Completely dissatisfied with my so far. I've had my car there twice to be prepped, and it still isn't right. They were supposed to buff the car when I brought it back and didn't, there is still china marker on the windshield, and there is still plastic in the interior that needs to be removed.

I just got discharged from chapter 7 and i needed something newer with 4x4. Tony in sales was very helpful and friendly and was not pushy at all. Jim in finance worked for over an hour to get me the best deal he could and he got me a better deal than i ever thought i would get. I love my 2012 ram truck. I know its a Hyundai dealer but they really took care of me. Definitely recommend this dealer to anyone.

My sales person, Brad Bradford, aka Brad Pitt was exceptional. He made my buying experience a lot of fun and was able to find the vehicle in the color/model that i wanted in no time. I highly recommend working with Brad Pitt Bradford. He has been great in follow-up and cared beyond just making a sale. The only negative part of my experience was the additional vehicle protection I was encouraged to add, as it had not been previously mentioned when deciding on the lease, and I was unaware that I would be incurring significant maintenance costs (besides regular oil change/tire rotation/fluids).

Used a rebate they knew did not apply to me and now they want more money, offered a blank contract for me to sign. Will not uphold contract. Terrible customer service. Bought on Aug 6. On August 20 they say there is a problem with my contract because they used a recent grad rebate, despite telling the man I graduated in 2009. Obviously it did not go through and now they want more money. My paper plate expires in 4 days and despite admitting it was their fault they aren't doing anything to correct their mistake. They don't understand what contracts are. They just say I should pay more money because they are inept. After the 3rd visit back I was offered a BLANK contract. When I asked him about it he said lots of people would sign a blank contract.

My salesperson Joe Oswald was by far the the most enjoyable salesperson I interacted with out of any of the dealerships my wife and I visited. We already had a feeling we were going to get another Hyundai but did test drive GMC/Chevy, Jeep/Dodge, Honda, and Ford. Joe was not pushy and listened to our needs. He understood we were there for a test drive the first time in May and not buying at this point. The fact he was not pushing the sale at that time and was helpful showing us our options definitely helped in our decision on returning to Webb Hyundai in Highland when we were ready to purchase. Buying a new car is not always the most enjoyable experience, but Joe Oswald made my experience about as good as a car buying experience can be. I did not feel like I was working with a "car salesman", but with an actual person I could relate with and trust. All other sales people at other dealerships constantly pushed leasing on me even though I repeatedly said no. Within minutes of interacting with the sales reps at these other dealerships, I knew then and there I would not be purchasing a vehicle from them. I simply explained to Joe I wanted to purchase not finance and he respected my decision and did not mention the lease again. My wife and I love our new Santa Fe Sport and it has been great to have anticipating the arrival of our first baby.

The salesman I worked with did everything he could to send me home in my third Sonata. I am impressed with all of the new changes in my new car. It fits like a glove and is great on the road. With my last 1999 Sonata I thought about making a video with that car and how much I loved it (women love there cars too)!

My past experiences with buying autos from dealerships have be horrific. I came in highly skeptical, but I knew I wanted a Hyundai Sonata. I worked with a wonderful sales person - Joe Oswald. I highly recommend him; he was honest, didn't steer me wrong in any way, make a deal work for me that involved a tricky trade-in deal. I finally feel great about an auto purchase, not only from him, but the finance department was fantastic too. I will be a repeat customer from here on out.

The dealer Joe salas said he could get my husbands payment for a 2016 Hyundai elantra for about 300 a month and the next day says the bank came back with 480. They try to screw you over here. Don't recommend anyone going here.

From the moment I stepped in the door, I was provided with excellent customer service. It was professional and sincere, no hard pressure sale. I appreciate that. Eventhough there was a glitch in the payoff amount of the trade, the dealership worked out the kink and the deal was able to be completed. I did feel ambushed by the finance department though. I was given one price and when I go in to sign the papers, here comes the hard sale on after market policies, which of course boost the PRICE. AND, you can't think about it, it's a ONE TIME offer, you MUST agree right then. PRESSURE.....paperwork, that was blank, asked to sign, and then my copy is unledgible. This Experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. It has taught me not to go into another finance room alone.

