My husband and I have bought 2 vehicles from them (so far) and have had a great experience each time! The salespeople are staright forward, no bs, and very polite! I cannot wait to go back this upcomming spring for the Broncos! Misty helped us with our first purchase and Ben helped us this past weekend - both were amazing and very helpful. Basically, buy from these people - they are a great dealership ❤

Very disappointed!!!! Went to buy a camper and was told they needed my last years taxes and $1800 down. Which was fine. Was told that my credit was ran 3 times but was denied. Chris ask if I wanted them to try other lenders I said no I don't want my credit ran again it effects your fico score. Then a few days later I got a "Congratulations" letter on my bank approval for this camper. When I called back to Wehr no one seem to be able to help me with this letter she would have someone call me back tomorrow. Well 6 days later I call back to Wehr only to be told that Yes I was approved but more money was needed down. I told Kevin it would of been nice to know that because Chris had told me he sold the camper which was fine because I was told I was denied. Then of course Kevin told me Ben had called my husband (which) never happened, I told Kevin it didn't. Then Kevin told me that Jordan had called my husband I said you just told me Ben had called him a minute ago Kevin then replies well it was Ben or Jordan. I said well this is a lie he said she said matter and of course you will believe them. Kevin said all he could do is apologize for the misunderstanding. I said well I am most upset that my credit was ran NOT the 3 times they told me BUT 5 times! Then no one ever called to tell me I was approved but needed a bigger down payment not the $1800 but NOONE ever called me. (So, I bought elsewhere). My complaint is there was very POOR communication from the people evolved in this transaction, lied to about being denied when in fact I was approved I have the letter in my hand of the bank Congratulating me on my purchase "that didn't take place, being told my credit was ran 3 times when I fact it was ran 5 times, when I called an ask about it and was told I'd get a call back the next day I had to call back 6 days later, then of course Ben & Jordan lying saying they called when in fact neither my husband nor myself have any calls from them and of course Kevin saying all he could do was apologize! POOR COMMUNICATION POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF CONCERN! I truly hope and pray no one else has to go through this.
