Be careful, at least when buying a used vehicle. Agreed on a price over the phone, drove and hour and then given a higher price. Not happy but agreed on the higher price. Called the dealership yesterday to confirm the amount of money I needed for a certified check. Today (the day I’m supposed to buy the vehicle), I am told that the price isn’t actually what I am supposed to pay but it is now more. Called the sales manager and obviously he knew I was upset and would be calling. He was immediately degrading and basically told me I was uneducated about the car buying process. Basically, I asked for a price with taxes and fees included (so I could get a check for the correct amount), then I was told that taxes and fees were not included. So after two lies, a 2 hour drive, and a useless check, I highly recommend not buying a used vehicle from this dealership. If anyone wants to know the name of the unprofessional sales manager, it is Patrick.

The primary reason for my rating was the sales person James Poling. He was wonderful to work with! He took the time to try to explain every detail and answer any questions I had. If he wasn’t 100% sure of the answer he did not just give a generic response. James completed the necessary research and got with me in a timely manner. James worked with my very hectic schedule, was professional, honest with me, very thorough and empathetic when it came to my requests for what I wanted in a vehicle! The only problem was the rim on the front drivers side. Which James explained to me before I picked my car up and it will be fixed free of charge. If you want a great buying experience and a nice car. I highly recommend James Poling at Warner Kia. Already spread the word to my friends and family if they ever wanted to improve their ride.

I own a KIA Sedona with 22K miles on it, I have already experienced oil leaks and very loud squeals and noises from my van. I brought my Sedona to Werner KIA for servicing of an oil leak and also mentioned the squealing noise. I was told it was brake rust and this was common. Over 2 weeks the noise has gotten so loud it could wake the dead...obviously NOT brake rust. So I scheduled yet ANOTHER service appointment. When I arrived at the time of the appointment I was abruptly told by the lady at the service counter that my appointment was actually scheduled 1 hour prior to my arrival that I couldn't be seen now and that I needed to re-schedule. Mind you...when I originally made the appointment I wrote down the time AND I arrived at that precise time. Apparently somebody made a mistake, regardless I wasn't offered to be squeezed in, there was NO apology for any miscommunication....just sarcastically told that she didn't have enough services techs and rudely told that I needed to reschedule. Now I live 1 hour away from this dealership so to simply reschedule and come back is NOT convenient in any way, but what upsets me the most is the way I was treated, certainly not like a valued customer. So if your KIA needs servicing, hopefully you don't experience the same unprofessional manner that I did at this dealership's service department. Grade for Customer Service = "F"

I went here looking to trade in my car and get an SUV. I told the salesman I wanted to look at AWD Sorentos, and after seeing a few I found one I liked and test drove it. We went to his office and went over price, etc. They offered me an insultingly low price for my car, but when it came down to the price of theirs they were firm (a few thousand over NADA price, a few thousand more than other dealers), even after I saw on the Carfax this vehicle was a 2WD Suv, and not AWD like they had told me and were pricing it as. I told them I wasn't interested at the current price which is when the owner came and talked to me very rudely and condescendingly telling me that I was cheating them by trying to get a lower price and maybe I can't afford this car, so how about I lease one, ETC. I have never been treated so rudely at a dealership before and will not return.

Phil worked with me to get what I wanted for the price I could afford. He has outstanding customer service and even delivered the car from Parkersburg to Huntington. Best decision ever!

they changed tires to see if that was the cause of a vibration. when I went back to have my tires put back on, they put old tires on and a wheel that was scuffed and scratched. they did put new tires on after I proved what they had done but not without some argument took vehicle back for recall for stoplight switch and they put on work order to have other things done that would have cost me. I caught it and had them take the extra item off the work order. would not trust their service department for any repairs not covered by warranty.