When I came in, Tony Myrthil took care of EVERYTHING. We took a test drive and he let me really get the car into a road so I knew how comfortable it was. (Some dealerships have you do a little up and back) We then went over all the details and features of the car - Tony took the time to make sure I saw each and every feature and knew what to expect out of the vehicle. As we worked through the process, everyone was beyond friendly and had REAL discussions with me. I never ONCE felt like someone was being disingenuous or anything. I have been buying cars for a long time and this has been the absolute best experience of all time. I came into the dealership on 12/31/2016 to inquire about a vehicle. I was introduced to Sean Whitfield, he was a nice person and very friendly. Sean didn't ask me very many questions about my needs, I told him which vehicles i was interested in and he insisted on this particular Silver 2015 Hyundai Sonata SE. He told he that I should take it home for a test drive, but i had already test driven the vehicle, so i told him taking it home was unnecessary. Sean insisted that I take it home for a few days and to return to the dealership. Once i got home, i noticed significant damage on the rear passenger side of the vehicle- there was a huge dent and deep scratches. The back seat of the car was filthy and the car had 5,600 miles on it and they were attempting to sell it to me as a New Vehicle. I took pictures of the damage and when i returned the car to the dealership, I pointed out the damage on the car. Sean then accused me of damaging the car, I was highly upset. After talking to a manager (I believe his name was Matt) he assure me that I would not be held responsible for that damage. Matt & Sean then offered me a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Sport which I liked. We sat at the dealership for a while and we agreed on pricing any everything. I needed to return to the dealership to sign over my current vehicle that I was trading in. When I returned to the dealership 2 days later (01/04/2016), Matt was not there. The entire deal changed. The dealership no longer wanted to honor the agreement that we had made 2 days prior. Out of frustration I was prepared to walk away. I returned the keys to the 2016 Sonata Sport and was ready to leave. Sean Whitfield then offered a 2016 Hyundai Elantra Limited, I did like the vehicle and we agreed on a price and terms. We then sat with Jim Menz in the financing office. We agreed on no down payment, $407 a month car note, Webb Hyundai would make the 1st payment, they also agreed to throw in a remote starter at no extra charge, and they agreed to make the payoff on the vehicle I traded in. So my first payment wouldn't be due until 2/4/2016. On January 25th, a week before my 2/4/16 payment was due I received a call from Jim Menz advising me they they had not calculated my taxes correctly and i had to come back in to re-sign some paperwork on January 26, 2016. In the meantime i had been calling and leaving messages for Sean Whitfield and I had been sending emails. I eventually found out that Sean no longer worked at this dealership and they failed to inform me. So I went to the dealership and re-signed the document, I made mention that my car that I traded in still hadn't been paid off and now late fees have been assessed. Jim Menz assured me (and I quote) "We are gonna call GM Financial and get a new payoff quote. Whatever the price is, we will pay it off" Jim also said that the only thing that was changing was the amount i would pay would be lowered to $400 but everything else we agreed upon were staying the same. I was happy to finally be done, because that was my 4th time coming to that dealership. I live in Chicago, this dealership is located in Indiana. Well today is 02/18/2016. I have already paid my 1st car note that was due on 02/04/2016. The dealership still has not paid off my car and now it is on my credit report as late, and my score has now dropped about 80 points because of it. I still haven't received my remote starter that I was promised, and they have not sent me my Illinois Plates and registration as promised. My temporary plates were only good until 02/03/2016- so now I'm driving illegally, I'm so unhappy and i've called this dealership several times to complain. Each time they promise to fix the situation and they haven't. I'm at my wits end and i don't know what else to do. i'm thinking about complaining to the Attorney General as well as the Better Business Bureau because this is unacceptable

