I went to attempt to buy a vehicle there and decided not to after I didn't like the terms they tried to get me to sign on 10/1/2016. Ended up buying elsewhere. Found out on credit karma that my credit score had been requested 11 times recently. Upon further investigation, it was Wayne Akers Ford every time except one. Called the salesman that I felt with Gary, and he laughed at me and told me basically that it wasn't his problem!

Sold my 80 year old dad a true lemon of a truck. Said they'd fix it, but now they won't return his calls. He sat for FOUR HOURS waiting to see the general manager but was finally told that the manager was too busy, and won't return a call to set up an appointment. CROOKS!

Went to service department on 5/30/2016 for appointment that was scheduled and even got email reminder on 5/29/2016 only to find service closed.I think that the service department is very poorly ran and have no idea what they are doing also the department has no regard for people's time.

Bought a really poor built Mustang GT, 2015. From week 1 it has been in the shop and every time it comes back it's DAMAGED. Now, things happen, and they have stood behind their qork good or bad until today. I went in for tires, got garbage replacements, rims were damaged, they replaced them. New tires came in, they were mounted without incident.Got a nail, have a wareanty package. Went in for a patch. Car came out with damage to the hood and trunk. I detailed the car 1 day before this. Their lawn people also covered it in clippings, so they detailed it. Somewhere in between my car going in, gettung the patch in the tire, getting thrashed by the lawn guys, then detailed, got dented pretty bad on the trunk and noticably in the hood. This is 1 of many things gone wrong there. Every bitnof work had been subpar and cause for mento return, 2, 3 and 4 times for simple things to be resolved. I showed the manager, Rob, a nice person, but he said he's taking NO RESPONSIBILITY. Overall, the Mustang I have is garbage, mechanically, the engine is fine, although they put a 50/50 blend in it 1 time, that left me covered in gas/oil smell everyday for 2 months. They did that too.I have had NO LUCK with Fords or Ford dealerships. 2 Mustangs, a 2o14 and a 2015. Ford bought abck the 1st under the Florida Lemon Law, gave me a discount on a new one, and the dealer experience with the 2nd, although they're NOT BAD PEOPLE had been horrific and I cannot give them day after day of my life for their errors.I will be paying for the dent removal myself, taking 4K and dumping this car pile.of sheet for a REAL CAR. For 40K, weekly issues, no loaner, mointing rental and extra expenses on a 49K payment have left me FURIOUS! I made a vow to never figjt with anyone again recently, so I will post this review and take my business elsewhere for good.Again, Individually they are nice people and I've been made to feel appreciated, but the incompetence and consistent damage, substandard work and an over garbage cat eg- driver body panels rubbed and although bet out of eachothers way, "cannot bebfixed withou cutting it open" apparently it's structurally defective.- hood flies around at 65 mph, been adhusted and in shop 3X, no good ever.- rear window leaked, was fixed, came back with inoperable radio and bluetooth never worked properly again.- damage 2 rear wheels changing tires, but have since replaced the defective equipment and performed the same work without incident.- put wrong oil, a blend instead of full synthetic, resulted in 2 kr 3 months of torture of oil/smoke smell on me and passengers, coming in through the vents! Had itndrained and replaced with synthetic 2x and subsided.- this week, spaghetti monster as my witness, went in for a simple patch, they never balanced the wheel, got on I95 and it was like Jodi Foster in Contact when she's in the pod and its was shaking the chair loose! Took it back in, waited 4 hours (while I am sure they decided to stick me with their damages to my car) saw it outside, covered in grass clippings. Showed Rob, he sent it to detail, got it back and when I looked down from.my balcony when I got home, Isaw the first dent on the hood. Took it back tonshow him and get the wheel balanced, they did that, got ot back, looked good under the covered service area.Got home, looked down and see 2 huge dents in the trunk now, they know it was there.I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER AGAIN, NOT FOR SERVICE AND I GIVE UP! I'M TURNING THIS GARBAGE BACK OVER TO FORD THROUGH THEIR BUY BACK PROGRAM, AGAIN OR TRADING OUT AT A LOSS TO SACE MY SOUL! OWNED SINCE 7/4/15BEEN IN SHOP 20X FOR WARRANTY, SERVICE AND DAMAGE RESOLUTION. HAVE BEEN WITHOUT IT FOR WARRANTY/DAMAGE REPAIRS OVER 3 WEEKS.NICE PEOPLE, HORRIBLE CAR AND DEPLORABLE SERVICE QUALITY.

