Dennis was very nice and helpful, despite the fact that it was his 1st day, & he was in a mess, for lack of a better word. Although the diagnosis & cost to fix my jeep was more than gut wrenching (6,000ish)! His customer service was on point when he let me vent & give a "whoa as me" speach! Lol. Hope he keeps that persona!