This dealership is shady, unorganized, unprofessional, and downright criminal.I went to Webb Hyundai on 11/20/2015 because I was interested in a used car they had listed online. After talking with a salesman, Brian Evans, he explained to me that the price listed online was not correct and instead, convinced me to look at the new models instead. I ended up purchasing a 2016 Hyundai Veloster for $1000 down and $371/mo for 82 months. I also had a trade in, a 2010 Camaro. I took the car home that day.On 12/8/15, I emailed Brian asking if my Illinois license plates had arrived. Brian responded that the plates were scheduled to arrive that day.On 12/14/15, I drove to Webb to retrieve my plates. I spoke with the receptionist, Brian, and the used car manager that day. I ended up getting my license plates after sitting in the waiting room for approx 30min. I left with no issues being brought up.On 12/22/15, I received a call from the finance manager, Jim Menz. Jim accused me of avoiding calls from the dealership and that I need to come back in to the dealership right away due to the contract I signed being invalid. Jim explained that the dealership accidentally had me sign the wrong contract and so it was not valid and that I needed to come in immediately. I told him I could not due to being tied up for the holidays. Jim said if I don't come in by Xmas Eve, they will come and take the car.Jim called me again on 12/23/15 to say the same thing, I told Jim I would come in ASAP and to stop calling. Over the course of the next week, Jim called me 17 times to both my personal phone and at work. I emailed Jim and asked for my options if I decided to not sign. After being harassed at home and at work, I wanted to return the car, get my down payment back and walk away. Jim claimed I was legally required to sign due to: "not a right of rescission in the State of Indiana". I went in and signed the new contract under duress on 12/29. They also forced me to pay my first month payment, which PNC bank claims to have never received.As a result of a delinquent payment, my credit score took a 130-point hit. My credit history, while only going back 2yrs, was perfect prior to this with 100% on time payments. Now this summer when I start shopping for my first home I am going to have problems getting a mortgage. This issue is going to end up costing me thousands of dollars.AND PNC bank also says that if the payment isnt made within 3 weeks, they will send the account to collections and could repossess the car.I currently have a pending Consumer Protection case with the Indiana Attorney Generals office. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

In a sharp contrast, Webb was looking to meet 'my needs' from the start. They didn't play games, they were up front , honest and I felt their sincerity....and no pressure or pushiness from anyone. I have to give props to Joe Salas and Brian Webb for honestly caring about their customers. We were in a sticky situation with the car we had bought young and dumb,high intrest, upsidedown loan, no warrenty left..needed a lower payment cause we are saving for a home.Joe sat with us for hours going over diffrent options we had being 100% the whole way threw. After we went over every option we both agreed that buying a car would have to wait awhile. Then out comes Brian Webb he says let me see if I can call in a favor for you guys we really want to help you guys out..They took my car as trade even with it being an upsidedown loan, got me in a Van with enough space for my family of 6 with a warrenty, with a lower intrest rate and payments, plus financed us threw a credit union so it would be easier for us when we bought our home....I was in shock like this is to good to be true, there had to be something bogus, but there wasnt. Technology and organization at this dealership leaves something to be desired. Their email system doesn't allow them to open even basic PDF and JPEG images. I had to pull up the window sticker of the vehicle I wanted just to start the negotiation process. I was in the dealership for a total of four hours over two days, and most of that time I'm not sure exactly what I was sitting there for. The quote I was given and agreed upon was altered the next day when I came in, the numbers having been scratched out after I left on the first day. A week after owning my vehicle I was contacted with a list of paperwork that I had to submit, and I'm not sure why I wasn't informed about it earlier on... like during my four hours in the dealership, for example.

