Professional and courteous staff, John from parts department ordered a replacement key for my vehicle, he kept me in the loop at all times, called me when my key came in, then I was introduced to another all-star Evan in the Service dept, he arranged for my key to be programmed and a couple hours later I was picking up my vehicle. Great job guys. Thank you

Haven’t had my Tiguan one year and I’ve already had to buy a brand new tire after the service department “patched” a rear tire for life because of a nail and because they said that same tire got another nail in it that they couldn’t fix. Another rear tire was “patched” for a nail by the service department in July for $35 and less than a month later my tire pressure light kept coming on. Felt suspicious about all of these “nail” mishaps in my rear tires and had it checked out, which I discovered they did not patch it but instead plugged it. I feel cheated and as if these “nails” along with the plug were a scam to make me buy brand new tires. Completely lost respect and trust in this dealership. Will never have my car serviced here again.

I would not be there if it wasn't for Mr. Frank Barksdale! He also goes over and beyond his duties when everyone doesn't want to do. He don't do the work for the service center but when needed I go to him because at times they can be hard to work with. Mr. Frank Barksdale says no worries! Basically he values his customers by any means at all times. Which makes me always wants to return for any purchases because he places completely comfortable state of mind and trust with him. He is down right honest and trustworthy. Straightforward not a sales person!. If only everyone can be on board as him there. Even in the financial department to services. I also enjoyed Kelvin who sold me me 1st car. !!!

Was the first time in many months that I entered a place of service and the employees were peppy and cheerful and seemed genuinely happy to be at work.

Had a awesome experience at this dealership. I was approached by Christopher Gold in the sales department and he was very helpful in finding the vehicle that was for me. He was friendly, had a very good sense of humor and he answered all of my questions. in addition, my experience at VW on broad was a really good experience, and meeting Christopher Gold added to the great experience that I had at this dealership.

Dear Sir,We are writing to you to express how disappointed and troubled we are with the service we received from your service department on our 2004 Jetta. Several weeks ago, our 2004 Jetta, would not start. We phoned to your service department and had the Jetta towed in. We were advised that the Jetta needed a new Instrument Cluster. After agreeing to the service (and a $1,000 + later), we picked up the car. Upon driving the car home, we noticed that (1) odometer reading was over 400,000 miles (2) the clock was not re-set and (3) the radio was locked out. When we brought the car into the shop. it had approximately 115,000 miles on the odometer. This can be verified by the oil sticker on the windshield from March, 2016 and also from the Inspection done in September, 2015 We phoned the service department and were first told that the mileage came from the computer reading. We were also told that this department gets many cars in with 300,000 400,000 mileage ( like this was the case with the Jetta). Your service advisor told us she would check into this issue and get back to us. Within 24 hours of picking the car up, the generator light came on, it went off, then air bag lights came on and off and finally the car completely died in a major intersection. We immediately phoned and were told abruptly that we could have the car towed in at our expense and they would look at the work they had done, but we were, of course, responsible for any other work. There was never any mention from your service department that they were sorry we were in this predicament or concerns about our being so inconvenienced. After the car was towed back in, we insisted that your department get to the bottom of the odometer situation, While this has finally been taken care of ( after 10 days) by replacing the instrument cluster with another new one, we are totally frustrated with this entire situation. We are now being told that the car needs an alternator. We will have this work done by someone else and then will sell this vehicle, a vehicle that we have spent over $4000 on in the last 18 months. We did try and phone you and left a message regarding this situation but have not received any return phone call as of today. What is disturbing is that the odometer issue was always treated by your service staff as no big deal. By changing the odometer setting to over 400,000 miles, you returned to me a car that was now worth a few hundred dollars as opposed to the few thousand dollars it should have been worthBut perhaps most troubling is the fact that we were never phoned during this entire process to acknowledge that there was indeed something faulty with the first service we received. We were in the market for a new car, and VW was on our list, however, we certainly would not purchase one now, especially after these service issues. Volkswagon of America has received some very poor press as of late, and we would think that it would be in your companys best interest to strive at offering the best service possible in an attempt to and try to rebuild your products image. As small business owners ourselves for over 35 years, we felt compelled to write directly to you and make you aware of this situation. We know that if we treated our customers in this manner, we would not be in business very long.

