This is my second purchase at Waschke's! I came back to Waschke's for 3 reasons. 1). I worked with the same salesperson both times. His knowledge of the vehicle's I was interested was amazing. He questioned me about what my need's and want's were. With that information he was able to put together some vehicle choices. Happy to say, I found the vehicle that was right for me! 2). Customer service!! I have worked with people my whole career. I know good service and expect it. I basically have found it at this dealership. 3). honesty! Very important to me! I have struggled in other dealer ships with salespeople who thought I was an easy sale....because I'm a woman! I have also had dealerships rip me off on repair work. I feel Ian treated respectly at Waschke's.

A "big" thumbs up for Warren our sales representative. He has the two assets that I greatly appreciate...1) very thorough on the sales side of business and 2) gets to know you so can better communicate with on a non-business side. We were looking for a Chevy Impala and a few in the area. Their pricing was close to the other places around Virginia, however the sales and finance people were easy to talk to, had the history of the car with out having to ask for it and very helpful from showing the car to owning the car. I will definitely look for my next vehicle here first. The word of mouth reputation they have is they are honest and great to work with.
