Upon pulling into Walt's auto I wasn't to impressed with the selection of autos for sale however I was there specifically for one car. An 08 cadalliac Dts that had low mileage. It has around 35 thousand miles on it. 2 previous owners. As far as Cadillac go it certainly didn't have all the options. Such as traction control, navigation and several other things. However is in great shape obviously for a car that only has that amount of miles on it . Now he's asking $12,000 for the car. I'm not unfamiliar with these cars having owned five different Cadillacs in the past. So I researched the car thoroughly with three professional car appraisal companies. Kelly blue book, Edmunds, and the one the car is listed with, car guru's. Every one said the same thing. Even with the low mileage it's overpriced by almost 4 thousand dollars. I offered him more than I should have, 95 hundred to wich he replied were to far apart and he's been in the business for 40 years and that car fax says it's worth more. Well there the only ones because everyone else says differently. PT Barnum said a sucker is born every minute. Well I'm not willing to be that sucker. So buyer be ware. While it's a nice car, it's just not worth the price placed on it. You cant get a bank loan because it's over 10 years old. If it gets totaled or even receives damage your insurance will not cover it. Low mileage just doesn't account for thousands to much. He's hanging his hat on the mileage. Even the offer I made was to much for it. Glad he didn't take it. It will be interesting to see how long it takes to sell it. Do your homework people. Don't be a sucker. Also not one person there had a mask on. Not one.

I saw an advertised truck 3 weeks ago and actually filled out an application. No one ever responded, called or anything. I guess they have too many things that are more important than to respond to a potential buyer.
