I came in to trade in my 2007 Elantra with over 200k mile and Rick Klein helped me walk out with a new a new 2016 Accent, the exact one I wanted. He gave me a fair number for both my trade in and purchase and the experience was great. \I would definitely recommend him and the dealership!!

I recently bought a Tucson Eco at Wayne Hyundai. I am very happy with the vehicle. My salesman was Jose Morel, who understood that my wife and I were in the beginning stages of the buying process. We visited on night that was not ideal for a test drive, so we made an appt. to go back. Our second trip to Wayne Hyundai, was the first test drive. Jose took his time to explain all the elements of the new 2016 Tucson. The drive was fine. We told Jose that we would be in touch with a decision, and to go over finances. About two weeks later, with our search done we went back. We settled on a price, and bought the Tucson. Jose was a great help in getting the deal done. I would recommend, if you are looking for a Hyundai, that you check out Wayne Hyundai. Also ask for Jose.

I came in very uncertain and not knowing what kind of car I wanted. Rick was extremely helpful and in not only narrowing down what I would like in a car but also to not overwhelm me with choices/force me toward something expensive. He found the right car for me, answered all of my questions, and was super pleasant. When things started to get a little out of my price range, he made accommodations for me and made the purchase much more affordable. I absolutely love the car and I appreciate Rick being so patient in my indecisiveness. The dealership is known for their good service and I can easily see why.

Our salesperson Derek Hopson was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process and was able to get us a great number for the car we wanted. We didn't have the best experience with the finance manager but in the end we did purchase the car and everything was fine. All in all the dealership was helpful in buying a car and it wasn't the worst experience.

The salesman at the dealer was fantastic and the process for buying the vehicle went smoothly. The problem started with the warranty. Hyundai boasts about their warranty of 5 years or 60,000 miles but wait until you have a problem. All of a sudden they are saying its not covered. My car is 6 months old and the air conditioning stopped blowing cold air. Well now Hyundai is saying that I have to pay for the repairs. On top of all that when I bought the car new, I bought an extended warranty- 120,000 miles bumper to bumper. How crazy is all this. Buyer beware. The warranty is not what they say it is.