I was very happy with Andrew Bisaccia. He helped me find an amazing car and the customer service he provided was top notch. I would absolutely recommend anyone to this dealership, the people there are friendly and Andrew did such an amazing job guiding me through this whole process of buying a car. Thank you so so much for all you did!

We bought a used PT Crusier from them with them assurances that all maintenance was up to date. It wasn't. The timing belt should have been replaced 30,000 miles ago and any average service department would have known it. Sure enough it went out and almost destroyed the car. Although the profess to be customer orientated, they refuse to participate in the repair costs.

I don't typically write negative reviews, but after no apology or any kind of response from the managers and owners of Wayne Akers Ford for their actions, I'm going to have to do this. My husband had a leased Ford Escape that was due to expire January 2016. Unfortunately he passed away 12/5/15. My stepson contacted Ford and they kept saying that, due to the circumstances, they would pick up the car. They never showed over a 2 week period and it was emotionally upsetting to see his car setting in front of the house. After calls to the leasing agent, Mike Lee, with no response, I drove the are to the dealership to drop it off. I met with Manny, the manager and I wanted to know why Mr. Lee never called me back. He snapped at me and said, "I don't know!" That was the beginning of a horrible experience. The last thing I told him was that I was so hurt because I lost my husband and the car had been sitting for 3 weeks. He said, "It's not my fault your husband died, so have a nice day!" I was horrified and had to walk home 2 miles. I'm 70 years old and there was no concern, no empathy, no care, no nothing. I will NEVER forget how I was treated at this dealership. I wrote a letter to the owner and he has not responded. I will tell everyone I know to never go there for any reason, but if they want to be disrespected and dealt with rudely, then that's the place to go.

I walked In and asked about a vehicle. Was immediately given a price of $41,000. The sticker was around $45,000 so I started with financing. I was first told my interest rate was going to be 8.75%. I wasn't really happy with the monthly payment and I told them that. Well all of a sudden I miraculously qualified for 1.8% financing. But now in order to get that rate I lost $2,000.00 in incentives. I understood that and with the lower rate I would still be saving. Well when it came time to sign the paper work the price was now $45,000. It should have been $43,000. I said something to the finance guy who said well this comes off the top and this goes on the bottom. ?????? Anyway long story short then ended up putting price at $44,000. And would not give me my friends and family discount. I also had problems with the sales guys when the vehicle had to be serviced. Not their problem once you sign on the dotted line. They don't realize this experience has cost them 3 additional sales opportunity's of a very expensive vehicle.

Several months back my 05 F150 started running rough and I took it to another dealer for service. My plugs were changed (at 130,000 miles) along with boots and 1 coil pack. Last week I started to experience the same symptoms, running rough. Since I work in Lake Worth I took it to Wayne Akers and explained what had happened before expecting another coil to have gone bad. Now there is 155,000 miles on the vehicle. I was called a couple of hours later and told my entire engine was shot, a thrasher washer on the crank was damaged and "slipping back and forth" blocking oil ports and oil from reaching the top of the motor. I told the service writer I would come and pick up my truck. Once there I was greeted by a rather angry and belligerent service writer apparently with a "need to be right" complex rather than listen to a customer. The "technician" also appeared with my truck and explained they don't fix this issue because of the miles on the vehicle, only replacement was offered. At $8100...... He also explained the "thrasher washer" was in the center of the block. I had looked it up the night before and know it to be in the front of the crank. None the less I babied my truck up to Stuart to Advantage Ford, where I had experienced terrific service prior and dropped it off at about 7pm. The next morning at about 9am I received a call from the technician at Advantage telling me there was nothing at all "wrong" with my engine other than a several lack of oil, had anyone at the other dealership bothered to check the oil level? It was due for a change so of course I had it drained and replace and now for a week my truck runs like it always had.....perfect. Having never experienced this truck "loosing" oil in between servicing I can't imagine where it all went. I only had 4500 miles since its last change. The truck does not burn oil nor are there any leaks. There is however a service bulletin on this issue of the thrasher washer which in all honesty should be covered by Ford, but that's another story. This engine is fine!I will never recommend nor bring my own vehicle to this dealership for service of any kind.

