The only dealership my wife satdown for more than 5 minutes without walking out. They went over all the variables about the sale and the vehicles features without trying to just quickly close the deal and move on.Very professional and courtesy. Pleasant experience no pressure.

My long search for the "perfect" legacy ended here at Wallace Subaru. With the help of Stan Hilliard, who from the beginning went above and beyond to help me find the car of my dreams. He was very in knowledgeable in all the questions I had and made sure before perchase that I was completely happy. The salesman werent pushy, made sure I was aware of all the safety features, options and comfortable with my purchase prior to driving off the lot! I am very satisfied with the 2015 legacy and thankful for the help and support of the Wallace team. I plan to recommend this dealership to family and friends. Thanks again for all the help and hospitality provided to us by Stanley Hilliard and the Wallace Subaru team.

I see that others had a different experience but my experience seemed to be opposite. I dealt with Stan there and he was great. He was knowledgeable about not just my new car I was buying but about the older car I was trading in and he explained comparisons between the two. He took time to go over all the features on my new car when I came in to trade and showed me around the service center there. He was friendly and was good about communication. I did price comparisons of other lots and they were willing to give more on my trade and worked with me a bit on pricing. Overall it was a positive experience.

I've tried to deal with Wallace three times over the past 10 years. Each time I was disappointed. First time they sent me home with a Jetta only to call me back a week later and tell me to return it because my financing fell through. They told me I could keep my disc changer from my trade-in. When I went to retrieve it, they had already taken my trade to auction. My dad went and paid cash for the Jetta, and they were rude to him. Rude to a cash-paying customer. Awesome. Second time, 6 years later, I gave them another chance. Rude again. Wanted to give me much less than Blue Book for my trade. Told me to go elsewhere if I didn't like their offer. Third time, today, I waited around over an hour while they ran my credit app. Told me the banks were slow because of the holiday. Said they would call me. Five hours later, I called the salesman and left vm. No call back. Called dealership. Left message. No call back. Third time I call they said it will be tomorrow before they can help me. I'm a little more than annoyed. When is the last time a customer had to call a car salesman three times?!? Isn't it usually the other way around? I found the same vehicle at Courtesy in Kingsport so I'm hoping to have a better experience there.

Never waste your time here. This dealership lacks knowledge, customer service, and general good faith. I left my car for service and after 4 days they remembered they had it!! Go to Courtesy! Avoid this place if you want any kind of service!!!!

I've bought my fair share of cars over the years and worked in the car business in my college days. I must say that this is without a doubt the worst car experience I've ever had. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. The manager is downright rude and most likely the worst human being I've ever I've ever met. If you approach the manager to address any of his dealerships ridiculous business practices you're told to "Go somewhere else." Spare yourself the misery of dealing with this dealership! It's well worth the trip to another dealer! I would walk the rest of my life before I bought another car from a Wallace dealership!
