Vanessa, her sales manager and finance manager were all polite and professional during the entire purchase experience. Never did I feel any pressure and all questions were answered. Vanessa was always friendly and provided constant updates/communication (often through text which made it easy for by busy schedule). thank you for a positive vehicle purchase experience!

TLDR: Someone is stealing items from cars at this location. I have been to this location 3 times in total. Two of them were to buy my car and the first two times I had a wonderful experience. The third time was for a recall on the jack in my car and the service was fantastic again. I was really surprised and impressed that my car was washed. When I made it home, however, I realized that something was stolen from my trunk. I had a set of 5 yellow microfiber towels in a bag. I found two removed from the bag and just thrown carelessly into the trunk while the rest, including the bag, were gone. I feel very uncomfortable that someone working at this location stole from me. I can’t stress enough that every customer service person I spoke to here was absolutely wonderful. But I feel I should warn others of this - don’t leave anything in your car when you take it to Watsonville Buick GMC.

Purchased a GMC Sierra here…After being lied to about pricing and rebates from multiple other dealerships who advertised one price online then marked up the truck when we came to the lot. Kevin listened to us, matched our fair price with his sales manager that we had researched online and had my husband out quickly (2 hours total). Best purchasing experience we have had buying a car. Will definitely be returning for future purchases.

Adam was great to deal with and everything was as we discussed! Also I believe his name was Jim who picked up the truck was fabulous! It was to see some older person picking it up instead of some kid not knowing what kind of music ect When you get your vehicle back!!!!
