we have been buying from matt and the guys at warren for for ten yrs or so.we have bought everything from new f-350 superduties to used muscle cars,about ten vehicles in total. I appreciate the no bull pricing,no going back and forth between 2 or 3 sales staff. the service dept has taken very good care of us over the yrs,i even have service performed on my 'non-ford' vehicles there,as far as I am concerned the service after the sale is very important.from major repairs to scheduled maintenance they have you covered. there are 4 of us my wife and two sons, we all drive vehicles purchased from warren ford.there's no doubt where my next new truck will come from.

My family has been purchasing vehicles from the Maciariello Family before they owned Warren Ford. We continue to purchase our trucks from them to this day. I started my experience with them in 1999 when I purchased my first brand new truck it was a F150 . I remember to this day walking up those stairs to talk to Mr. Maciariello. It was a painless, no pressure sales experience!! Still holds true to this day! I will admit I drifted away a lil towards those "Bowtie" trucks. But at the end of the day I came back,my last 4 trucks came from Warren Ford. We live about an hour or so away from the dealership but its worth little bit of a drive. The service department has always been honest, up front, and no run around reasons why the vehicle wasn't ready or no parts. Warren Ford is a small town dealership with a small town feel. There isn't 200 people working there and u have to go through 7 people to hopefully get an answer to a question or concern. My family and I have always had good experiences and as long as Ford keeps building what we like and we will keep buying them from Warren Ford!!!

I have purchased 3 vehicles in the past 4 years from this dealership and the sales staff is the most honest I have found to date. They explained the process from start to finish and actually found a rebate I didn't know I had coming. I highly recommend Warren Ford and will not shop anywhere else.

We purchased a new truck this winter, we found this family owned dealership while on Fava tion in area last summer.. I'm so glad my husband was so excited he found the best price and beautiful new truck.. we are looking to purchase a new explorer for me thus spring. We live 2.5hrs away we would not buy anywhere else.. thank you warren ford.

I recently purchased a 2015 f150 from this great hometown style dealership.. I was visiting the Lake George area over 4th of July 2015 and ran into Warren Ford.. I was looking at trucks for a while and was ready to buy, but never made a deal with other dealers or manufacturers until I made my deal here.. I was welcomed, hand the keys to many vehicles and found the one I purchased. I truly hated buying cars ND I bought a few in my time.. Warren Ford made me rethink about the FORD brand and how car buying is truly conducted. I have made plans to revisit that area this summer and purchase my next new suv. This dealership understands what it means to take care of its customers. I live 3 hrs away and will only buy cars and trucks from THE MACIARIELLO FAMILY

I have been bringing my vehicle to Warren Ford for over 15 years. They have always treated me very fair and the customer service is outstanding. They always go out of there way to provide me a rental vehicle or a ride home. I have purchased many vehicles over the years from Warren Ford through Scott White. He makes buying a car a pleasure. I highly recommend them. I am completely shocked by the below comments as I have never had a bad experience at this facility.

About three weeks ago I took my 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis to Warren Ford for an alignment. It has 183,000 so I know its not pristine but I am also on a fixed income and can't afford a newer car. When I got there I gave the keys to the service tech and went across the street to look at an older White Mustang. I saw my car being driven from next to the garage to the alignment rack, about 40 feet. Fifteen minutes later I walk back inside and the tech tells me there is a whole bunch of things wrong with the car. Lower control arms, the pitman arm is loose, the idler arm bushing is worn out and the steering shaft is froze. I had to ask five times the price and it was over $1800. I asked about aftermarket parts and was told by Naomi who was the girl running the show that lower control arms would "only" be $50 cheaper for each of them. Only? $100 might not be a lot to her, but to me its grocery money for the family. I told them no and the one tech told me the front end was about to fall out of the car. I took it to a mechanic with over 20 years experience (only reason I took my car to Warren Ford is that they had the only alignment rack in town) and he said yes the control arms were bad and we did the new steering shaft, but the pitman arm was fine as was the idler arm bushing. All told it was $1000 for the work, some $850-$900 less! I wrote a letter to Warren Ford and got a call from Matt Maciariello. He told me that he talked to the tech and was assured that it need all the parts and that he hoped he didn't see my name in the paper when my car fell apart. I told him I took issue with the paperwork I was given because his tech said he test drove my car, remember it went from the side of the building to the alignment rack and then from the rack to the side of the street. It never went more than 100 feet total. Then they said that there was an alignment done, there wasn't because they wouldn't do it until the front end was done. Matt told me he was lucky I didn't get charged for the alignment! Really? It didn't matter what I said I was treated like a fool and when I mentioned what the other mechanics said Matt insulted them saying they didn't know what they were doing. Really Matt? I was then given another "Well I hope I don't see your name in the paper because you got killed driving your car without getting the work done." I explained to him my family rides in that car but he just preferred to insult me. Sorry, won't be buying so much as a bottle of touch up paint from Warren Ford.