I live in the Washington DC area and was recently in the market for a loaded VW Sportswagen. I contacted many of the dealers in the DC area and most of them were uncooperative. They generally didn't want to deal with me unless I came in, etc. Michael Hayes of West Broad VW was extremely easy to deal with. He was responsive and very willing to deal and discuss by phone and email. He recognized that I knew what I wanted and what a fair price was. Since I was not in the area, we did almost everything by phone and email and it made for a very easy visit. The car was ready for me to pickup and he spent quite a bit of time explaining how everything operated. Everyone on the sales team was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have been buying cars for 40 years and this was the easiest and most pleasurable experience I have had. I highly recommend them

The 2016 Audi A6 3.0T is a fun to drive, responsive, classy, understated, beautifully appointed, quality built, road hugging beast. It has been praised by the automotive press for good reason and, all things considered, is best in class. It combines roominess and performance in an attractive package. I bought the car at West Broad Audi, which is a first-class operation. Sales, financing, and service are all part of the overall customer experience and these guys are experienced, knowledgable, and low-key in a way that you will appreciate. Diego Vizcaino helped me navigate the process and I can not say enough positive things about him. He is engaging, kind, attentive to detail, professional and made the process easy and enjoyable. I will buy my next car from him and, trust me, I have high standards.

I decided to buy a 2016 Audi A6 3.0T after doing exhaustive research. It was a smart decision. This car is fast, stylish, road hugging, and beautifully appointed. I bought at West Broad Audi and the entire customer experience was low key and first class. These guys are professionals - sales, service, finance. Diego Vizcaino helped me navigate the process and he was all I could ask for - knowledgable, engaging, and attentive to detail. You want to find him and put him to work on your behalf. All in, this was a positive experience and I would recommend the Audi brand and the West Broad Audi team.

Less than six months after I bought a 2009 Jetta sportwagen and 300 miles after my expensive warranty expired, many things went wrong with the Jetta almost simultaneously. Jeana Gordon in the service department gave me a quote of nearly $7000. I bought the car for $9000. The general manager has not returned my phone calls. I've left two voicemail messages for him. The man who sold me the car, Michael Fetty, referred me back to the service department when I called him for help . He said sales and service are two totally different units and he can't help me. I want my money back. I want a different car. This is my third Volkswagen in 20 years and I've never had such bad service. I owned the other two Volkswagens when we lived in a different city.

The car buying process was fairly painless and satisfying. That may not be a reflection of West Broad VW as the associate that sold me my car was a guy I knew from the past because he worked at AT&T so we already had something in common to break the ice because he helped me before. However, my issue with West Broad was after buying my car. Unfortunately I feel as though their customer service only runs the course of you paying and signing your name on the dotted line. I should've known better than to go with them over Priority when the manager gave me a hard time over a safety kit that was supposed to come with the car and wasn't. He was really willing to lose a sale over a safety kit! Fortunately my sales associate kept his promise and had it waiting for me a few days later. My biggest issue with them was the service I received in the West Broad Collision center. After experiencing horrible service where my car was damaged while in their care and having to pay for what they broke on my car (read the full story on my review for West Broad Collision Center) I sought to speak to the manager over top of the shop manager at the collision center. A few days after getting my car back I received an automated email from the branch manager MARK PARHAM. It contained a bunch of information about how if I wasn't happy with the service to give him a call because he cares about my experience blah blah blah. Well I did I called him numerous times and he never answered. Left a message and he never returned my call. Went up to the West Broad VW and he was at lunch. Came back at 2pm to see if he was back from lunch but he was in a "meeting" said he'd come out in 15 minutes and I was left sitting there for an hour before I realized he was never coming out. I have no clue what this guy looks like or if he even exists. What startled me the most was how protective of this guy the associates were. No one made eye contact with me not even the guy that helped me with the money portion of the buying process when I bought my car. It felt cold in that show room like I wasn't wanted or welcomed. I paid for my car in cold hard cash, no financing. I deserve respect well after buying my car. Don't give me great service to get the deal then treat me like crap later. Unfortunately that's exactly how I'd summarize my experience at West Broad VW. Long story short, take it from me and spend the extra 1,000 at Priority or even Browns if you're in the market for a VW, it really is worth the extra money for customer service that lasts beyond the initial buying process. Don't allow yourself to get to a place of feeling used or mistreated like I have with them. Will be taking my car to priority for servicing in the future (which they offer for free when you buy your car through them).

