I had a very pleasant experience! After initially coming in to see one car, I decided on leasing the new Tucson. Michael Montenaro was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always available. He got back to me quickly, answered all my questions, and worked hard to stay within my budget. Also, Chris in financing was a gem. Handled all the leg work with insurance, knew his stuff like the back of his hand, and was overall an interesting guy! Overall I’m very satisfied with my experience and the car as well!

I got a great deal for my new 2020 Hyundai Accent and for once it didn't take all day! The dealership is also adding 2 years to the free oil change program that Hyundai offers, bringing it to 5 years. Nice. Update: their service department is also top notch. I've spent my life avoiding going to the dealer for repairs, but in this case I plan on coming here. They've got a good team and are fair.

Bought my Hyundai Santa Fe from them, and I got a pretty decent price for it. They were willing to negotiate, unlike other SUV sellers in the area. They fixed what needed to be fixed, and documented it. Just brought it in the first of 6 warranty maintenance checks. It took 1.5 hours, but he told me that up front, so I got lunch next door. Everything got done, and the service agent Nick was very professional and courteous.

The place is super nice, the people are fantastic! The showroom floor is marble so with the shoes I had on it was very slippery. No worries though because James held my arm like a gentleman when I walked across the showroom. And speaking of James he is very personable and is an excellent person to do any dealing with. Chris is also super knowledgeable and nice.

After my car was a total loss in an accident, I suddenly needed to get another car. My experience was perfect at Werner. Not only did I get a lower price than I had expected, without having to ask or bargain back and forth, but the salesman gave me a loaner car until the perfect car for me could be brought to the lot. He took care of all insurance and tag transfers so that it was easy for me. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

The salesman I had was not experienced. He did not seem to stay on track, and was not focused. I would call him and not get a timely return call. I would say that he needs some sales training, but I received a call from him were he indicated he recently received a promotion to work in accessories. Everyone just seemed interested in selling me a car and getting me out the door. This really ticked me off. I will not buy another car from this dealership in Tallahassee. I expected much better treatment than I received, based on the fact that this is the 3rd car that I bought from this dealership. The purchase of 3 cars from this dealership equals roughly $60,000. I traded in 2 of those vehicles at the dealership and they would have made money from the resale of those cars as well so your looking at least another $30,000 earned. When I expressed my concerns about how things were being handled and let them know that this was the 3rd car that I had purchased from this dealership, they honestly did not seem to care at al in the least. I also had asked him about having some additional accessories installed on the vehicle at the price Hyundai was charging on the website and was informed that dealership could not do that because they buy cars with certain packages and it costs them extra money to add an accessory to the vehicle if doesn't already come on the car. I asked for a tow hitch to be placed on the Tuson at the price that Hyundai offered on it's website and was told that they could have it put on there but it would cost extra and they could not put it on for the cost that Hyundai advertised that accessory to be on it's web page. They did not honor Hyundai's prices for the car accessories. Also, I do not have good credit but my husband does. We asked them specifically not to shop the loan contract around to a bunch of different banks and lending institutions. We told them which banks that we had worked with in the past that had approved our past car loans and to send it to those banks only. They sent that loan contract everywhere. We got notices in the mail from types of different banks declining the loan for two weeks or more. One of the banks we told them to use was Hyundai and the loan was approved with them. There again, the dealership did what it wanted to do rather than listen to what we had to say. Another thing that really upset me about this purchase, is that the dealership knew that 2016 Hyundai Tuson has transmission problems and did not tell me anything about that at all. It was not until after I bought the vehicle, did I find out about this defect in this vehicle. I recently received a recall notice in the mail. If you have a vehicle that has a manufacturers defect and knows about that problem, I feel that it is underhanded to sale that vehicle to some one knowing there is a problem with it. I worked my deal out on the Tuson with Shakira Mosely over e-mail. She really worked hard with me on the vehicle, rebates, etc. I told them that I wanted the credit for the sale to go to Ms. Mosely and there again, I wasn't taken seriously. I very much doubt that she got the commission check on the sale of this vehicle, which she really deserved. Ms. Mosely would call me back timely and got me the answers that I needed. She deserved credit for the sale.

