Bart was GREAT. Very up front and sincere. I never felt pressured or had the sense that I was being led astray. I was allowed to test drive on my own. Car is in pristine shape (honestly could not find a scratch or ding on it and the 2.0 turbo is a little TOO much fun to drive) Good experience and great staff.

We had been online shopping for a while. Once we saw a car of interest we went to see it at Weber Chevrolet at Granite City from our home in St. Charles about 30 miles away. Upon our arrival we meet Chris "The Greek" Kavadas and he showed us the vehicle and let us test drive it. He also shows us about the features on the car and guided us quickly thru the paperwork etc.. He also filled our gas tank and had the car washed and prepped for delivery while we waited in a comfortable room with the offer of food and drink. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we left with our brand new Malibu Premier.

I came in and wasn't pressured at all. Kevin Jones was easy to deal with and very patient with me. Was NOT pressuring me at all. I ended coming back to Weber Chevrolet in Granite City cause it was the best deal around and cause I wasn't bullied when there. Other places didn't want me to leave with out a car and that turned me off. I even liked Nate who did my paper work. Good all the way around if I could give it 100 STARS I would. We love our Chevy that we bought from Matt. It developed a small problem , but since I travel quite a bit, the smallest problem can be inconvenient. After trying to work around the issue , I finally called Matt and he was able to get our car in and serviced with a minimal of inconvenience. He keeps his word and is really someone that you can count on to help when the situation calls for above and beyond. He can sell , but more than that he can follow up , and treat you like more than another customer. He is 10 out of 10 in sales , and in helping his customers. I am very particular , and I can honestly say I was really pleased with his solution and his setting up the repair and following through. Ok, i had just drowned my Envoy in a flash flood and was in desperate need of a vehicle, i was looking for a car to go back and forth to work. We had been speaking to BJ Raymond previously and called him right up and he got right on it and found us a Cruze but due to Insurance not notifying quickly about what was going on with the drowned Envoy we lost out on the Cruze, but we soon locked onto a 2014 Sonic and i could not be happier with my new car. I went to Weber GC because they had what I thought was a tremendous deal on a used car I had noticed on their website. I inquired about the vehicle through the website and received a prompt reply from a real associate. Not a bot. This was "great" experience #1.#2. I had received a call from the same internet associate asking if I was still interested, in which I was. She then led me to Adolfo Marquez, the sales associate I would begin to make my deal with.#3. Adolfo quickly allowed me to step into the vehicle and take a test drive. We had a great conversation while driving and throughout the entire process. Adolfo really allowed my comfortability to set in. this made my entire trade in process go extremely well.#4. I had explained to Adolfo exactly what i wanted from this transaction. Adolfo was able to get me more than what i had asked for. His entire process was quick and smooth. He was honest and transparent throughout the entire process.Lastly, I have been to many dealerships throughout the Metro St. Louis area, and still to this day, Weber GC remains a top tier dealership. Having associates like Adolfo Marquez will only benefit the dealership and Adolfo as they both move forward. I will always send recommendations to Adolfo and Weber GC. The service department has failed too often for me to give a decent rating. They failed at Tonneau install, scratched my truck on re-install and screwed up my truck during diagnostics. I called Rick and he failed to schedule the appointment to fix my truck, after complaining he was swamped. Really? If they are too busy, either hire more QUALIFIED people, or stop messing up on the job.

This is the best car dealership I've ever been to. I prefer a hassle-free experience so I emailed the dealer to ask for the out-the-door price on the car I wanted. Within hours I had a response from Kevin Jones, one of the salesmen. Kevin said that he would very much like to earn my business, and gave me the prices I asked for. The price was about $3000 off the MSRP. I had inquired with other dealers who gave me the run around, who didn't give me the numbers, who called when I asked to be emailed. Kevin just said he would like to earn my business, and he was respectful and polite. I shopped around and Kevin's price was the best, and his service was the best. When I got to the dealership Kevin was great. No pressure to buy but he showed me everything about the car. The day I went car shopping at Weber Chevrolet was amazing. Matt Yarbrough greeted me at the front of the building. We talked for a few minutes and he took me to the car of my dream, he offered to show me another car but, I knew I had found the one I wanted. Matt told me all the details, and then filled out the paperwork . All the time telling me what they were doing, taking the car to fill the tank,and because I had my pet with me setting an appointment for the guard they were putting on the inside of the car for extra protection on the carpet and seats, also on the paint to help it stay slick and shine better longer. The few hours I spent at Weber Chevrolet was quite awesome. There was snacks and drinks when my presence was not required . Every employee that crossed my path that day was friendly,polite, and always asked is there something more I needed. An outstanding group of people at Weber Chevrolet in Granite City, IL.