West Broad VW is awesome!! Sometimes car buying can be a headache, but not when you deal with these guys. They made the process simple and easy. They truly are a No-Hassle dealership. The Sales Managers were great and really made me feel at home. I was in and out in no time, and got a great deal! Thanks again guys, and you will definitely have more business coming from me and everyone I know!

I was traveling from Colorado and needed an oil change on my Audi. I called Brad and he was able to get me scheduled for the day I was going to be in town....so on two day's notice, he worked me in so that it worked for schedule. I miss having Brad as my service advisor; he has been the most consistent and trustworthy service advisor I've ever had (I used to live in Richmond and he took care of previous Audi's I've owned).

I went to West Broad Audi to test drive RS5. I went inside the dealership and walked around looking at the cars but no one from the sales floor bothered to say hello or ask if i needed help. I walked out disappointed at their attitude and have decided to buy my car online. I had heard about the bad customer service at WB Audi but now i have the misfortune to experience it the first hand.
Unprofessional and perhaps unqualified service

My daughter had always supported the dealership by taking her Jetta there for service. She thus returned twice (and paid) for a professional diagnosis of a know VW transmission problem prior to the expiration of the warranty. The dealership concluded there were no symptoms, yet when she let her father drive it, he immediately suspected transmission issues as supported by an independent transmission specialist. Now that the car is no longer in warranty, the dealership will not support the repair and she is left with a $1,500.00 repair cost. I realize that this is one side of the story, but I NEVER complain about anything, including overdone steaks, but I feel that we were done WRONG by this service department and especially the service manager. I have never resorted to a public forum to express dissatisfaction with anything, but feel this experience merits doing so

I stopped coming to W Broad VW over 4 years ago when my warranty expired when I was tired of something always going wrong with all my repairs and services - I have been faithfully going to Allen Tire since and they have always taken excellent care of me. This time, I had an issue with a headlight and an airbag sensor that Allen Tire regretfully informed me could only be fixed by a VW dealer, so I decided to give W Broad a chance to earn back some business. BIG MISTAKE. First, they quoted me over $3000 worth of repairs I don't need (that Allen Tire specializes in and has never mentioned) on a car that isn't even worth that much. I agreed to a price of $575 for a headlight bulb, a headlight bracket, and 2 sensors for the airbag light. When I came to pick up the car, the price was suddenly over $700. My service agent agreed to only charge me the $575 plus tax (which should have been $585, but he rung me up for $606 - I didn't realize this until I got home and looked at the invoice). By the time I had driven 20 miles home, I realized my lens was missing from the headlight! I had to turn around and drive back (so between me and my ride, we drove $80 in one day to pick up an ill-repaired car.) This was Friday. By Saturday at 3:00pm, my car STILL wasn't fixed and I was forced to drive back on Monday morning and pick up a rental from them. Car was "fixed" by close of business Monday, so I picked it up Tuesday morning and the new headlight they changed "for free" wasn't seated properly and the gasket was half under the hood of the car...the older headlight they "restored" for me "free of charge" to match the new one they had to put in was half foggy, covered in scratches, and rough to the touch - the service agent admitted they used SANDPAPER on it! They new nothing about the overcharge the initial service agent had promised would be refunded this morning. They dismissed the gasket as "cosmetic" and basically didn't care about my complaint because I didn't pay for it in the first place. And as for reimbursement/compensation for the 80 miles driven through no fault of my own, nothing was even said about that. So, I picked my car up 2 hours ago with a promise that my original agent would call to address my concerns, and NOTHING. Never going back, I recommend you stay FAR away from this place. They don't know what they are doing and don't care about their customers.