I am in the market to trade in my current vehicle for a newer model. I been purchasing new cars since 1995. I know how it works. I went to Wayne Akers Ford in Lake Worth FL because I have purchased vehicles there before and thought being a return customer would buy me some flexibility on their end. Greeted nicely but everything went down hill after that. I was told I was upside down on my trade in which I knew. I was told my payments would much higher than I wanted. Again I knew that going in. When I was asked about making higher payments I declined and immediately the salesperson ended the conversation and we left. After giving it some thought I decided to meet them halfway on their offer. I called the salesperson and asked me to come back in to get the deal done. I returned, had to wait 30 minutes for the salesperson to attend to me. He assured me they would do everything possible. Salesperson came back with an even worse deal than the 1st one they gave me during my first visit. when I asked about the first deal he said it was a different manager and he wasn't as forgiving as the first person. salesman told me to sell my car on my own and then come back. he ended the dealings and we left. I cant begin to tell you how rude and unprofessional they were. if anyone is looking to buy a car DO NOT go to Wayne Akers Ford. they don't care about you!

I bought a 2013 Ford Ranger, and purchased the extended warranty at thae time (02/2014). Due to family health issues I needed to sell that vehicle. I drove from Vero Beach to the dealership to process the cancellation of the warranty, and was to d i would receive my rebate in about 4 weeks. It's now 6 weeks, and no check. Several calls to the financial department are always met withe voice mail. NO RESPONSE. When I showed up to buy, I couldnt get out of my car without a sales rep right there. I bought the car in May. Certified used car with a bad transmission. It does not even go with my car. The car is not drivable and they refuse to fix it, I have a family to support and have no car to drive to work with. When I called to let them know, I was hung up on and asked to have my lawyer contact them. Not only are they dishonest but they have no soul to not care about a single mom who owes 6,000 still and can't drive her car. They should be shut down

Bought a 2014 Ford from here last year. Every time I bring it in for service I am greeted by the guy with the worst attitude. He is just unhappy with his job I guess. He's never in a good mood and everything you tell him about warranty service he blames on you the customer. He never once will side with the customer, isn't his job based on customer service? Also now I am being told that they no longer offer loaner cars for warranty repair. So I buy a 40k car and while it's under warrantee I have to pay anther $150 to rent a car, guess they get a kick back on that rental fee as well because they won't call you back for at least 2 days. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

I have been using Wayne Akers for over 25 years. They have service my vehicles..........Wayne, Jr, (RIP) suddenly passed away from an airplane accident. The service department has been gradually depreciating since his passing and now has hit al all time low. When you arrive in the express lane and porter (AJ?) and a Service Writer Charles meets you. AJ lifts the hood check battery. Terminal tape read GOOD. I ask Charles how long to do tire rotation, oil change and look at a hole in tire. Charles says, "Under an hour". Charles writes it up and directs you to a VIP lounge...... Jerry Springer Show is on the TV; go figure.45 mins later Charles comes back with a list of stuff (like 5 must have repairs) they recommend to be done. I guess he did not check his computer they did some of that stuff 4 months ago. He said I need a new tire but didn't have in stock but wants to put an unmatching tire on for $145.00. I get the same tire for $95.00 installed. He said I needed a new battery and showed me another thermal tape different from the one AJ had. I told Charles to put new battery in since I have 5 electronics in my car that stay on all night but asked him to find the one AJ had. He could not find it and said AJ probably did not test the battery; Chucky lied; he had AJ tape when he wrote up the deal..........................BOTTOMLINE.............. Another Great company becomes SCAM ARTIST in the Palm Beaches. I wonder what happens to peoples ethics when the almighty $$$ is involve. Shame on you Wayne Aker Service. PS Your Cashiers in service are embarrassed at the Con-Artist and scams too,AJ is a good person whom I do not think was involved with the scam; unfortunately the others are falling for the loyal employee that scams customers.

