Had a great experience @ Walser St. Paul last week. Despite the crazy car market, I left with a new Impreza that hit every checkbox of things I wanted. Oscar N. Was my sales person and he was beyond helpful and patient w/ me. Everyone here was friendly, definitely recommend this team….I will gladly come back here again for any car needs.

Cory was very helpful! He went over all the details about the vehicles we were looking at, he took me on a tour of the building while we waited for the bank. He did a great job being patient with us as we had to make a few trips to the dealership. Everything went smooth and easy! He made the process quick! Thanks again!

We had a great experience with both Mark and Cory! We had a very specific idea of price and specifications for a new 2021 Ascent after we got a great trade value from the used car manager for our old vehicle. After exhausting all of Walser’s options, they searched the inventory around the Twin Cities and found the exact car we were hoping for and had it brought to their site. They brought all the paperwork and new vehicle directly to our house where we signed and they took our trade back with them. Aside from the regular “vehicle in transit” timing, the whole process took less than a week and was the easiest car buying experience we’ve ever had. Thanks again!

Great experience working with Robert H. to purchase our new Crosstrek. The facility itself is comfortable and spacious, with nice drinks and snacks. We were also very pleased to find they seemed to have a lot of cars available on-site--they had exactly the vehicle and options we were looking for. When they say "no haggle," they mean it. I tested the waters a bit to see if they would throw in one optional accessory we wanted, and no dice. :-) Salespeople do not work on commission, so they don't live or die on whether they make a deal with you or you've wasted their time. The benefit is that there's really very low pressure around the process.

I just spent an afternoon at Walser Suburu in St. Paul helping my daughter buy a new car. Cory was a delight ..... extremely helpful, personable and right on top of things. The weather was extremely cold, yet Cory was in and out with us, preparing the cars we were to test drive. He answered all of our questions and was never pushy, nor did he pressure us to buy anything we didn't want or need. Great place to buy a car!