After getting an approval (not pre approval) we went in to select a car. Upon arrival we had to do ALL of the paperwork again and it took forever. We finally selected a car, worked out the details and agreed on a price/payment amount. I sent my boyfriend home to be with our children so I could stay and do the final paperwork. Upon going into the finance manager's office I was informed the agreed upon payment had increased quite drastically. I immediately called my boyfriend on speakerphone so he could hear why it had increased and what the new payment would be. At that point we decided this was not acceptable. The manager messed with numbers and even removed all the necessary warranties for a lease. This still did not lower the price to even remotely near the agreement. At that point I insisted my boyfriend come back to get me and hung up the phone. The gentleman we were working with had my debit card and refused to return it to me. The finance manager began to speak to me in a demanding and rude tone. He also began insisting I make the deal without my boyfriend's approval and told me it was 100% my choice. I kept refusing and asking for my personal information and debit card back. The manager began to verbally assault me and yell at me. I was honestly fearful of the situation. My cell phone was completely dead otherwise I would have called the police. I asked to use the restroom and was told "no because you'll just walk out." I then discovered I was alone with these 2 men in a locked building. Upon my boyfriend's arrival they had to unlock the door to allow him in. He came in and the manager changed his tone but, was still very rude and demanding. He made us feel as if we weren't worthy of owning the car and was demanding we sign the papers and demanding how we handle OUR financial situation and ownership of the vehicle. We then began to walk towards the door where my boyfriend and the salesman were talking peacefully. The manager then followed us and began a verbal altercation with my boyfriend. I demanded my debit card back and they reluctantly returned it. They would not return my personal information. The salesman followed us to our car and continued to attempt to talk us into buying the car. We left and on the drive home the sales manager called us back and said he was suddenly able to get the price we wanted. He again insisted we return to the dealership immediately. It was 10:20 at night and we were close to home. We declined and he kept insisting we turn around and that it would take 5 minutes to sign the papers. I said absolutely not and hung up the phone. I will be calling the corporate office in the morning and if need be I will file a police report.

I purchased a car from them with a mechanical insurance and they don't gave me information on my car mechanical insurance so 2 years later my car had mechanical problem I had no information on what to do who to contact for the insurance.so I ended up paying all the coast of the repairs like if I din't have insurance and I pay $30 a month for my car mechanical insurance. They only want your money but they don't even give you the right information and service that you pay for.

I went in to have a small service to my sonata but come to find out one of the workers had accidently put to much pressure on another part and broke off. they had to keep my car for two days in order to find the part and replace it, but despite all that I would still highly recommend this dealership service not only because they did my service free of charge but because since I walked in the door Justin Pfrommer a service advisor took care of me! I will be surprise if in a year or maybe less he doesn't get promoted to management, he had treated me with the most courtesy that he was able to deliver.

The people were friendly in providing customer service, and answering any additional questions. They were also very polite to build a personal connection by asking me about my personal event that I spoke to them with. The turn around for the service was with in the same day so I was able to work and come back later on to pick up my vehicle. I appreciated the fact that they had one person dedicated in providing the needed service to the car. Finally, the detailing of the bill and payment was explained, and easy to understand.

I have been to Webb Hyundai twice for service, both times I've been greeted right away, treated respectfully and the service has been prompt. The service advisors are confident, familiar with my car and seem anxious to please customers. My service so far has been routine however in the waiting area I have seen advisors confer with customers about warranty work and respect the time they take outlining the work to be performed. Don't expect a typical service experience, Webb provides service far and beyond what is expected, its a class act.

Everything was either solved, or action on the plan to resolve the problem was taken on the same day. A loaner was offered as soon as it became apparent that our wait for our car would take several hours. Details of the inspection findings were provided when we requested them. The identified issues under warranty were addressed with a plan for future action and the order for the required part was initiated that very day. Everyone was very patient, forthcoming, professional, polite and friendly.

Specifically, there was an error where a sales price was posted on the internet. After speaking with the salesman Terry D, it was determined that the price was a mistake and could not be met. After discussion on the matter it was decided by the dealer that they would own up to their mistake and honor the posted price (A GREAT DEAL).Finance Manager Gary was a GREAT and very kind, honest man. I enjoyed working with him. Additionally, the dealer had all of my warranties and service deals ready to go when I bought the car based on our previous purchases, which sped up the process tremendously!