Dropped my car off to have a fuel and vapor leaks fixed (DTC code for the vapor leak). I was charged nearly $350 for a part I don't think I needed and left with problem solved? NO. Still had a fuel and vapor leaks. Brought the car back for a follow up diagnostic and was told I had a hole in my gas tank. Went home and a two minute effort and simple inspection at the fuel pump access above the tank reveled a loose fuel line fitting and a loose mounting ring for the pump. In a few minutes I fixed it myself with one screwdriver. No hole in the tank. Just a FEW MINUTES of proper diagnostics and/or common sense follow up and they could have been heroes in this situation. But lazy diagnostics and sloppy trouble shooting left a customer with a very bitter experience. They will be relegated to oil changes only and I will still have to double check their work for lack of trust...

Bought my first brand new truck from these guys the other day. Diego Torres was there and he went to bat for me right away. He asked me what I needed to keep my business running (construction). And from there he showed me what he recommended and I immediately felt at ease that he wasn't trying to sell me a truck that didn't fit my needs. From there he paired me with the salesman Jason! Young guy but very knowledgable and most important polite and not pushy. Btw these two guys even tho my credit wasn't the best, by the end of the day I was the proud owner of a brand new Ford F-150! Thank you fellas! I'll be in to see you guys again for sure.

Had been going to Wayne Akers for servicing for quite a while because close by. On more than one occasion no return calls. Friend warned me of terrible service I should have listened. Then I decided to buy a new car. Wanted a certain Ford model and went by. They had the car I wanted but was treated bad. Not invited into showroom until I asked about price, this was after standing in hot summer sun for some time. First car wouldn't even start, then they jumped it and still ran bad. Other car ran better but covered in ants! When walked into dealership at that point, the salesperson barely spoke with us, gave us no details about the car or any reason to buy it. Wrote the number on a piece of paper and showed us the paper. Decided this was not going to work for me at all. When doing any business, especially buying a new car, deserve to be treated as a valuable customer, and the experience was anything but pleasant. Would not recommend or go there again. Went to another dealership, treated great and ended up buying a more expensive car. Your loss for having bad customer service.

The Sales & Finance Dept. starts off OK but once they get your Money from your Bank the Friendliness & Service changes very quickly.Service Dept. doesn't know how to treat their customers, Finance Dept. is just as Bad, once your check clears. Would NOT Ever use this Dealership again or even recommend them. In fact, I sold my one year old 2013 Ford Fusion because of this Service Dept. because of how my wife and I were treated, and now I can't get my money back from the Finance Dept. after waiting for over 6 weeks now on the cancellation of my extended warranty plan, which is refundable (pro-rated refund) by law if not used. Agreed on price and financing on new car Saturday. 2,700 in rebates with 0% financing. They gave us a price of 425 a month. We confirmed the information. Went to pick the car up the next day, Sunday and they said we misunderstood and can only do one or the other not both and changed our payments to $441 a month. How could WE have misunderstood if they gave us the number of 425 a month? SO we walked out without a car. We dont do business with people who waste our time like that and who are unethical. I'm very saddened to report that my experience in your dealership was the most horrifying and scariest time in my life. Your finance manager Philip Edwardo made my experience at Wayne Akers completely negative and life-threatening. I have no choice but to contact Ford's corporate office and report his actions. The only saving grace about today was that my 2 and 1/2 year just left your dealership, had Mr. Edwardo treated us like that in front of my daughter I would've called the police. I met Mr. Edwardo for the first time when he informed me that the original "done" deal that was agreed upon with your salesman David Alla and JP was not to be. I simply voiced my frustration by stating that "your all unbelievable" wondering why both David Lala and JP insured myself and my wife that we would be garunteed a lease on the new Ford Edge. Mr. Edwardo just up and left the table. He left without reason and I had to have the secretary page JP to find out what was going on. I followed behind JP when JP asked Mr. Edwardo about leaving me alone at the table. It was at this moment that Mr. Edwardo flew off the handle and began berating me at full volume. He then moved closer to me in an effort to make his point clear. At this point both JP and your sales manager Juan Dominguez had to physically hold him back. Again as JP and Juan Dominguez were apologizing for Mr. Edwardo actions, Mr. Edwardo approached me in a demanding fashion, screaming to have me follow him to another office. I refused I was really feeling nervous and most of all unsafe. Juan tried in vain to calm Mr. Edwardo but he was enraged and at one point his face was the full color red. I'm a teacher and I always tell my students to report any wrongdoing to the administration. Juan & JP continued to apologize and I implored them to remember the actions of Mr. Edwardo. I had ask them both how they would feel and they both agreed that they too felt the situation was unsafe. I asked Juan Dominguez to help me and he only told me that during your monthly team meeting he will reprimand Mr. Edwardo. I feel Mr. Edwardo actions warrant more than a reprimand. I'm reporting Mr. Edwardo to you, corporate and the Lake Worth police/sheriff department. I can't stop replaying the events of today over in my head and I can't bring myself back to your dealership for fear of my safety.

