Too bad there aren't more than 5 stars to give. The RYAN family exceeded my expectations. Working with this family was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I love my new vehicle, and I'm thrilled to have free oil changes. I look forward to working with them in the future!

After visiting 6 dealers i was blown away!! Justin greeted me shortly after i pulled into his lot. Not your typical dealership. Justin was very friendly and helpful. Listened to what I was looking for and put me in a great truck and was able to score me great financing. I am very satisfied with the smooth sale. I am also happy to say i will go back when im ready to buy gain and recommend WSM to everyone i know.

THIS IS PROBABLY THE 10TH VEHICLE MY FAMILY HAS BOUGHT FROM THE RYAN FAMILY OVER THE PAST 10-15 YEARS AND WE HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH THE QUALITY OR SERVICE WE RECEIVE,SURE THE CARS MAY BE A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE HERE BUT REMEMBER YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! THERE REALLY ISN'T A NEED TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE,THAT'S WHY MY FAMILY KEEPS COMING BACK YEAR AFTER YEAR AND YOU SHOULD TOO!

I had been looking online for a used Ford Escape, I wanted an suv within the 2011, 2012 age bracket and I wanted one with 30000 miles or less. So I went on cars.com and found a beautiful mint condition 2012 all black Ford Escape at Washington St motors in weymouth. This vehicle only had one previous owner who only had the car for a year. It only has 11,344 mikes on it. 6 cylinder, automatic, power everything, power sunroof. I had contacted Justin through email and scheduled an appointment to go down and see it last Thursday, when I got there I saw it on the lot and pretty much knew right then and there I wanted it. The only question was going to be when. As I walked toward the office Justin held the door open for me, I introduced myself to him,told him I was the one who emailed him about the escape. He handed me the keys and said take it for a ride. He said let me know if you like it and your interested and if not maybe we can find something you are interested in, or I'll help you find the car you are looking for. This thing was in mint condition, looks like it came right out of the showroom. When I got back I knew I wanted it, we sat down and went through the numbers with no pressure of signing your life away on the spot. He explains everything to a tee, what it means, and not in the hurry up and sign This. After we went through the paperwork for the car, they also take care of the registry, and with your insurance. Got a great deal for a great car, walked in there at about 1115 am, and drove my new car home around 4th with everything taken care of. You also get free oil changes for life when you buy a car there. I also met one of the mechanics who works there, I did purchase a 7 year warranty. In all honesty, it's a great place, great people, every car looks clean and in great condition on that lot, and Justin will work with you too find the vehicle and price that fits you. All in all I'd absolutely go back and will definitely recommend Washington St motors to anyone.

If you are looking for a cheap used car, look elsewhere. But, if you are in the market for a clean, well maintained, previously owned vehicle, at a fair price, in the South Shore area, youl not find a better deal or dealer. Honest, no pressure, and they even got me a better interest rate than I had anticipated. I have never been happier with a car buying experience, and I will continue to do business with them for as long as they are in operation. That the difference that a family run business makes. I have recommended them to anyone that I have talked to since purchasing my car, and will continue to do so.