Had taken my sonata to two other dealerships to get fixed neither one could find the problem. The second one after keeping it one week finally called and admitted they had no idea what was wrong they recommended I take it to Werner. Although Werner was well out of my way I decided to take it there. Brain and Marcus were extremely helpful, gave me a loaned car to drive and called me the next day and said me CD-R was fixed. Wow. When we first arrived Chris Andersen, our salesman was waiting outside as we drove into the dealership. (we had made an appointment) Chris greeted us with a warm welcome, discussed our needs and promptly showed us several cars. My wife liked the Elantra, She test drove a red model, when we returned to the dealership she said that's the car, except she wanted it in silver. Chris checked the inventory, no silver model was on the lot, just then a transport truck had come into the dealership and yes a silver one was on board. The dealership and Chris checked it out, prepped it, washed it, and filled the gas tank while we were signing the papers. All in all it was one of our best buying experiences in our car purchasing life. We would absolutely recommend Werner Hyundai and salesman Chris Andersen to our family and friends, Job well done Team Werner !

I walked into Werner Hyundai on June 24 to initially set up an appointment for my 2012 Hyundai Azera. After setting up the appointment, I went into the showroom area. There I was greeted by Mr. Cedric Nealy. I told him that I really wasn't in the market for a new car. My car was just over 4 years old. I told him that the only way I would buy a new car is if he could "WOW" me with a great deal. Well, he offered me a deal that took me by complete surprise! I couldn't turn the deal down. I left that evening, in a new 2016 Hyundai Azera. I am very happy with my new car and I was very happy with the professional manner in which I was treated.