I originally requested a Toyota yaris but was told that the bank approved me for a focus instead. I accepted and signed the paperwork. They claimed that weren't receiving faxes I had notification went through. So where are those important papers? I hand delivered them after driving 2 hrs to do so.I received a call asking for more documents a wk after they'd been turned in. After having the car over a month, they ask me to return it. Spot delivery? I did and the salesman says he will work on getting me reapproved. I ask for my deposit back which he tells me that i am entitled to...so does my lawyer. Then he tells to me that I shouldn't use my second job as income..so I wasn't approved. Now I'm pissed because it is taking them forever to get my refund and I need a car. Good luck if you go there. There should be a law against spot deliveries!

Buy a good car from the junkyard not Wayne Akers. The junkyard won't give you alot of puff which is nowhere to be found on the contract you will sign.

E-bay purchase: Salesman stated the car I wanted was a stellar condition 1991 Corvette. To date I have spent $8,000 out of pocket to meet that description. The ad pictures taken were all favorable, but by willful omission there were none of those showing the faults. The salesman stated that they inspect their cars and replace anything less than 50% serviceable. Examples: The wipres did little more than streak and the rear brakes had 5% and the front 40%.The car hauler who brought this car to me in Connecticut noted 30 body faults and two rips on the convertible top. They notarize signatures in your absence and after three months and two letters they finally refunded a measily $3.00 because they overcharged me on the tax. To remove old plates one has to take off screws, upon delivery there were none, how cheap is that? They have you sign a contract giving up your right to a jury trial and state that instead they pay for arbitration. Then they denied me arbitration because my complaint was after 90 days, but the final contract was signed well within that time limit which limit is not specified in any document I ever received. They also stated that I purchased an as is condition car. However the Warrantee has wording that states unless otherwise indicated below, not the box below, just below. I wrote words on the contract: Salesman Anthony Bennett states: Vehicle in excellent mechanical and physical condition and roadworthy. They signed the document, but will not acknowledge those words. My advice is to buy your car from a dealer who sees you as a customer not prey.

They sell junk vehicles. they claim to inspect vehicles but after purchasing my cargo van I had to take it back to them they said it was fine then having to take it to a shop and have 1125 dollars worth of work done to the front suspension. then the salesman had nerve to call me the next day ask me how everything. went . buyer beware. I expected better buying a ford product from a ford dealership. Shame on wayne akers ford for taking peoples money and giving them nothing but garbage in return. I would never tell anyone to buy from them.

I purchased my new Ford Escape (A 2011 XLT) that was on the lot still classified as new since it was never titled. Searched and did alot of homework on the Escape before visiting WA Ford. Was greeted immediately and warmly by Jeff Leed and shortly was on a test drive which sold the car. Be aware during the finance/paperwork fun that when they explain your payment etc that they include the cost of gap insurance and extended warranty. I turned down the EW and payment went down $50/mo. Of course its your choice if you want the EW or not. Just sayin. Penny was great explaining the very cool SYNC system in my Escape. Would recommend anyone wanting a new or used Fordto go see the nice folks at Wayne Akers. Love my new car.