I find it very hard to look at a car on a 10-15 min. drive with salesperson in car watching you. I have been looking for an SUV to replace the one I have. I had been to another local dealer and really had an awful experience. I found a white Chevy Equinox on Weber's website and knew that was the vehicle I wanted. I filled in the form on the website and soon had an email from Brandon Rae. He was very friendly and professional. I told him exactly what I wanted and told him I would be in around 4:30. In the meantime, Brandon had his assistant Ryana Spencer reach out to me, she was very nice and super helpful with any questions I had. My husband and I went in, met Brandon, he already had the SUV pulled up and waiting for us. We took it for a test drive and while we were gone, they went through the trade in. When we got back, everything was quick and painless. Brandon asked me where I needed to be to make it work, I told him and like that, it was done. Brandon then passed us on to Chris Kavadas. I told Chris that I already had the financing being done through my bank. Instead of making us go to the bank the next day to close, Chris made up all of the paperwork they needed, let me take the Equinox home and then today, Brandon drove all of the paperwork to me to sign. This little bit of going above and beyond both helped me and really impressed me. I didn't have to take off work! Overall, I am really happy with my experience with George Weber Chevrolet. I have no complaints at all.

I worked with Mike Quinlan. He was a straight shooter. I needed to know all the discounts and rebates and any other closing costs. I asked about any possible discounts and worked with him to get the best deal. I not only had the internet price, I was able to use GM Reward Earnings to lower my price even more. Mike gave me options to decline an extra cost. He added the protection package with no additional charge to me. It was a great experience and I'd love to buy another car from him if I ever get the money to do it again. Very friendly. Made time for all my texts. Thanks, Mike. From the time Matt Yarborough greeted us til Chris in financing finished the paperwork it was a very no pressure pleasant experience. To top it off Jennifer ,another sales person, explained to my wife how the on star system worked and it was after closing and not one process was rushed. We felt like everyone there was concerned with our needs and our satisfaction. We arrived at 6 p.m.and got out at 10 p.m. And only looked at 4 cars. We drove them then drove a few again to narrow it down to the one we finally decided on. It had been 9 years since we purchased a car, and I can say in all honesty this was the most pleasant car buying experience we have had in 45 years of car buying. I would highly recommend Weber , and Matt to anyone interested in even looking. They appreciate your business and let you know that. They have been around for 100+ yrs. for a reason, customer service and customer appreciation. I don't know if it makes any difference but we camel 40 miles to the Granite City store from St. Charles County Missouri. But it was worth the drive and Matt made sure we were happy . He even followed it up with a phone call and an email. That folks is old fashioned customer service. . Nice to know someone's still values you time and your business.

Communication with the service manager Dave was excellent. Service manager kept me informed throughout the 2 1/2 months my car was going through the ignition switch recall. It was a very smooth transition when I went to pick up my vehicle. I was in and out and everyone in there was very polite. After a long search I found the vehicle I wanted at Weber Chevy in Granite City. I went and test drove the vehicle and everything was great. I sat down with the the salesman and he ran some paperwork. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. Then I was sent to the finance department to get things rolling. Thats when things went downhill. We discussed payments and the man acted like he was talking to a child. I knew how much I was going to pay and what my payments should be. The first month payment he spouted was astronomical. I asked what was going on and he said something about an extended warranty. I said I did not need a warranty. He then went a talked to someone and came back with a number that was lower than the first, but still higher than I thought it should be. He never told me my interest rate or where he was getting the loan from. The third number was better, but still slightly high. My wife really wanted the vehicle so we went with it and signed the papers. After the papers were signed it took them over two hours to get the vehicle ready to take home. Several weeks later I received information for my warranty on my vehicle which I did not want. The warranty was for 2 years and 40,000 miles, but the issue was that I bought the vehicle with 80,000 miles and my warranty was good to 117,000 miles which didn't add up. Also that week I had received a letter from a lender telling me why they had denied my loan. I was never told by the finance guy that a loan had been denied. When I called back about the warranty they said I could cancel and the cost would be sent to the lender. All I had to do was go sign some papers. I tried 4 times to get this done, but they said the only person that could cancel it was the finance guy who sold me the car. He made time to take my money, but was never around when I needed to cancel what he sold me that I didn't even want. I asked if paperwork could be faxed or e-mailed and they said no, I had to come in. This would have been 2 hours round trip. I got frustrated to say the least so I called the company that offered the warranty. They said all I had to do was sign a paper and fax it back. They faxed me the blank copy which I filled out and faxed back that day. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to Weber, and if I run across the finance man, me and him are going to have words. I DO NOT recommend going to Weber, unless you like headaches, and have a lot of time.

Took my husbands Impala in for oil change and have it checked over. They kept me informed every step of their inspection, have a knowledgeable friendly staff especially Ricky and mechanic Mark C. They did not try to "upsell" as many garages do. Waiting room is clean with special play area for children, free coffee, water, and WiFi. I was so impressed, I took my 14 year old chevy in for service 2 weeks later for routine service instead of usual independent garage

I bought a brand new camaro since my purchase it has been in the shop multiple times. Every time I take my car in they tell me " I'm sorry" as soon as i leave all of the problems continue. My dealer talked about me and another family member behind our backs. When my car was in the shop they gave me a rental truck that sucked gas all week then gave me my car back on empty and filthy. It has been a nightmare I do not recommend this dealership unless you want a headache and want to lose money