KEEP IN MIND - Yes, Capital City Hyundai has a new facility being built near Zaxby's on the corner of Tennessee Street and Capital Circle SW (Tallahassee, FL) - just because the building is new doesn't mean it'll be filled with NEW perspectives, attitudes, staff, better customer service or service for that matter. I'm ONLY sharing my experiences and opinions as a 6 year customer of Capital City Hyundai Tallahassee. I thought continuing my relationship with Capital City Hyundai Tallahassee was a great idea. I purchased a BRAND NEW 2011 Sonata in late 2010. I serviced my car as it should have been between Hyundai and SuperLube. I began experiencing minor issues that were taken care of in a timely manner no more than a week at most was I without my vehicle. The first and last MAJOR issue was when my car began stuttering while driving down the street one day, my steering column controls quit working and my car began to smell like something was burning then started smoking and eventually cut off. (Basically my engine blew and my wiring system in the car had burned out)Fortunately, I was near a parking lot and was able to pull into a parking space before it was inoperable. Got it towed to Hyundai and they gave me the HARDEST TIME. Saying I had not kept up the maintenance on my car and basically wanted to place blame on me as a negligent owner and they were not going to make the repairs. I had to gather ALL my paperwork from SuperLube and receipts from them proving I was on track with ALL MAINTENANCE. After such proof, back and forth, nasty attitudes, poor customer service and mention of my lawyer they then decided to repair my car. I had no other problems after that time with the exception of the MANY SAFETY RECALLS; however my wiring system was not repaired and was left fried. Fast-forwarding to present day June 2016, as of recent I made my second purchase with Hyundai. I thought it would have been a great idea to stay with Hyundai as they would honor a greater value for a Hyundai trade. I had been wanting a Camaro forever and thought it was the perfect time and opportunity as they had one, a convertible at that become available!I test drove the car, the salesman (Jay) was very helpful INITIALLY! Before pulling off the lot, we strolled around the car checking out it's features. We let the top back and I IMMEDIATELY noticed the top was unbalanced and was not flush or level as the other side, I also noticed a wet dog kind of smell. I mentioned the top to the salesman and he brushed it off saying, "oh we'll just take it to service and they'll get it repaired for you - it's under warranty." So with comfort that the top would/could be repaired, I told my husband about the car; the next day we purchased the Camaro. 3 DAYS AFTER taking possession of the car my husband mentioned the top, as he had then too noticed it was uneven. I contacted the salesman AGAIN, as I received no response after from the first inquiry. Which was actually the second inquiry - technically speaking as the test drive was the first inquiry. I contacted the salesman about the regarding my top and was finally instructed to schedule a service apt with Chevrolet Tallahassee (on Tennessee Street) as it was under warranty and they had to repair it. Scheduled the appointment with Chevrolet (Mark - Service) informed me very nicely that they were unable to repair my top as it was not a warranted item and instructed me to take it back to Hyundai for repairs. Okay, took the car back to Hyundai - they were basically just HOLDING my car per Brian (Service) as they had to "figure out if the damage was done before or after we bought the car." I became even more frustrated and could not believe I had just heard him say that. I then provided THEM with text dialect and emails between the salesman and myself, sent pictures the salesman sent me initially when inquiring about the car BEFORE THE PURCHASE, in the pictures one could decipher the top being uneven, I even suggested they reference their sound + surveillance to hear and see what transpired between the salesman I in their parking lot upon my test drive. THEN AND ONLY THEN did they decide to repair my car and now I'm here writing this review. I have been without my car for almost a month now. I drove the car for ONE month and it has been in the shop for repair ever since. It's now time for another payment and I'm STILL WITHOUT MY CAR. I've called, visited the office, communicated with "top level management" (Greg GM) only to feel as though I'm still getting the run around and now like I'm being harassed. As they are VERY WELL AWARE I'd like my car back REPAIRED OF COURSE. They've shipped my car to THREE different shops - Chevrolet Tallahassee, Tops of Tallahassee and Chevrolet Quincy), they've given me bogus ETA/ETC, when the estimated time comes - I'm told it'll be another day or WEEK in this case for that matter. (**Note: Tops of Tallahassee was straight up and provided a diagnosis of what they "think" happened causing the need for repair along with estimated costs to repair - it was not repaired by them as I think they were too expensive. However customer service was fine.**)AGAIN, my car is now with the 3rd shop, I was SUPPOSED to receive my car before the Memorial Day holiday, which in fact was my family reunion weekend - did not get it after the 3rd expected pick up date! I was supposed to go out of town on two separate occasions and due to this situation, I've had to cancel. IM REGRETTING STAYING WITH CAPITAL CITY HYUNDAI ALL TOGETHER NOW! I am VERY upset with the service, lower level staff and even upper level management! I REALLY WISH I HAD NOT PURCHASED ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM. As of today 06/08/2016, I am STILL WITHOUT MY CAR, spoke with the service tech who's supposedly repairing my car - He said I SHOULD have it today around lunch. Now, I'm just trying to figure out what "lunch" time he was taking into consideration?! He even got an attitude and became sarcastic because I wanted a more definite answer regarding the completion of repairs as theyve collectively has my car almost a month now. (Stephen Chevrolet Service Quincy) In closing the most unfortunate aspect is that I have to continue to deal with them as they will service/maintain my car as needed. Aren't I lucky?! **Inserts sarcasm**DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CAIPTAL CITY HYUNDAI. DO NOT TRUST THEIR SALESMEN. DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE MANAGERS. DO NOT TRUST THEIR UPPER LEVEL MANAGEMENT. IF ANYTHING SERIOUS HAPPENS TO YOUR VEHICLE THEY WILL TAKE YOU AROUND THE WORLD AND BACK AND STILL MAY NOT EVEN REPAIR YOUR CAR OR THEY'LL PARTIALLY REPAIR IT AS THEY DID MY HYUNDAI SONATA. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! CHANGE YOUR MIND, RUN (don't walk) RUN in the other direction or take the chance!!