After fleecing us for $1000 to fix a couple sensors, they screwed up the milaege screen in process. The screen was perfect until we brought it to them, and not working when we picked it up.(pretty simple you'd think) After bringing it back for them to 'look' at, they offered to replace the unit for $600! They refused to do anything about their screw up.....of course "it wasn't their fault"...."they didn't touch it." I told them, if I ran my business that way, I'd be out of business. Just wish we had found this review board before throwing away good money.

Brought my 2006 Ford Explorer into Wayne Akers Ford for a loud ticking noise coming from my engine at start up. It would last about a minute and then go away. I am the original owner so I know my truck very well and this ticking noise was not normal. To me it sounded like an exhaust leak as they will make quite a bit of noise and then go away as the engine heats up. After keeping the truck for a day and a half both the technician and service advisor told me it is a normal noise and that there was nothing wrong with the truck. I was not happy with this answer so I called Ford Corporate to elevate the situation and try and get help from them. The initial represenative was very polite and understanding and said he needs to contact the dealer to get all the details. I received a call from a different representative at Ford Corporate a few hours later and he actually scolded me for getting corporate involved and that I should listen to the dealer. I could not belive what I was hearing as I knew the ticking noise was not normal! I held my tongue though and told myself to live with the noise a few more months and address it later. After about 6 months I took the truck to Pompano Ford to have it looked at again as the ticking noise was driving me nuts. They diagnosed it immediatey as a cracked manifold and are changing it out under my extended warranty! I will never take another vehicle to Wayne Akers for anything at all! It came down to them simply not wanting to fix the issue as it is not an easy repair! What a way to treat a customer!

This dealership rips you off on cars & their prices are ridiculously high!. They had a 2006 subaru tribeca b9 with 54k miles & they are asking 20k & that doesn't even include sales tax. I went to another dealer"royal palm mazda". & found a 07 subaru tribeca b9 with 40k miles & with sales tax and everything it came out to 20k.. Wayne akers just rapes you with there prices! DO NOT go there. However the sales people r really nice I just don't think the cars are worth what they are saling them for!

I was sold a 2010 ford fusion. It was a dealer special. It had 33,000 miles. I was told by the salesman that it had never been titled. I was told it was a saleman demo. After purchase I was given only 3000 mile waranty. I questioned this because if they were selling this car as "new", (never been titled), I wanted the full 36,000 miles. four days after purchase I was told by the salesman (mr.Brown) that the car was in fact a preowned car. Then he told me it was owned by Enterprize rental car. They sold me a rental car that was supposed to be a sales demo. I was outraged. The sales manager(Rick Kennady) offered me a longer waranty, but the damage was already done. I returned the car and was able to get my car back.

It started when I sent an Internet request for more information, I had a response within 15 minutes and I received the information I was looking for. I received a call immeditly and set an appointment, I showed up and meet with Rick Kennedy and he had the vehicle pulled up and ready to drive. I was in and out within 1 hour. That has never happened before Wayne Akers understands how I want to buy! Thanks for the GREAT EXPERIENCE

Found an F150 online in the trim I was looking for with a good price. I traveled over a hour to purchase it. The finance manager was cool, the problem was with the sales lady, Erika K.As I was taking delivery of the vehicle, they could not locate the OEM manual and the sync system manual. Also contained in the manual booklet is the card with the pin code for the keyless entry. So I left without knowing it.Erika K told me to call back in a few days and they would call a dealer closer to me and set up an appointment to get the key pad re-set, and they would also find me a set of manuals.I called 5 TIMES ! And every time I got the same response ''I'm Gonna Look up the deal and call you back'' Calls never returned, but they surely were returned proir to purchase.I figured after multiple phones calls I'd finally e-mail the sales manager, never got a response.I realize it's just a few manuals, I am not a petty person. But it's the principle and I paid 30+k for a truck and cannot even use the keyless pad to get in. The helpfulness rapidly dwindled after the paperwork was signed. Pretty crappy if you ask me.

Bought a car there -- list price $17,000 -- actual price after fees $32,000.Brought the car in multiple times over a year for A/C issues and 2 weeks after the $3000 extended warranty expires they finally says "Oh yeah, it's the compressor" -- that will be $1,300 -- and oh yeah, you need whole new motor mounts -- we just forgot to mention that before ...

