We have been working with Watertown Ford for many years and have always had an excellent experience. In our recent obtaining a new vehicle we were torn on whether to get another Escape or and Edge. We did a test drive of each vehicle and decided to go with the Edge. We have thoroughly enjoyed the vehicle and believe we made the right choice. He stayed in contact with us by email & cell. He setup an appt with us on his day off to accommodate our schedule all the way from No Minn. He had the truck washed & spotless ready to test drive. Maybe it's just me, but being pressured into signing paperwork that commits you to buying a vehicle before you have the loan finalized (was already pre-approved) is absurd. It was a Saturday and I had no way of contacting my bank until Monday, the next business day. Apparently asking the sales manager, Brian Schroeder, to allow me to hold off on signing the paperwork one business day was an insane request. He took the paperwork, treated me like a nobody once he found out they weren't getting a sale TODAY, and walked back to his office. I finally asked him, right before he entered his office, if there was anyway they go lower on the price and he stated "no, we are a one price store" and closed the door on me. I can handle that answer but the fact that he told me that with his back to me and without the dignity to actually talk to me like a person is disrespectful. A little CUSTOMER SERVICE goes a long ways and due to the lack of it that I experienced, I will take my business else where from now on. Congratulations Brian Schroeder and Watertown Ford you have officially lost a sale and a customer for life.

We found this 2007 Tundra Truck on the Internet along with several other interesting trucks. After contacting Todd in used sales dept he went over & above replying to each & every email or call. He came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule. He made sure that the truck was washed & spotless. We drove hours from No Minn on a Wed. The sale went smooth & quickly with no loose ends. On Mon we met halfway to close the purchase. This was a huge plus not having to drive all the way back again to Watertown, S Dakota. We waited to write this review. Looking for a used truck that fit my needs, I spent a month shopping online and looking at dealers before I found better than I was looking for in my price range at Watertown Ford. The sales staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and not overly pushy, and the mechanic that I was directed to to ask about possible issues willingly explained what he had found on the truck. Every step of the process went easily and smoothly. I have been driving the truck for about a month now and have yet to come across anything that lowers my satisfaction with the vehicle or the dealer.

Came in late on a Saturday with a car that would barely start. They could not look at it on Saturday as the service department had closed, but staff members were helpful at taking my information and showing me where to drop my car off. They said they would look at it first thing on Monday. Got a call Monday morning at 9am with a diagnosis and was told the repair would be completed by lunch time. Got a second call at noon saying my car was ready. They were able to solve the issue I was having in a short order and the repair was reasonably priced.

the filter exploded when they took off leaving oil all over the under the engine, they called Dave back to double check that nothing was leaking and power washed the oil. WE WERE VERY THANKFUL that they did this!!!Thanks again for double checking our filter and washing it out.

Watertown Ford Chrysler had the color and options I was looking for on a 2016 Chrysler T/C. By the time I called them about it they had sold it however they said they may be able to locate another. They located another Chrysler T/C that was just what I was looking for. Jared made it all come together within my budget. Do to my work schedule and poor weather conditions Jared even worked with me to make arrangements for me to pick up my new T/C after normal business hours. I live about 2 hours from Watertown. 2011 Ford F150 crew cab. Service terrific, all the staff very helpful. However, in any auto dealership, I feel as though the salesmen are "sneaky & underhanded", and just out for number one, trying to make that sale/commission. They are all more than happy to sell you a vehicle, then when you have problems with it they give you the run around. I sent the owner 2 emails explaining my frustrations with no response. It's a good thing I purchased the extended warranty (I believe that they hope you do that so they don't have to repair the vehicle at their expense) or I would have been out $1,200.00. Better off going someplace else.

Although I went to quick change and was next up with the one car ahead of me in the stall it was about 1 hour 45 minutes by the time I dropped off and got to leave. Yes they ran through car was but I looked out and saw after 45 min my car was still not in the bay. Not sure I have ever had a quick change when I pull in to quick change lane.

One of the employees was going back & forth between the dealership and the body shop in a ATV type vehicle. He stopped and asked me if I needed a ride anywhere. 2015 Chrysler - Service was excellent. The vehicle was spotless when delivered, even on a very windy, dusty day and the gas tank was full. Darwin explained everything I need to know and even connected my phone for me. It took me a couple of weeks of shopping different makes including test driving 3 different models at Watertown Ford Chrysler (all more than once) to make up my mind. And as usual, Darwin was very patient and accommodating. I didn't feel any pressure there and sincerely believe I got great value for my money. That's why this is the 3rd new car I have purchased from Watertown Ford Chrysler in the last 5 years, and why I've chosen Darwin to be my salesperson each time. I know he is going to take care of me every time, not only at the time of sale, but afterward if I need help. I also know I can count on Watertown Ford Chrysler when the vehicle needs service. p.s. It doesn't hurt that the service waiting area is comfortable and has great cookies. Thank you.

I took my 2013 F-150 in for an oil change. I was met as soon as I walked in the door and told the supervisor what I wanted and it was taken care of. I was impressed with the fast service and the attitude that they cared about the business I was giving them. However I was disappointed when I got home and noticed the cover under my vehicle that covers the oil drain and other things was just hanging. The technician was careless in not ensuring everything was replaced as it was supposed to be.

At 12:30 I pulled up & only 1 vehicle was in a stall, 2 men working on it, one black in Wtn Ford shirt & one white in a white t-shirt. That was the east stall, two employees were at that desk & one employee was at center desk eating some hotdish. I went to speak to the one employee at the front desk along the wall (bald, bespeckled, older gentleman). He told me to go to one of the men in the stall desks. (No help whatsoever!) The guy eating hotdish couldn't help & said the guy with the black shirt at the other desk would be over in a little bit. Luckily one of the guys working on the vehicle, the white guy, with the white t-shirt & blonde hair, came right over. He politely asked what I wanted done, gave me the buzzer & (for the first time EVER) demonstrated what it would do when my vehicle service was complete. Thanks goodnes he was there!!

We met Mike Johnson and he was great our experience with Watertown ford is the first time we have leased a vehicle.The day we met with Mr. Johnson the dodge ram red truck was the among three trucks that were available to lease The red ram was the truck of the day ?? with the lowest lease priceThere were two blue trucks but at higher lease rate that day 9/30/2014.Mr. Johnson went to management several times asking if we could get the blue truck for the lowest lease price of the day.Every time he returned NO only the red dodge ram was available that day and it was the last day of the saleWe are not fond of red vehicle's so went with the blue truck ( all models had the same features ) and paid the higher lease price which we felt was unfair just because the red truck was truck of the day at the lowest lease price.Of course we did not met the management that kept saying no to Mr. Johnson.Our overall experience was excellent with all the members of the team that leased our new truck.Again I thank Mr. Johnson for trying to get us the lower lease price.we hope to either lease another truck in three years or purchase the one we haveThanks Keith and Roxanne Johnson202 East Main Box 68Badger, SD 57214