I did not have an appointment for this visit, I called before hand, explained my problem with my car and was told to come right in. When I got there, which was approx 8:20am, I told the service dept rep that I had to be out by 9:30, he said that would be no problem and said it should just take approx 30 minutes, I had a tail light out and the right turn signal was blinking was very fast. I appreciated the mechanic coming to me and explaining what they diagnosed and explained the cost to me, I told him to proceed then and it was only about 20 minutes later that he called me and said my car was ready. I was out by 9:10. This is my second experience in the service department and I have always received excellent customer service.

Jon saw that it got done and made other suggestions and did a great job explaining everything. The service and office staff were all great. Purchased second car from Jason Balon. He is the best, I came in on Friday late afternoon and told him exactly what I was looking for. I was in a hurry so he called me that evening. I called him Saturday morning and made the deal. I picked up the car around noon. It couldn't have been any smoother! I had a girl salesperson that made the car purchase wonderful. Everyone at Webb was easy to work with. They responded immediately to any questions I had and the service department has been great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car. Other dealers are pushy and want you to hurry and make a decision. Not at Webb. I made my mind up and they were okay with that. Service department tried to reinstall a piece of trim on my veloster and not only installed the piece incorrectly but also dented the car in the process. Now they deny causing the dent. Hyundai dealerships are only interested in selling cars and changing oil, they have no interest in warranty issues.

Mr. Schutz in the finance department was also a great help my credit is less than stellar and he helped a lot in making sure that I was able to afford the purchase. I just picked up my 2011 Sonata and I wanted to thank the Service Department for treating me so well on the issue with my car. Last night my car would not shift out of park and I was stuck in a parking lot. The tow truck came within 30 minutes and when we arrived at Webb Hyundai, there were still people working in the service area. They promptly attended to my car, gave me a loaner car (knowing I had to be at work in the morning), and I was home by 7:00pm (issue began at 6:00). I was so impressed with how kind and attentive they were, and what a positive attitude they had.They stopped what they were working on and helped me. I can't thank them enough for making this issue so easy to deal with! I was also impressed that what I thought would take the day to fix, took only a little part of the morning, and I had my car back in no time at all. I love my Sonata and I love Webb Hyundai.

I had the most pleasant experience without the high pressure tactics. The best deal was given to me here,bar none! The Internet sales system worked for me. When I started looking for a new Genesis I wanted to do my research. I emailed 4 or 5 dealerships. Of all those dealerships i dealt with, Cameron at webb hyundai was the most helpful. He got me everything i asked for and would follow up with me to make sure everything was good to go when I came in. When i did come in he had the vehicle pulled up for me and ready to go. We signed the papers and i left, it was a very easy process.

Daisy found us a great used 2009 Hyundai Accent. We've had it for two weeks now, and we couldn't be happier! They were very friendly, professional, and listened to all of our concerns. We thought we were going to buy an older model car, but ended up with a newer model at a great price. They also offered us a terrific APR as well. I'd give them a 6 rating, if one existed! :)

First of all I love my car, I always purchased American because that is how I was taught by my parents but with learning what Hyundai offers I will definitely not go back! I got pricing and all my information thru email so by the time I got to the dealership I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I was paying for it! I highly recommend this dealer, everyone was super friendly and helpful. I already recommended my sister which wants my Sonata! She will be picking one up this Saturday!!