I brought my 2009 Azera in for diagnosis and repair of a front suspension rattle. Having been mistreated by other American car service departments I was leery of Capital City's ability to diagnose and repair the problem correctly. My previous experience with other dealerships involved throwing parts at the car until something worked... or not. Marcus and the Technician at Capital City Hyundai took on the mystery rattle and solved it in short order. Although the repair was expensive, it involved several suspension components and several hours work. The rattle has disappeared and the steering is tighter and more precise as a bonus. Thanks to Marcus, the technician, and the dealership for providing a quality service.Steve Pearce

The 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe is a very smooth riding SUV with great features. This vehicle is very comfortable with great leg room and space for both the front and back seat passengers. Sales person is a great job, my only complaint is that they only had one Finance person working. It took about an hour to pick out the vehicle, I already had the check to pay for the vehicle but it took another 4hrs to get into Finance office which is NOT the sales persons fault. I had to purchase a new car unexpectedly and was in the search for a car that fit my needs but was still nice to look at. Capital City Hyundai is close to my house so they were one of my choices for going to look at cars. I was expecting sales people to jump out of nowhere and start harassing me about buying their car, but it was honestly nothing like what you usually experience at a lot of dealerships. I felt very comfortable and was in no way being attacked. Ethan was so polite and respectful and made the process so much easier for me and my parents. He was very thorough when describing the aspects of the car and was able to answer all of my questions.In addition, everyone else on the staff at Capital City Hyundai was so nice and engaged in conversation; I was treated like a friend and not some person bringing money to buy a car. well see, we had to get a car for my Fiance, who never likes what I pick, so Gregg, Gregg and Jermaine, worked it out so that I was approved for more than the value of the car I selected, then delivered the same to my house middle of the night xmas eve to, even a giant red Bow! to my surprise , she liked the one I picked, the following day. Sunday, we met at the dealership and did all the paper work in about 3 hours. FYI, it was a Veloster fully loaded. FYI - I bought my 1st Hyundai from these guys in sept 4 months ago. it was a base model accent. Now I want a Veloster. oh well. I'll sneak her's out !

Yesterday we decided that we absolutely needed to buy another car. The last time we did this 5 years ago, we visited Honda, Toyota, Nissan, and finally Hyundai. The Sonata was by far the best car for the money out of the four, and we bought it. Yesterday it was our intention to start the process of visiting the 4 dealerships again, except that we would start with Hyundai. However, we had no intention of buying until we visited and test drove all 4 brands. Kyle Roddenberry was the salesman who worked with us. Normally we hate car salesman who are usually very aggressive and pushy. He was a breath of fresh air. He is knowledgeable, patient, and spent a great deal of time with us. We were happy with the Sonata we test drove. The price he quoted us was more than fair. It really was a great experience, rather than the nightmare we expected. I bought a car in May 2015 from Ethan at City Hyundai! I had a tough financing situation and poor credit with little hope of securing a vehicle. Ethan tried relentlessly to get me financed and spent hours on the phone negotiating my rate after I was approved. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and knows their customers by name. The most important thing was that Ethan never made me feel uncomfortable about my credit score or showed his frustration (which he must have had). I had such a great experience at City Hyundai that I bought another vehicle from them last week and referred my brother and law who drove all the way from Boston to buy a car from them. If you are hesitant to walk into a dealership because you're not sure if you'll get financed or you're embarrassed about your score, don't worry because they will get you financed all while making you feel human. When I'm ready to trade my car in I will be back to city Hyundai to purchase another vehicle from Ethan.

Went in already knew what car I wanted was ready to sign paperwork immediately, started the deal was told don't worry you'll be approved no problem! Left the dealership in the new car which I fell absolutely in love with. The paperwork was not yet finished so I went back to Hyundai more then 4 times and waited several hours with my 8 year old to be ignored and told oh come back tomorrow and we will have it all ready, so I did several more times for no reason because something new came up that they had to do before I could finalize the paperwork. Not to mention all the work I missed and didn't get paid for having to come up there so many times for absolutely no reason. 3 months later I get told the financing company said they don't have record of the finance deal Hyundai told me more than once they had was never on record. So then I was given 3 hours to get the car back to Hyundai, leaving me and my child stranded. I was never treated like a customer and they really made me feel like I was a bother all of the times I was there! I already own a Hyundai and I really love their vehicles but the experience I had at city Hyundai was absolutely horrible! I would never recommend anyone to go there to buy a car and I certainly will never go back there!!

