(2016-Great service experience since buying our F-150 nearly a year ago.) 2020 update - this review is based on a recent service experience. Most service at Wareham Ford in the past has been routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). Two other earlier service incidents involving the throttle body replacement (twice!!!!!) occurred in Virginia and New Hampshire, respectively. All three incidents, including Wareham Ford's recent replacement of the starter, were expensive; my real complaint about dealership service! Ford parts and service rates (as are Chevy and Dodge in my experience) are significantly higher than those charged by a 'local' service shop. Service quality at Wareham Ford has been consistently good (a few minor glitches and oversights) and that's why we come back. Good folks, fairly expeditious, but pricey. Still, a good choice among dealerships.

I recently bought a 2021 Mustang Mach e, all electric Mustang. Many dealerships are charging exorbitant dealer markups, in some cases thousands above sticker … along with gouging dealer fees Not Wareham Ford. They don’t mark up sticker and their dealer fees are $285 …. Really ? …. That’s as low as I have ever seen. The owner Craig and his staff are personable and competent. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation. Great job !

Just wanted to thank wareham Ford and specifically salesmen Paul Tanner for helping me to get my new bronco! I wish all dealers worked like this no pressure, no hassle just good old fashioned service with a smile. Its not the fanciest or newest dealer but they are great and take care of you! After the purchase I went and chatted with the service guys and they were friendly and super helpful. Thanks again!

Wareham Ford Service Department continues to provide excellent service on my 2014 F150, which I purchased from them in 2015. While there are closer options, I find that I completely trust Wareham Ford and therefore drive the 45 miles from my home to have all my service work performed there. Thank you for being a great company.

Was in the market for a new vehicle. My timing was perfect. The vehicle that I was looking for was available. The price was right around what I was willing to pay. Scott my salesman was very straight forward and honest which I liked. I can say that this dealership does not try and nickel and dime you like other dealerships that I have been to. Very upfront and transparent. I would highly recommend anyone looking for their next ford vehicle stop by this dealership. Ask for Scott Lopes.
