Austin could not have been nicer or more professional! Really appreciated the video from Conner, was easy to see what needed to be done. Good communication about timeline and progress. When a new problem cropped up just after we left, Austin got us right back in to check it out. Booking service process on line very easy. Dealership clean and comfortable. The four instead of 5 is because of a couple communication issues only. I think people would appreciate a heads up that you need to go to the BMW aside to do the paper work. I needed a new key and communicated that on line and with a call the week before. We live 3 hours north and wanted to be sure there were no issues. However, when we got there we discovered the key would be ordered and sent to us, but we would have to bring the Cooper back to Wichita to have it programmed 😔.Nothing would have changed, but would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time. I understand you needed a copy of the registration, but could that not have been scanned and sent or faxed ?

My wife and I came here looking to buy a used SUV now that we have a family of 3. We were greeted and helped by Michael Bright. Michael was forthright in all of his dealings with us, and never once made me feel under pressure to make a purchase. Michael had everything prepared for us during each of our visits, and was very quick and accurate in all of our message correspondence. My wife and I were absolutely amazed at the level of detail that these folks go through in inspecting and detailing their used vehicles for purchase. We were equally impressed with the help that Michael gave us. Though we didn't end up purchasing from Water auto, we will be taking our Lexus to Walser for all of our service needs, and look forward to upgrading to a new Lexus through Walser. Christian wrote up my work order on my 2013 Mini (just bought it) and was able to address most of my issues at write up. He did have to talk to a technician about one question and was able to get me an answer. Thanks Christian! I was fortunate enough to talk to Connor, the technician, while the Mini was under his supervision. He pointed out some issues I needed to address, what would be the cause and what the solution would be. Based on what he told me, I was able to look up an answer and video on-line that addressed one issue and I was able to solve the issue myself without having to add that to my next service visit. Doing that saved me hundreds in parts and labor. I'm not saying all issues can be solved this way, but a little time and effort will save money and you will better understand your vehicle. I will always ask for Connor to service my Mini. Also a shout out to Alec who took a couple of minutes to talk about my Mini. Great service from the techs!