He was very helpful with showing what cars he had available even in the rain. The dealership became very busy while i was there but Mike was very diligent in getting my deal done. The sales manager Anthony Depasquale was also very nice and helped us with getting the deal done. My wife & i wound up trading both vehicles we were driving for a new 2013 Hyundai Sonata LTD for her & a 2013 Hyundai Tucson for me. Mike Goldberg was the perosn we did all the final paperwork with & he was very helpful with getting us done as quickly as possible considering we dealt with 2 cars over a Friday & a Saturday at the end of the month. My initial day coming into the dealership was on October 15, 2014 after watching a extended infomercial on Comcast Cable. They repeatedly encouraged people to come in to get a great deal - even if you had bad credit. So, I came in. My initial entrance wasn't exceptional, so I'll omit the first 5 minutes of my visit. It seemed like the ENTIRE Management Team handled that situation, including the owner within 15 minutes. AWESOME. Now, I felt special. Then I had to tell them that my credit wasn't all of that and I probably wouldn't qualify to get a car on my own, but because of their commercial, I decided to come in anyway to see "just how real they really were". AWESOME! My birthday was two days away, but because they were willing to fight for me to get financed with several banks, I wasn't able to walk out with the keys that day....HOWEVER, a couple days after my birthday (because I too had to get some information to them....proof of income, proof of residency...you know...the normal things you should know to bring with you when you are buying a vehicle). THEN, JAY CALLED AND TOLD ME TO COME GET MY CAR!!!!!!!!! It wasn't just the cheapest thing on the lot (even though everything looked really nice), it was the vehicle I wanted! (And I wasn't willing to settle). I didn't even have to get a co-signer! Now, JAY JACKSON is totally amazing! He's the salesman that probably had nightmares, sweated blood, and tears trying to figure out how this MIRACLE was going to happen. The expertise of JAY, LEE SWASEY and PAUL TRIPPY, made this dealership and experience be one of the most amazing moments in a very, very, very long time. I am not getting paid for this review, nor am I getting anything for doing this review. I am simply a believer that you give credit where credit is due. Capital City Hyundai REALLY is all that was on the commercial...AND MORE! Thanks Capital City Hyundai!

We were treated with respect and friendliness. Anthony and Nicholas listened to our concerns about past price haggling experiences in south Florida. They were honest, direct and very fair about our trade-in and the final price. Nicholas was very informative about the features of the Hyundais we were checking out and never pressured us to buy. They both bent over backwards to make us happy and comfortable about our final choice.Tony McFarland is very courteous and friendly. He explained thoroughly our options for added insurance and was very prompt with all our paperwork. We have never dealt with such a nice finance person at a car dealership.We drove the car to Sarasota for Thanksgiving a few days later. Due to our large cooler and our son's huge golf bag, we were nervous about everything fitting in the car. Even with the battery for the hybrid in the trunk, we had room for everything, plus three adults. Our 27 year old son loves the car and we all love the awesome gas mileage. The hybrid Sonata handles so well and is very responsive. All the safety features and the awesome brakes make us feel very safe.We had planned to spend the day looking at several car dealerships in town. By noon, we decided that we were looking at the best deal and the best car, and working with the best people, and there was no need to look any further. Picked up a used 2012 Veloster and signed an agreement and had it for 2 weeks and after 2 weeks they said our payments would be $60 more than we agreed upon. After returning the vehicle we discovered our credit scores had dropped 60 points due to the 15 inquires on my husband and 17 inquires on me. The credit score was the reason that they gave us for the increase in the payments. If it had not been for that we would have qualified to keep the car. We have purchased 5 cars from this dealership 2 were new and 3 were pre owned under different management. The way we were treated we would not buy or recommend getting a vehicle from them again. We would like to speak with the DM concerning this matter.

