F150s I was potentially interested in and then called Andrew Hyman (salesman who helped with my purchase of the Edge). We scheduled an appointment for the next morning, test drove the vehicle and was out the door in about 3 hours. Great process, fair trade-in value and good price on the pre-owned F150.Very happy with the dealership and Andrew specifically.

I wanted to buy a pre-owned certified Ford Escape but I wasn't desperate for a new car. My purchase hinged on my trade-in value and payment on the newer car. I had done a lot of research about the car I wanted, trade-in value I would need and financing I could expect. Dan was honest with us and did not waste our time. He quickly got us a fair trade-in value on my car and found us a good deal on a certified pre-owned vehicle that fit my specifications. There was no unnecessary waiting around that would decrease the amount of time we had to spend at other dealers. We worked with Harry in finance who was up front about any hidden factors that were increasing the amount financed. He discussed the benefits, but easily removed fees/programs we did not want to participate in. I was very happy with the whole experience and would happily do business there again.

2015 Explorer Limited I'm extremely impressed with the personal and friendly service I've received every time my vehicle has been worked on. Ryan kept me updated with what was being done and how long he thought it would take. He went above and beyond what any dealer service department would ever do. He listened to my whining about this mystery smell when I accelerate and personally came to my office to deliver a loaner and drove my vehicle on the interstate to mimic the smell. I felt like every thing I told him was taken seriously. The communication I had with Ryan was the key to letting me know getting this issue resolved mattered to him and his team. Sadly the smell is still there when I accelerate, however I feel confident Ryan and Walker Ford exhausted all possible avenues as to what is causing it.

We were looking to replace a car that we keep in Florida that was getting some age on it 10 years old and saw an ad in the paper. Spoke to Dan W on the phone and he provided information and I called back the next day and he said the car may have been sold but would get back to me which he did a few minutes later and said the people did not buy it and to come in which we did. He showed us the car allowed us to drive it and asked what I wanted for my car I told him and it must have been to cheap as they took the deal immediately. We had to get insurance in Florida and were delayed 24 hours and were leaving to come home on Tuesday morning Dan drove the vehicle to us and picked up the trade in so that we could get it registered with our condo association prior to leaving. All worked out well and we were pleased with Dan and his service.

I went to the dealership to see if they had inventory of F-150s that would meet my budget while giving me the best combination of engine, axle ratio, and economy for pulling my soon to be up-graded Winnebago trailer. I was there on Black Friday, so they were very busy. I spent an hour on the lot looking at inventory, then met Vic Haul, my salesman. He was very professional, and knowledgeable. We wound up making a deal. Then i met with Bret Hughes in financing. That went very smooth. He presented option on what was the best route for me, and we came up with a comfortable payment plan. While this was going on my truck was being gasses and preped. I then met with Vic again to go over orientation on my truck. Then I took delivery. I didn't really expect to buy that day, and certainly didn't expect to drive haome a new truck. It was a long afternoon, but I glad I came home with a truck I really like that is perfect for my needs at a price I can afford, and financing that fits my budget. Walker will be the first place I go for my next vechicle.

I am a small business owner,and time is a very important to me, to make a long story short, I made a deal over the phone with DON, witch by the way was the best price I could fine, and in today's day of internet access that is a lot of comparison, I took the time to drive to the dealer ( WALKER FORD) witch by the was 250 miles away, expecting to get there and find myself in a fight over what we had agreed upon by phone, but to my surprise everything was even better than promised, I was met by DON, and he took me to see MICKEY in finance where he briefly mentioned about the extended warranty, but did not try to push it down my throat, after all was said and done I walked out paying $15 less a month than I had thought I was going to pay, I was out the door and in my new vehicle before I had finished my coffee, over all this was a great experience, and will recommend the to every one I know, thank you.

Everything was great except that my tire rim was left with a lot of grease on it. The service department was friendly, kind, courteous, and helpful. I was a little disappointed in having grease on my rim because I brought it in clean.

I received a letter about software update for the transmission sometime ago and said that to bring in your car for the update. So I brought in my 2012 Ford Focus Hatch back for the update and the found that my clutches were not within the specified parameters that they should be in and said I need to come back in on another day next week. Due to work obligations I was not able to but the following week I scheduled the appointment. Gary, assured me they had the parts and had them set aside with my name on them so would be there when I brought my car in. They also assured me that it would only take a half day, so If I had my car there by 8am, they would have it the car ready by 1pm. They also, said If I needed a ride they have a shuttle service if needed. I am very happy with the service provided thus far. Ryan, also followed up with a call to make sure I was satisfied with the service provided and when I told him I would be back, he made sure everything was just as Gary said and the parts were there waiting for me. GREAT SERVICE!!!!