Brought in my truck for service on a recalled item, while I was there I asked to have a drivers side mirror replaced, the price with labor was never disclosed prior to work being done. I had called ahead about the cost and they quoted me a price and then changed it when I said someone else quoted me a lower price. I believed the price to include labor (because when I called a parts store it was $20 and at Wayne Akers it was $40). When I questioned the price he basically said I should have known there would be a labor charge (As I was checking out, I was told that the work was quite difficult to replace the mirror and that's why it cost $40 for labor). Customer service called inquiring about my experience, when I explained that I had a poor experience, she said a manager would call me and she would "handle it". I never received a call back. The next day I called to inform someone that the mirror they replaced had fallen out because it was not installed correctly (one of the clips was bent over and not even in the hole), the same service agent said the mgr had been on vacation that's why he didn't call me back and that she would have him call me back, I'm still waiting for that call.

my wife and I travelled 3 hours to the dealership and we weren`t even offered a drink when we arrived. There is no coffee pot or drinks machine in the showroom and it was only by luck that we found one in the service department. Our salesman appeared to be dealing with several customers at the same time and we were left for long periods alone in the showroom. I had already agreed to buy the truck on the internet so I suppose the salesman didn`t have to try very hard to please us but I was spending $28000.00 cash and I expected better service. At the end of the transaction, I was given a temporary plate and told to go to the nearest car accessory shop and buy a plate and two screws to fit it to the truck as there weren`t any that fitted at your dealership!!!! On the up side, the truck was fantastic, much better than I expected, it`s just a pity that what should have been an enjoyable experience was spoiled for us. I love the truck but in all honesty, I wouldn`t recommend Wayne Akers Ford. Sorry.

I am not a person to give out praise unless it is truly deserved. Wayne Acres Ford gets a A+ when it comes to ethics and customer satisfaction AFTER the SALE. That says alot about a company... to get ethical treatment after you leave the lot. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and their reliability to stand behind their cars. Rolando Santiago is the best salesman... so if you go to Wayne Acres please do ask for him he will get you the best deal. The service department treated me like I was their number #1 priority and even followed up with a customer service call later. Please do not go anywhere else this is going to be your best dealer especially if your looking for honesty, ethics and quality products. I do not mind signing my name to this as it has been an honor to be their customer, thats how good this dealer made me feel before and after the sale. When I ever decide to buy another vehicle it will also be with this dealer.Deena Kalinowski

I went to Wayne Akers to have some scheduled service work done on my 2004 F-250. The service writer really nice guy. The waork its self was dissapinting at first because my truck was brought back me with a bunch of grease all over it. Also they left the transmission drain plug loose and so it was leaking tranny fluid ion my drive way. I was really upset and called James and let him know sbout the situation. He then asked me to go back to the dealer so that the lesks could be fixed. I agreed and took the truck back the following morning at which point I was introduced to Nick Ramos who is the Quick Lane manger. Mr.Ramos spoke to me and had my work redone on my truck and was very nice. At the end Mr.Ramos went above and beyond to take care of all my issues and I really appreciated that. In the end I was very happy with my experiance.

HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR HERE. I WAS QUOTED A PRICE PRIOR TO TEST DRIVING. THEN WHEN I GOT TO THE PAPERWORK, PRICE WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT. SALESMEN TOLD ME THAT HE GAVE ME THE PRICE OF THE CAR WITH MY TRADE IN CALCULATED ALREADY. HE STATED NOTHING LIKE THAT AT THE BEGINNING. I SIMPLY ASKED FOR THE ASKING PRICE OF THE CAR, WE WERE NOT EVEN IN HIS OFFICE YET.I FELT AS IF THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY YOUNG AGE AND ASSUMED I WAS AN IDIOT.

All I can say is that I have been buying cars from this dealership for the past 15 years and all I can say is that the way that they take care of you is like you are a VIP as the way it should be with every customer. From the minute you walk in the door until you walk out with your new vehicle, the experience is like no other dealership can offer you. Their friendly, courteous staff make it a very simple process, plus there prices can not be beat by any other dealer anywhere. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to purchase a new or used vehicle.
