Wonderful Service Department. Ruth is a top notch service advisor. They took care of my oil change and a few recalls in a timely fashion. I am only 5 minutes from Sun Chevrolet but choose to drive 30 minutes to have all of my vehicles serviced there. That should say something about both... One observation though. I was stunned to see such a depleted new vehicle inventory. Wow!

I had a great experience at Washington Chevy. From beginning to end it was a quick and professional process. My salesperson, Ben W., was personable and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed through anything. I love my new car and thank everyone there!

It was a very smooth and easy experience. Compared to other car dealerships I have dealt with recently, Austin did a great job of not making me feel pressured into any decisions. He simply told me what my options were, and didn’t try to deceive or use too many “used car salesman” tactics. I would easily come back to work with him to get my next vehicle

Ben, is awesome very knowledgeable about my new Chevy Z92 and its features.. I highly recommend Ben if you're looking to buy a New GM product or one of their used vehicles. The process was quick Not all Day hanging out at the dealership! Which was appreciated with the busy lifestyle we needed it to be quick and again Ben made sure everything was ready when we arrived that the dealership to sign and pick up the truck.. My experience at Washington Chevy was absolutely amazing. Ben Winters is the best sales analyst I have ever worked with. I let him know what I needed and he provided the best solution for me, he even reassured me that the vehicle I was purchasing was the same one that he uses daily (even down to the color). Alongside giving a shout-out to my man Ben, Cody in the back with mechanics is the best mechanic I know and will always recommend friends-family- along with colleagues to go to Chevy on the hill!