I purchased a Q5 from this dealership a few years ago and returned to look at an A4. I phoned and the sales manager (Anthony) casually calling me "man" informed me that they would take care of me. On the day I arrived the sales rep (Diego) was too busy to give me any real information about the car. It was misrepresented online as having a nav system. When I asked if anything else was available, he told me that the sales manager would talk to me. I waited in the showroom for a good amount of time with no contact. Diego was nowhere to be seen. I observed that all of the personnel, (including the sales manager), were new. The change of personnel definitely wasn't for the better.

I really enjoyed working with Diego. As a younger buyer often times dealerships treat you differently and discriminate but from start to finish he was honest polite and very professional (something many salesmen lack today). Im sure you will read mixed reviews about west broad but I can say hands down they are worth looking into if you take your buying experience as seriously as I do.

Horrible. One of the worst buying experiences in my life. We entered the dealership around 2pm and told them exactly what we needed (already been guaranteed by two other dealerships) for my car on trade. 2 hours later, they insulted me by bringing an offer that was $3,500 less then what I'd been offered with the same company (Page Auto) down the street. They also would not come off the price of the precious A5 the quoted as a "sale" price (absolute joke). To make matters worse, I ruptured my achilles tendon and had surgery just over a week ago so I was still in a full leg cast. It's not like they didn't see that coming through the door because I'm on crutches. We left at 4:45 and went to Subaru of Richmond and bought a new WRX. They were very reasonable with my trade, cost of the vehicle and we were in and out in about 45 minutes at the end of their day on a Holiday weekend. I'll be giving them a 5 star review. I usually do not take the time to writes reviews like this but I wouldn't send my sworn enemy to this establishment. Luckily, I've got a significant other who's patient but she'll also be filing a negative review. If you want to be treated fairly and get a reasonable price for your trade and your purchase, DO NOT GO TO WEST BROAD AUDI/VW. Simply a horrid waste of my time. Thanks for ruining my already challenging Saturday.

I came in to get a new vehicle after a bad car accident. Brandon listened to what I wanted and how safety was important to me. He went over all of my options and helped me pick the best car for me and my family. If you ever need to buy a vehicle buy from Brandon, he will listen and work his butt of to find you what is best for your situation.

I dont know about the others who rated positively on this site but I wish I had their experience. I have never had an issue until this service department tryed to "repair" issues. The serivce was not up to the standards of what you imagine when you think Audi and yet you still pay the premium for it. I guess I should have known better to take my car to a phony dealership especially after reading a review that they have NO security for the cars that are in their car and one reviewer's lisence plates were stolen (and tried to blame it on the car owner). This service department will look at one thing and try to tell you that you need 5 other things repaired (probably because their highly unskilled, and untrained "technicians" broke it while trying to fix the issue it was brought in for.The last time I took my car in to be looked at by this dealership cost me over $300 just so they can tell me that the engine wouldnt work... something I already knew since I had the car TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR THAT VERY REASON. (not bitter at all about that ha) I dont know about anyone else but if you enjoy being robbed then by all means take your car to be serviced there. I assure you that once they tinker with it... your car will also need a completely new engine. Audi's are a great car so by all means if you want one, check out the sales department here as I am sure it is very nice but I strongly recommend a different dealer to service the car. Just remember that you will have to get service done on the car and with that in mind... I will NOT be buying another Audi as long as I live in this area if I have to take it to this dealership for repairs.

