Nice place with really good people to help me get a car I wanted. I'm telling all my friends to go to this place they have nice cars and trucks in a lot of price ranges with warranties and all their cars arnt rusty but look good.

The best car buying experience and shortest time ever. I went to look at a Ford they had advertised nad it was just as it was described in the ad. I drove it and my friend whos a mechanic checked it out and it all checked out good so I bought it. If you need a car go their you glad you did.

I bought a car from Walt's Auto Center 8 years ago and now it was time for an upgrade so I came to the same place. Got an all wheel drive crossover and am a very satisfied customer. Recommend to all and will be back in the future. Thank you to all the staff, and especially to Joe!

Very friendly and not pushy or push you into buying . They give you time to decide and bargain a little. Lot of nice cars and trucks all the time. I would recommend them to ant body.

My family and I have been buying our cars from Joe for that past 18 years and we recommend this dealership to all our family and friends. He is always kind and resourceful and we find the perfect car for us. They are great for service too. And we always get prompt and friendly service. The office is beautiful and newly renovated. But the best thing is if we ever have a question or need something checked out, Joe and his great mechanic are always there to fix whatever we need, at a great discount to other places and sometimes no charge at all! We love Walt's Auto and will never go anywhere else!

Got my 2nd Ford truck here and it's a great truck. They have the best prices for 4x4's around. This is the best dealership to buy from because of there great and friendly people who work there. They know a lot about trucks and always help me out with even the smallest questions. I'll go back when I need another.

Absolutely horrible! Traveled to see a dodge durango that was in good shape. Pictures made it look way better then what it really was. Lugs we're in bad condition, several holes in body, the inside looked like it sat in a salvage yard for years with windows down. Worst part wasn't the vehicle, it was the very rude sales man inside who would not even bother to walk outside to show the car or explain the shape the car was in. Guess looking outside watching traffic go by was more important. Traveled over 90 minutes to see a vehicle that I would not trust driving even around the parking lot.

A few months ago I purchased a car for my niece - I went shopping all over and finally found a car that is perfect for her - thanks to the helpful & friendly staff. They showed me cars that were right in my price range and that were safe and reliable for a new driver. I didn't feel like I was being hounded by nasty sales people like I do at other places. Joe & his wife listened to my needs and followed through with a great selection of cars. We then had the best experience test driving and the actually process of buying the car was fast and took hardly no time at all (some places make it take all day.) The car runs great and my niece loves it - Thank you!

The entire staff is GREAT, from the day we went looking for a used car (2 years ago in August) up to now, we have felt welcomed and all of our questions and concerns had been answered. The day we went to look at the vehicle we had to borrow a friends truck to go up to the auto center because our car wasn't running very well, Joe followed my husband home and followed him back up to make sure he didn't get stranded if the car broke down. They are the only people we trust with servicing our vehicle and highly recommend them, in fact our grandson will be turning 16 this August and we hope he purchases his first car from here. My family and I have great praises for Joe and all of his staff at Walt's Auto Center! We bought 3 cars from him over the past 5 years and have loved all the cars and their great service. What ever we need, Joe is helpful and always accommodating. I always feel like I'm not just a customer but one of the family. His mother was there when I picked up my last car and she was so friendly and personable. When I need an inspection or regular maintenance their friendly mechanics are always there to get me in right away and provide top notch service. We will never go anywhere else but to Walt's Auto Center!! Great job!!! My family and I love you and your family!!!

This was a great car buying experience from the get-go. Joe was so helpful and pleasant to work with. I never felt pressured but only like I was being led in the right direction for what my needs were. I highly recommend buying a car at Walt's Auto. You will love everything about this place from the friendly helpful service to their great cars. I love my Hyundai Elantra and look forward to buying another car there when the time comes!! I purchased my 2007 Mazda 3 from Walt's. I love the car!! Joe is great, even after my warranty was up he went out of his way many times to fix anything that went wrong with it!! I am never inconvenienced during the repairs either :) He loans me a car so I can go about my day no questions asked. It's usually something small and they charge me next to nothing to fix it. Cars do have to be maintained and I recently had to put brakes all around and rotors on the front, the bill was very low compared to what other garages would have charged!! I will definitely buy another car from them when it's time to trade up!! This dealer is my go to for everything I need done to my car. They are more than fair to me and honesty is a policy there in my opinion!! Top notch

My family and I have been coming to Walt's for our cars and repairs since 1996. I bought my son his first car back then and since have purchased a car for my daughter and 2 cars for me. The buying process is always great. Joe traded in my son's car when he was ready to upgrade to a newer model. We take all our cars their for service and inspection and they are always friendly and very prompt with servicing our cars. Joe finds us just what we are looking for and in our price range. I tell all my friends and family to go to Walt's Auto. Thank you all, you are the best.

I found a car online so I called and they didn't have that car but had another similar one, so my husband and I went to see it. The salesman was a lot of help from the very beginning. The car was just as described and we took it on a test drive. It drove great and was very clean and looked like well taken car of. There was just one thing, we told them the air conditioner wasn't working right. Not a problem, they put it right in the service department and fixed it on the spot. We were very happy about the prompt service and the friendly people in the office building. We decided to buu the car and are very glad we did. They made car buying a great process and we recommend to others to go to Walt's for there car too!

I looked all over the Lehigh Valley and should have gone to Walt's Auto Center first. I had been searching for months for a car but couldn't find any in my price range that had decent miles. I was told by other dealers that my dream car didn't exist. Until I found Walt's Auto Center. It was the best car buying experience I ever had. They had the perfect car for me. Highly recommend to everyone and they are friendly and personable. Great service and great cars!

What a surprise!! My wife and I recently visited and purchased a vehicle from Walts. The facility and the professionalism of all the staff was excellent. After a test drive, we asked to have car lifted to see underside since most of the vehicles in our area for sale have been rust buckets. NO PROBLEM!!, the car looked excellent! The price we paid was very agreeable. Today I took the car to my mechanic for a checkover, which is not my normal way of doing business. The only item he could find was perhaps a fuel filter change the next time we do maintenance. It's too bad that we had to go 50 miles and pay a couple of tolls on the turnpike to find a good quality used car, but I and my wife will definitely be repeat customers, and would recommend going here.

We needed a good reliable car to fit our budget and we found just what we needed at Walt's. The staff is friendly and helped us stick to our price range with a great, reliable car. We especially liked that the sales people are not pushy and they are truthful. This family owned dealership is #1 in our book and we will go back and tell family and friends to go too. They were great after the sale too with their reliable customer service department.

My son needed a car for college, so we visited Walts Auto center. The salesman were so helpful finding something that fit our needs. My son now has a reliable car that he loves. I definitely recommend Walts to anyone looking to buy a preowned vehicle.

I Had been to several dealers Walt's was the most helpful and honest about the car i wanted. i had a problem and they took care of it right away. i have bought two cars from Walt's and recommeded my friends and family to them and have had very good feedback. .

Do not buy from here. Their cars are garbage, they give you a 90 day warranty that they don't honor, they are rude, the facility is run down and smells of stale cigarette, it was an overall horrible purchase that we regret terribly. Within 60 days of purchase we've spent an additional $1,000 on maintenance issues, which they would not do anything about. We were sold a lemon and they couldn't care less.
