I drove all the way to Tennessee from WV not really knowing if i would be able to get another car so i went ahead to take a chance . i didnt get what i wanted but did come out with another great car while i was there. The sales men Dave was the most helpful kindness person to help me while i was there my experience was great i will return here to purchase my next car. Dave went above and beyond to help me and my husband . i never met anyone to help us like Dave did . I Thank him bunches this man needs to be acknowledge needs to get rewarded some how because he did everything he could to help me and my family out . I had a great experience here as I was buying my first ever car from a dealership! You hear all these horror stories have people buying from dealerships, but I am so happy that I came here! My husband had emailed Wallace imports on information regarding the newer Subaru’s. He immediately got a reply from Brent Morris. That impressed us so we decided to go the next day to test drive some models. Brent dealt with heavy rain without complaint in order to find us different cars to test drive. He listened to our wants, and gave wonderful input and suggestions about each car we drove. We were given ample time to test drive each car. We didn’t feel the typical “pressure to decide now!” that a person usually gets at a dealership. When we DID sit down to talk financing they were very willing to listen to our financial wants and needs and it was a very simple process to purchase our vehicle. Brent was an awesome salesperson who had a true interest in our needs and also in knowing a little bit about us. Thank you, Brent, for making a stressful purchase more enjoyable!