I went in interested in an 2013 Accent. They had none is stock, so they offered me a 2013 Elantra. I told them I would take it if they could offer me the same deal I had requested for the Accent. To my amazement they did it! This tells me they really wanted to sell me a car. The amount I'm paying monthly includes a maintenance agreement and is still less than I paid for my last car, in 2006!! Before I went in to the dealership, I looked up Hyundai online and saw where the Accent and the Elantra are among the 20 fastest selling cars in America, which means they are very popular. I can certainly see why. I got a great car, with a great deal, and great service.

We serviced it regularly and always had a great experience. My husband and I recently bought a camper. We use my husbands truck to pull the camper, but we could not take our boat with us since I had a car. We stopped by the dealership on a Friday night to take a look at some SUVs'. We were greeted by Howard who showed us around and explained that the Santa Fe would fit our needs the best. We sat down and discussed some numbers. It was close to closing time so my husband and I went back on Saturday. They worked out a deal that we could not turn down. We were very comfortable with the price and payment. Howard was very personably and did not push us at all! That is why we rated them so high. This is the second car we have leased from them and I'm sure it won't be the last. This is the 3rd car I have bought from City Hyundai. In Feb 2012, my wife and I came in after looking at the lackluster Scion TC to check out the Genesis Coupe. We drove a 2.0T Automatic and she fell instantly in love. We told or salesman Reggie we wanted it and he and Mike made it happen. We traded in a 3 year old out of warranty Ford Flex and got a brand new Genesis Coupe with a mega warranty and they got us a lower interest rate and lowered our payment. I liked her car so much, I went back 2 months later and bought another Genesis Coupe, a 3.8 Track, for me. These people are extremely courteous and professional. They located the Sonata I wanted and arranged for delivery the next day. The price was very competitive and I got a lot more than most dealers were willing to pay for my trade. The car was delivered meticulously detailed and with a full tank of gas even though I live 3 hours away. I will refer all my friends and family to the team at Capital City Hyundai.

We went to Capital City Hyundai to try a key that we recieved in the mail and ofcourse it did not open the lock. While we were there JJ Jones ask if we were interested in a car. After he took our information, (which our credit was not that good), he showed us a new 2010 Hyundai Accent which we purchased that day for my wife.About 3 months I purchased a 2006 Hyundai Tibron and 2 months later traded it in on a 2010 Hyundai Elentra. I kept it for about a year and then traded it in on a new 2012 Elentra. My wife is going to trade her Accent in next month for a new Veloster. We have never had a dealership treat us like family before and after the sale as this dealership has. We woul highly recommend them to anyone.

Capital City Hyundai is the only Hyundai in Tallahassee, so it's not possible to compare it with another Hyundai dealership.I haven't been completely satisfied with the service dept. because they push unnecessary "preventive" maintenance.I have been very impressed with the quality of Hyundai cars, the prices, and the 5 year warranty.I'm concerned that Hyundai is attempting to now produce too many different models. General Motors paid a big price for doing just that.

My experience with City Hyundai and Mike Hanna was very positive which is not always the case when dealing with dealerships and car salesmen. This is the second car that we have purchased in the last year because we are so happy with my car. It feels like a family when we deal with the entire Hyundai family. Chris Anderson is the one who actually sold Rick his car and he was very knowledgable and helpful in the process. He is very good at his job. We never felt any pressure from anyone at City Hyundai. I have taken my car for oil changes and been very pleased with how quickly they do the job and send me on my way. I also want to mention DeShauna (the finance person). She was very helpful with Rick and I and got us a wonderful deal on his car. She is an asset to your company and she needs to be recognized. I would recommend City Hyundai to any of my friends and family. We absolutely love our cars!

We stopped in on an impulse, just to test drive some vehicles we had been researching on the internet for safety ratings, etc. Preston came right out and was very accomodating in re: my repeated test drives between the 2 models I was most interested in. Once a model was chosen Preston and the sales/finance staff made the process so smooth, we wound up driving away with a car right away. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. I will use this dealer again in the future.

