The salesman Grieg Johnson was an excellent salesman, actually selling two people at the same time. This caused a long sales time from the time I entered the dealership to the time I left. Ted your finance man did an excellent job. All business, and very likeable. As yet I need a course in symbolsand what they do. The difference between what stays, what I buy extra and what is available. This isall very confusing.. I'll be calling for an appointment.

This was my second new car purchase from Wallace Cadillac and the second time was even better than the first. Sales Consultant Paul Fassler was extremely professional and very helpful in explaining all the options available with the car I was interested in purchasing and then finding the car I wanted. Upon delivery of the car, Paul spent the time to go over all the details of the car with me and my wife and a good bit of this time was after the dealership's hours of operation. No complaints, just Great Customer Service. Business Manager Ted Soch was extremely professional in his handling of "ALL" the paperwork involved, explaining each detail of what we were doing and answering any questions we had. It was a very seamless procedure.

Great Service Rep, he gave me a list of the areas of concerns needed to have my cars running like it should. The waiting room was nice and clean, but the chairs are uncomfortable for people who may have neck or back problems. they were really nice. Came in at closing they just turned off all the light to the building they stayed late we made a deal. Had to return the next day to get the car detailed. That took a bit longer then I expected, but they took their time and showed me all the new features in my new car and there was lots and lots of features.... Josh, and His crew were wonderful 2 more people were helping, forgot their names Very nice young lady who helped with OnStar was fabulous and another gentleman so nice....the new SRX is great but I am missing my big Escalade.... After I had performed considerable internet searcing on new SUV type autos, Victor Dunn of Wallace Cadillac promptly responded to my e-mail requesting information about 2015 Cadillac SRX vehicles. Later, when I made an unannounced stop at the Dealership, he managed to find time to quickly show me the main exterior and interior features of them, as well as define the difference between the Base, Luxury and Performance Editions.As I became more interested in the SRX, Mr. Dunn continued to respond to my e-mail questions about specifications and limitations of certain features of the Luxury Edition, as I reviewed the Cadillac website and the SRX online manuals. After satisfactory responses to my inquiries by Mr. Dunn, I scheduled an appointment to visit the dealership, examine a vehicle with the equipment I desired and take a test drive. He went over the earlier responses with me, and demonstrated other features of importance. After the test drive I became very interested in the SRX, however I was not ready to make a decision. Subsequently, after using the Build feature on the Cadillac website, and searching for an exact find within the region, we located what seemed to be a vehicle of interest. Mr. Dunn followed up quickly and confirmed the vehicle in question was the exact combination of features, exterior and interior, I desired, and offered to obtain the vehicle for me.The negotiations for pricing/trade-in went smoothly and a final number was reached fairly quickly. One business day later, the vehicle in question was acquired by Wallace Cadillac, service completed and delivered. Mr. Dunn spent considerable time to acquaint me with the CUE and ONSTAR systems, and set up my smart phone and Bluetooth connections. This experience was far superior to any other luxury brand dealership I have encountered.When I began my search, I had no specific SUV in mind. Mr. Dunn quickly resolved all my questions and concerns, and I realized the Cadillac SRX was the best fit. The experience from initial contact to final delivery and continuing assistance from my questions, convinced me that I made the right choice in vehicle, salesman and dealership with Wallace Cadillac.

Do not go to this dealership. They are crooked as they come from sales to repairs. I have had nothing but trouble from there vehicle and there service dept. 4 blown engines and shady loop hole charges.