Took to long and to much money. Have talked to several people who have had dealings with them and they have the same opinion

Went to the lot day one. Stood outside for 10 minutes without ever being acknowledged. I went back the NEXT day with two friends-stood outside comparing cars for 15 minutes, no one came out or said a word. I went inside the dealership-no one at reception desk. As I was leaving I found an employee and told him my experience he apologized and offered to get help. Unfortunately it was a VW salesman that knew NOTHING about Audis. Who is responsible for moving cars off this lot? Please note that your current methodology will not yield your expected or desired results.

First of all, the salesman really worked hard to find me a good, new car that I loved and that was still in my price range. We looked at several cars and I was never pressured into buying any of them. Next, knowing that we found the car we loved and could afford it, the associate that we did our paperwork with did not try to pressure me into anything more than what I could add to keep it within our budget. Overall it was an excellent experience!

If you are looking for a used can please don?t prefer to go to this showroom. They will hide lot of information?s from you.I have bought a Honda CRV 2005 from that show room,11/18/2012(Sunday). They said the vehicle is in excellent condition and they did all the tricks to hide the problems for this vehicle. I have given 2000$ additional, compared to the vendor market value for that vehicle, since I badly need a vehicle and also I thought that, it is better to buy it from a showroom, since they are offering some services for 3 months. Since I don?t have an insurance, I was not able to take the vehicle from the showroom on the same day(They did not allow me to take that ). When the next day I went there with insurance, and taken the vehicle, I noticed that central locking system is not working for one door and the back side door of that vehicle. I informed them about the issue. They never assisted me and the reply I got is ? You have check the vehicle before buying it?. I accept that I have not noticed this before. For avoiding this kind of situation, I have paid extra in this showroom. They are not ready to cover it under the service warranty. The reason for that is, it is not a mechanical problem. While buying the vehicle, they were telling about the end to end service and other thing. Don?t trust for any of this thing. If you are going for a used Car from there, please take your mechanic with you and have a inspection then and there itself. That will save your time.

Where do I start? Mike Fetty must have slept through the customer service part of sales training. He refused me a test drive (after I had scheduled one days in advance) because I told him that I wasn't planning on buying that day and that I wanted to shop around for a few weeks. He told me that "I came in on the busiest day" and that I should come back. Funny, considering there were 4 salesman just standing around outside when I pulled up. And why would it even matter what day I came in on? Busy or not, I'm the customer. Even if I told you I wasn't buying that day, a good salesman would try to make the sale, not blow me off. Next, he told me that I should research the car more when coming in (I guess he assumed I didn't know anything about the car). I didn't get a chance to talk to his manager but will be calling him. He may have thought I was wasting his time because he might not be able to get a sale, but that was completely unprofessional. I expected more from a VW dealer.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP FOR USED CARS! We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership that WOULD NOT EVEN PASS INSPECTION. The dealership and salesman claimed that the car had been thoroughly reviewed for any issues and that it was in good working order. However, we took the car to (1) an independent auto body shop and then (2) another dealership, and within 2 minutes of looking at the car both identified a critical (and expensive to fix) issue that the dealership must have purposefully overlooked. We did not ask either the auto body or the dealership to look for the issue, they both saw it on their own. To make matters worse, when we called the dealership to have the issue remedied the general manager refused to return our calls. We were given an incredible run-around. It was not until we contacted the Better Business Bureau of Richmond that the dealership even responded, and even then they would not fix the issue. Now a student who worked all summer to buy a car has to folk over hundreds of dollars within weeks of buying this car to get it fixed. Is that the type of people you want to do business with?

My reason for Why my rating for this location is low is as follows. Absolutely horrible experience. My car was taken there to be serviced and one of the technicians broke my taillight. They did not tell my wife what happened when she picked the car up. It's been several weeks and they refuse to pay for the light they Broke!!!! If you value your car take it to another service station!!!!!!!!

I recently bought my second Audi from West Broad Audi. It was a cold, rainy Saturday night, but the sales staff went "above and beyond" to make sure that I left with my new Audi that same evening. They even stayed late to finish the paperwork. I have found that their excellent customer service extends beyond the purchase experience. Whenever I return to the dealership for service, they always take the time to make sure that I am enjoying my Audi and that I am satisfied with the sevice received. The staff in the Service Dept also deserve praise - especially Brad Reichwein. He was my service rep when I owned my VW and I was thrilled to learn that he had transferred to the Audi side. Brad provides great customer service. When I take my car in for regular service, he always informs me if additional services need to be performed, how much they will cost, and when my car will be ready. He definitely earns his high customer service ratings.