On the internet, Daisy Garcia answered all my questions about a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited. When I went into the dealership, Dean Miller was very helpful in answering a few more questions and "got the ball rolling" to purchase my chosen car. Went to this dealership to look at a used 2010 Hyundai Elantra. Took a test drive in 2 of the used ones which Jeff pointed out the noises of the brakes and then we asked about the new 2010's. He brought us the Elantra SE to test drive (we were looking at the GLS) and told us all the new 2010's have a $2500 rebate that you would get off the price right then when you're financing. After test driving this car we asked about the price and we didn't want to pay that much...so he comes back to us and says he's found a GLS out in the back of the lot half buried in the snow and that it would be $17700 and asked us if we were interested he would get it dug out so we waited for him. When they brought the car around to test drive there was about a shovels worth of snow they left on the drivers side floor. We went ahead and test drove it and liked it and went in to discuss price and financing (we heard they had 0% financing and thought that would be pretty cool) We thought the price would then be $15200 + tax and we talk to Jeff about the 0% financing and he said he would check on price and payments and would be back (everytime he had to "check" we had to wait a long time) We were very clear on what we wanted but everytime he comes back with something a lot higher. I had a calculator on my phone and multiplied the amout of the payments with the amount of months and came up with about $19000! I asked him about the rebate and he said it was already taken out of price of the car! I said that this is higher than the sticker price and he told me that it was because of the taxes and shipping and docking fee or some BS like that. Also he said with the quote with the 0% financing that you lose the discount. All of this garbage wasn't explained to us up front and when we didn't want it he brings out Brian Webb who gives us more of the same. The thing is that if they weren't going to come even close to what we wanted then why all the back and forth and wasting our time. As we get up to leave they say we can give you a better deal on that used car that you drove and when we weren't interested in the used cars Jeff comments about how we made him dig that car out and everything. That's just plain rude... We might have left and gave it some thought and possibly came back if it weren't for the fact that he was so rude.We left from there and went to McGrath in Chicago. The ladies there are wonderful...very polite and informative and the manager came right out to meet us when we first got there. He explained all of our options so that we could make a choice that would suit us. We ended up getting a new 2010 Elantra there and at the price we wanted and the payments we wanted. They were truely wonderful and very refeshing after dealing with Webb's nonsense!

I'd like to point out that when I purchased my 2011 Sonata there was a flaw in the rear bumper (what looked to be lot damage from moving cars around). I noticed it at delivery when the car was all cleaned up and I did a thorough walk around BEFORE I drove away. The salesman and I documented it and had it signed off on by a manager and we all had copies of what needed to be done. I made the appointment about a week later, brought my car back (was even given a loner car to drive as long as needed), and they repaired the bumper as promised with no incident. The repair came out absolutely perfect also.I'm not sure why that previous post was the way they claimed because I couldn't be happier with the whole process at this dealership. It just goes to show that the customer has to take some responsibility and realize once you drive away anything can happen. You can't drive home and park in the garage and all of a sudden notice something on the car. Even if it is 15 minutes old and you drove 2 miles away. Situations like that prior bad review probably took place late at night near closing and the customer was in a big hurry and didn't take the time to look over the car. Even if there was something not right with it it is still the customers responsibility to inspect the car PRIOR to driving away. Then if something isn't right with the vehicle here is the biggest tip one can do. GET IT IN WRITING!! You have no one but yourself to blame not having everything you are requesting put down in writing and signed off on by a manager. No excuses. Unfortunately the customer is NOT always right for being careless and trying to get something for nothing. You can't blame the dealer for damage that could have happened after you drove away. It's funny how everyone has camera phones today, why couldn't that person take a picture of the damage at the dealer at the time they bought the car? Anyway, I had an excellent experience and feel the Sonata is a great product. I'll admit that not every dealer is perfect but my concerns were handled exactly how I expected. I'll continue to bring my Sonata in for service and purchase more vehicles from Webb in the future.

When I asked to speak to Daisy, he politely excused himself and called her. I felt welcomed. When I need to buy another car, I'll keep them in mind.

I had such a pleasant experience visiting Webb Hyundai two days ago when I purchased my new Genesis. I personally dealt with Ms. Webb who was a pleasure to deal with, she was SUPER kind and very attentive to my needs. I work very long hours so I don't have much time to sit around trying to find the right car. She had my vehicle pulled up as soon as I got there with a tag hanging from the mirror that read hold for "The Jackson Family". I was in and out after that! Everyone was so kind and helped me in anyway they could. I will DEFINITELY recommend everyone to this dealership. I love the fact that I received great value for my money and know for a fact that my time was well spent. Webb Hyundai will definitely be the place me and my family will purchase there vehicles from!