I was looking for a used car with specific features. I test drove the Veracruz and liked it but it was missing navigation. J. J. Jones found me a 2009 Veracruz online with 20,000 miles on it and all the features I was looking for. He had it brought to the dealership....I bought it and I love it! When I came in for my tag J.J. was not there but another salesman remembered me, helped me and even put my tag on for me....it didn't matter that he hadn't sold me the car. At that time I also got new batteries for my keys. I was escorted to the parts department where I met Bryan and he handled it in minutes.I had been car shopping for weeks and this was the most pleasant, relaxing dealership I experienced. My new car is so clean my friends can't believe it's a used car. Thanks guys!

I went in "just Test Drive" a Hyundai Elantra. I had already researched all the other Car Companies Lines and felt this was my "Best Bet" it was within my budget and still had all the bells and whistles I wanted, a great warranty, and once I saw the Hyundai Assurance program I was sold!Even though I REALLY wanted the Sonata! I had already researched pricing and options and knew the Sonata was out of my budget range and so I refused to even tempt myself! I settled on the Elantra, because well, it fit my needs. The Sonata matched "my wants" :-pAfter test driving an Elantra without the options I wanted. Sales Rep. Luis Rivera (whom I highly recommend after my experience!) checked the available inventory for me and I decided to order a Custom Elantra instead... (I didn't want a Sunroof or Leather!! Never have!) Luis said he had a pretty good deal on a Sonata Limited! (He didn't know I actually wanted one.) I refused his offer flat! No Way!He told me it had no sunroof and only partial leather...) I refused again... But I still wanted to actually drive an Elantra with the options I wanted before ordering!! So I could get a good idea of where everything was inside, handling, acceleration, ride etc. So away we went.When we returned; Luis saw me looking at a Sonata with a long look as we walked away... and asked.. "You sure you don't want to drive it?" I peeked inside... It was BEAUTIFUL!I test drove the Sonata and loved it!! It truly had EVERYTHING I had wanted and nothing I didn't!! Even down to the colors inside and out and Electronic Key with Push Start!!! But now I worried...could I afford it comfortably?Luis Rivera worked diligently on my behalf and Anthony (the Manager) also worked with me to meet my budget, gave me a fair price for my trade-in and arrive at a comfortable price for both parties. Then when I thought everything had been negotiated as best as possible Ms. Dechauna Hearn in Finance surprised me pleasantly by working just as hard on my behalf so that I ended up with an even better rate and terms than I had already came to the dealership with through a different finance company! Wow! What a great experience... Win-Win-Win!! Everybody's Happy... and my new Ride... ooooohhh, Love it!! City Hyundai you've won a new Customer!Even the Service department has been AMAZING!!! Tony D'Amico and his crew are just AWESOME!!I know it's a long review.. but I wanted to give you enough insight into me to know I am a VERY persnickety, determined woman. I don't take "No" for an answer very well either.. lol!! To me "No" means "Just find another way"...So if the great team at City Hyundai can work with me well enough to make me sing praises... and take the time to write this all down... Well... I love the look of the Genesis Coupe. The slick lines in the body are very sporty. I love the turbo and the power it has. The exterier color is very light and does not show dirt as much as my last car. The interier is stylish and very modern. I love it!

I originally inquired by internet, Mike Hanna assigned me to work with Austin Quinn. Austin was very excited to be working with a new car purchaser, but apologized for not being more experienced. I think he has the potential to be a real positive force in this industry. Mike did everything he could to make the buying experience great from the time he met us on the parking lot forward.A minor flaw was spotted on the door of our 3 door Accent and it was fixed promptly and Mike treated it as if we bought the top of the Hyundai line, not the least expensive model. He was easily accessible both online and in person and was a low pressure quality guy. The numbers at closing of the sale was just what he promised. I would recommend Mike Hanna to anyone I know looking for a car and would welcome the opportunity to buy from him again.

