Needed a new van for work deliveries and Warrensburg Ford had just what we were looking for on their lot. My husband called and talked with Petko who had all the paperwork ready for us by the end of the day. We didn't have to wait hours to finish the sale, we were only there for about 20 minutes. Great people to do business with. Will definitely be going back when it's time to upgrade my husbands truck.

We found the model we were looking for online and David Granados was very helpful in answering questions and expediting the transaction. I felt David was honest and if he did not know the answer to my question, he researched or asked the appropriate person.

My salesma David was excellent with information and being attentive but also not pushy during the whole process. Follow up service appointments have been handled in a prompt and professional manner. I would highly recommend my salesman and this dealership.

Found a used pickup on the web and called in and talked with David Grandados who answered my questions on the used truck and presented a new truck as well. Received an email same day with some additional information that I had requested. (Appreciate the quick follow up) Contacted David on my way to the dealership that weekend and he had trucks ready and waiting. We drove and he answered my questions. Impressed me that if he did not know he would go get the information requested and give me the right answer. Was a professional experience and David interacted well with me, my wife and daughter who were with me. Was not solely focused on me which they appreciated.