Brian helped me in finance and everyone was super friendly. Brought my sister there a week later and she bought a car here too. These people are the scum of the earth. The GM/sales manager Nick is a smug jackass who can careless about his customers. I bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata brand new only to discover 3wks later that there were nicks and missing paint on the front/rear bumper. My salesman George asked told me they would take care of it w/ no prob. When I brought the veh in for service all of a sudden everyone had amnesia. I called Consumer Affairs about it and many of the other issues and they were told by Brian that I had come back 3 mos later and announced that i'd dinged my car the week before and demanded touch up paint in order to get rid of the white spot. I never spoke these words to the service mgr -EVER. Angered by the blatant lie. I left a message for Brian, of course he never returned my call and I proceeded to go to Webb in order to address is slanderous filthy lies. Brian was adamant that I was lying about the serv mgr's recollection of our conversation and decided to bring him in to prove that I was a viscious liar. As soon as the SM and I made eye contact he stated"this isn't the lady that i spoke to." We then went outside to look at my veh and it was a totally different Sonata issue. They had confused me with another customer. No one ever apologized for the remarks, their screw-up or the frustration. Brian turns to me and states "well there is still nothing we can do about it." He gave every excuse known to a crooked - scumbag dealer as to why they were right and I was basically SOL. As we discussed the issue, a customer, the owner "big daddy scumbag Webb, some other douchebag guy and the Finance mgr all stood there watching. In fact, there were so many personnel outside and in the window that a lady screamed "is there anybody working here or not? I could use a little help!" They even stood there as a customer verbally attacked me and got in my face about a situation that had nothing to do with him. Explain to me how a customer/buyer is subjected to this from a guy you haven't had the opportunity to treat like crap. I'm sure he'll get his turn to. Brian laughed in my face several times, was sarcastic and very unprofessional. Apparently there is humor in learning that his sister basically called me stupid for wanting to go to another dealership, it is also funny to learn that my sales "cave" man George verbally accosted me one day while visiting the lot to wash my vehicle. George was a bit upset because he did not receive a good survey rating from me, so he decided to run out to the parking lot as I drove in yelling and carrying on in anger. This place is unbelieveable rude, unethical and full of scummy jerk-offs. Apparently, Brian thought that my concerns were akin to Deaf Comedy Jam as he continued to laugh throughout our conversion and avoid addressing what George promised. Aside from this, he attacked my character and stated that his sis and George told him that I was rude to them. when i addressed his tactless comment. I informed him that he was once again misinformed and dead wrong--i.e., thinking i was a differnt cust. I let him know that George complimented me on my poise and class. things became abrupt when he disrespected me about the survey. and as for jackie, she was rightfully put in her place after approaching me about my decision to leave and patronage a differnt dealer. I don't know when sticking up for yourself became rude behavior. Maybe nowadays dealers are authorized to verbally accost their customers? When I went in to have my oil changed and bumper fixed. I felt lied to and very uncomfortably around George and Jackie (who would see me and never speak. I'm sorry, I'm wrong for telling you not to call me an idiot? Really?)I aksed the female in service if I was free to take my veh to a different Hyundai establishment. She stated that I could not. By the time I got done with the laught, lies, disrespect and blatant unprofessional behavior I didn't care what she said. I was never going to have my veh here for anything. I asked Brian what I needed to do to transfer to a different dealer. he once again laughed condascendingly and stated "just drive to a different lot" I explained that I was told that I could not do that and wanted to know proper procedure as I was not in the interest of patronizing such toolbags. Brian preceded to atate "we don't want you here!" This took the cake. I bring you an issue with my veh and ask you to make good on your salesman words, you don't do it, report to Hyundai that I was in an accident only to find out that it was someone else, defend the fact that your staff has provided rude interactions on every occassions and when I address my concerns and dissatisfaction I'm the nuisance??????? Brian became so angry when I told him that they have a reputation for being bad business bags-I guess the truth does hurt. I'm sure that isn't the first time you've heard that. In summary, in the three months that I have been in contact with Webb Hyundai, I have been:1. Verbally Attacked2. Insulted and told that I was not wanted there3.