He knew his product thoroughly and explained virtually every feature of the car simply yet expertly. In the past I've never had much luck in dealing with Tallahassee dealerships, for a variety of reasons. We always found ourselves going to Thomasville and Cairo for our car purchases. When it came down to looking for an Elantra, I didn't hesitate to look elsewhere right off the bat. I really hadn't heard anything about the dealership, and the few things I did hear were not complementary. I wanted to deal with a dealership with a good reputation that I could feel confident with my purchase and not feel taken advantage of.I did my homework on the vehicle, prices and dealership and found one to my liking in the Jacksonville area. In just a few days, completely via e-mail, we struck a deal for well below factory invoice for an Elantra with preferred package, carpeted mats, auto-dim mirror and cargo tray. My car should be delivered to my home within the next week.My son asked why we didn't buy here in Tallahassee so I told him and wanted to demonstrate. We decided to take a trip to the dealership, but before we went I wanted to make sure they had an elantra on the lot. When I called they said they had a 2012 elantra and a 2011 used elantra on the lot. I said great and i'd be there in 10 minutes. No surprise, there wasn't an elantra on site. I asked why just 15 minutes earlier someone told me they had two elantras on the lot, but now there are none? They simply replied..not sure. Frustrating experience..but not unexpected. I thought that was a nice lesson for my son that where you buy a car is just as important as the price you pay! I would highly recommend if you're looking for a Hyundai...look elsewhere. I was able to find a dealership with virtually no haggle pricing at or below factory invoice pricing. The icing on top of the cake...they'll deliver the car to your front door step..for free!

I went in interested in purchasing a new car. All of the salespeople were extremely friendly and helpful. Test drove two separate cars and found the one I wanted. Although the process of paperwork and financing took a little longer than I had anticipated, everyone made sure I was comfortable and offered refreshments. Michael Champion went out of his way to help and make sure I understood all of the features that my new car had and showed me how to use them all, even though he was not my salesman. The whole entire staff made me feel comfortable and I thoroughly would recommend this dealership for your car needs.

I saw a vehicle advertised, on their website, that I was interested in. The Santa Fe was only 4 months old. I called and made an inquiry and got hold of Jacob, and wanted to know why the vehicle had been traded in after only 4 months. He said that there could be several reasons and did not give a legimate one. I went into the dealer to look at this car, Jacob told me that he was going to contact the previous owner and would find something out that same night and let me know. That was the last time I spoke with Jacob. He gave me the cold shoulder after I told him I wasn't going to finance the car and had already been preapproved somewhere else. The night that I picked the vehicle up to test drive it they couldn't find the keys. One of the service techs had taken the keys with him after he had replaced the windshield in the car.They finally located the keys and I left with the vehicle. The next day I returned the car and spoke with the salesman and another manager. Later that day, I called the salesman and told him that I was interested in the car and mades a sales offer. I heard nothing from him the rest of the day. The next day, I called back and spoke with the new car manager and he assured me that he would get back to me that very day on the status of my deal. While I had him on the phone, I asked him if he was familiar with the reason why the vehicle had been traded back in in such a short time. He stated that the vechile had been struck by lightening and it knocked out the electrical relays. He also stated that the reason the windshield was broken was because there had been a homelink system in the vehicle and they had removed it to put it in another vehicle and in doing so, broke the windshield. He has never called me back on the response to my car deal, nor has my salesperson.

I was driving by and saw a car I liked. I went in, took it for a ride and decided to buy it. I called a friend that had access to dealer pricing and asked what the car was worth. He told me based on the information on the car fax. Charles Sciandra said the information I gave was wrong and gave me a different model to check. He intentionally gave me a model that was worth more so that I would pay a higher price. I didnt realize this until I was home and checked the internet. When I called the dealership to tel them this and to cancel the sale Charles Sciandra would never come to the phone. They assigned someone else to me. I went in later than morning and got my deposit back. I then went down the street to Capital Volkswagon and bought the same car. I had an excellent experience there.
