We are very pleased with the repair work your body shop did on our 2015 Suburban. Although we did have to return so that several screws that were left in a cup holder in the vehicle could be put into place. When we returned with the vehicle it was fixed immediately.

In preparation for surgery my truck was damaged in the hospital parking lot. Since I only had a few days before the surgery I drove to Webb and asked them to look at it. They took the time even though I didn't have an appointment. Since I wouldn't be able to drive the truck for 12 weeks after the surgery, they agreed to deliver the truck to my home in Aztec. The repairs were made and the truck delivered as promised. I really appreciate the extra effort they made to accommodate my situation.

Driving down main street in Farmington NM, a sign pointed turn here. That's how we ended up at Webb Chevrolet. The welcome was excellent, the service department greeted us. My only comment is, in the waiting area there should be more available to drink in the actual room than just coffee and tap water. I was never shown or told there was a soda machine in the area and don't know if there is one available.

I had to take my vehicle in to have an intermittent problem checked out, Unfortunately, they were unable to duplicate the problem, and having been a mechanic myself, I understand that everyone involved experiences frustration in this situation. However, the service writer explained to me that the computer was checked for problem codes (found none), the vehicle was visually inspected (no problems found) and extensively test driven (performed fine).I was asked to use the vehicle, and if the problem showed itself again, to come back ASAP for another inspection.I am satisfied that all that could be done was done, and have more confidence in the vehicle after being inspected.There was NO CHARGE for the service, although considerable time was spent, and that demonstrates true customer care and understanding. I have always been treated well at Webb, and recommend them highly.

being that this was a major purchase we came back more than once to look at the vehicle we liked. on the last day we went through with the process of buying. matt palmer helped us to explain the whole transaction of the purchase. he and others in different Departments of the dealer to make it possible to finalize the deal. it was an all day ordeal at the dealer. we were satisfied with the buy of the equinox.after a week of owning the vehicle a problem with the gps system was not working at all. no data of fuel stations, movie time, etc. so we have to take in the car for Webb to fix the problem. after a week its in the shop I thought and I hope the next time its for the required maintenance. we will see how this goes. :(

I had the oil changed and tires rotated. I thought the vehicle might be using oil, but it was explained to me that the oil consumption is well within factory limits. I was given factory info. and that if I felt it was still using too much oil to contact them and we will figure out something. My Service Adviser is Dan Jensen and I am very happy with him.