The Walker team provided everything - product quality control, additional information, patience (for the most part), and their time - we needed, even after a bump or two in the road. Overall, I am pleased with my experience and would give the location a 4/5 star rating. The only reason it is not a perfect score is due to the occasional abrasiveness of the sales associate.

I was generally satisfied with my service with two exceptions. First, why is it necessary for the servicing technician to change the climate control setting of my vehicle. I can't accept the idea the changes are necessary to verify the air conditioning system is functioning correctly. I have the vehicle in for service, LOF, new wiper blades and tire rotation, not to troubleshoot a problem with the AC system. This happens all to often.Second, the drivers side wiper blade wasn't installed correctly. I could see it wasn't locked, and when I raised the wiper arm the blade fell off. I brought this discrepancy to the attention of the service manager. He correctly installed a new wiper blade. This isn't high tech maintenance, should never have happened.

Overall it was a good experience, car buying can be very stressful. In our case, doing the research before hand really helped us in making a good choice in a "new to us" Ford Edge 2014 Limited. Our sales representative Mr. Brian Hall was extremely helpful and very easy to work with, we appreciated his calm easy going demeanor and professionalism. However, we were not very satisfied when it came to sitting down with the finance sales guy Harry to discuss the warranty and maintenance plans, we already had our financing and a bank draft in order therefore, only went to finance to finish up any remaining paperwork and discuss the extra warranty plans. We left undecided on a specific plan, but we were told we still had to sign all the documents which were unfinished due to the questionable balance due, this was depending on if we took Fords extended warranty or not. We left feeling a little uneasy knowing that it was not good business practice. We ended up NOT accepting the Ford warranty, I sent Harry an email a week ago on 9/15/15 so that I could receive a copy of these state documents completed and emailed to me, he has yet to respond. We are however really enjoying our new vehicle and look forward to many great years driving. In the future we will certainly go back to Mr. Brian Hall to purchase another vehicle. :)

I brought my Sportrac in on Monday Sept 14th because of a leak in the power steering. I was told they could not find anything wrong. On Wednesday the fluid began leaking again. I returned with my car on Thursday and within an hour I was told that they pressurized the system and found the leak. I just wished that they had done that the first time.

I went in for an oil change on my 2013 Focus. So, I did what I do -- I went shopping for a new car, knowing full well I couldn't get one because I still had 6 months left on my lease. I had a list of things my new car had to have, and that I wasn't going to live without. I saw my new car on the lot -- right color. Ralph showed it to me and it had EVERYTHING on my list! Well, I knew the numbers wouldn't work. But they DID! And my lease payment is less. Great experience.

My sister leases vehicles from Tracy all the time and recommended using her to help in our search. I'm glad we did. She was extremely helpful in this entire purchase experience. I know I buried her with tons of emails because I was busy with a work project and couldn't call her. She responded to everything and found us several cars that met our search criteria. When it came down to our trade in, she had Ralph work with me and we hit it off right away. I'd say I'm probably a high maintenance customer with all of my questions but Tracy and Ralph responded with answers in a timely fashion and were happy to do so. In the final stage of the deal we met Harry and he was very easy to deal with and no pressure at all. I probably made a mistake in understanding part of the ESP and he smoothed it over right away, All of this was while my very excited kids were clamoring for our attention. In the end we bought our first new car and felt no pressure from anyone to do so. The team from Walker works great together and just answered our questions and made us feel comfortable about our decision. We feel we got a great deal and are very happy with our purchase and the team that worked with us to make it all happen in a short amount of time. I would recommend them to anyone and we will be buying our next car here when the time comes.

Buying a new car can be stressful, Walkers sales and management staff worked very hard to meet my needs and after a few hours of negotiation my expectations were meet. My next contact with Walker was the next morning at 9am. After arriving home the night I picked up the car I noticed a piece of the glove compartment button was missing, arriving at the sales dept. I was greeted by a young man who listened to my problem and eagerly attempted to help, he referred me to James in parts who dropped what he was doing and looked at my problem, he immediately introduced me to Ryan, keeping in mind I was a walk in with no appointment, inspected the part took my vin, without writing it down, created a service order walked it over to James who ordered the part and gave me his business card and said he would call me when it arrived.