Have previously owned Lexus and BMW autos and this Audi dealer is better on all levels of service and employee attitude - love these guys. The service department reps are extremely attentive and helpful. They make it very clear that they appreciate my business and they take very good care of my A8L. In fact, the main reason I will likely purchase another Audi is the dealership's outstanding service rep employees.

I currently own 2 Audi's. The service deparment has always gone out of there way to make sure that I am taken care of. They have been very fair price wise and timely. I am currently looking to trade one of my cars in on a new one. I have worked with Matt who is also knowledgable and fair. Thanks all keep up the good work!

Let me begin by saying I did not buy my 2005 S4 at West Broad Audi. However, I live in Richmond and this service location is simply more convenient for me. I have had it serviced exclusively here since it was new and have always been treated in a first class fashion. Other than a broken window regulator, the vehicle has required nothing beyond routine maintenance. On the window regulator, it malfuctioned less than 30 days out of warranty. Jay went to bat for me with Audi and got the replacement covered under warranty. This is indicative of the kind of customer service they provide. I have owned other high-end German cars in the past, so I was prepared for the high cost of maintenance in general. Having gone in with my "eyes wide open", I cannot/will not complain about that. I believe they have been fair and honest with me, and things have gotten fixed right, the first time. I appreciate how they value my time. Sincerely, MP

The most outstanding experience we have had with a dealership, comparing with the Audi dealers I have dealt with in the past, starting from Laurel Audi of Westmont (IL), Mohegan Lake Audi (NY) and Danbury Audi (CT) since early 90's. The entire WBA team is friendly, very professional, and has an excellent service department. Since we have purchased the Q7 from them, we moved to Southern MD and I still drive about 110 miles to get to them for services, even though there are 3 Audi dealers with in 50 to 60 mile radius. I have to say that, I was given loaner cars when my A6 was being serviced over there many times, even before a purchase was made from them. I had past experience of not getting the loaner car from a dealer, if the car wasn't purchased from that dealership. I wish this dealership was located in MD, as I wouldn't go anywhere else. The next purchase will be definitely from WBA, based on the excellent service provided by Ashley Blunt.

I brought my VW in 2009. From the beginning this dealership as been amazing. Each time I come in the service department remembers my name (even without an appointment). Wanda, Mark, Donald, Vince all have been great! They do everything possible to make my visit painless. Just recently I had noticed something wrong with my car. I took the car to the dealership without an appointment and they took the car and did everything possible to help. Best part too is that I wasn't charged and they even took the time to wash my car and hand dry it. The staff is friendly, the work is high quality, and I love my VW! I also want to make note that my sales person, Scot was friendly and when he sees me waiting in service brings popcorn and makes sure I'm being taken care of.

I'm on my 3rd vehicle purchased from West Broad VW/Audi. While the people in the Sales end have been excellent, especially Mr. Ashley Blunt, the consistent, dependable person I count on throughout is and has been Brad Reichwein. Brad helps me withmaintenance, and learning and getting the most from my vehicle. He is always there on the phone or in person to answer any and all questions regarding operating systems and functions. He's the best in professionalism and expertise when it comes to autos.Truly he makes owning Audi a pleasure.Adair Wheat

I purchased my vehicle from WBA and have taken it back to them for all scheduled services. My experiences have been good on both the sales and service side. When an issue does arise, they always go the extra mile to communicate and address the problem to my satisfaction. They have also proactively handled recalls and even my state inspection which I had not realized was up for renewa recently. All and all, a great bunch of folks to work with - in particular Brad, Jay and Mike in the service department.

I've been using West Broad Audi and working with Brad for the past 2 years. I have found him to always be fair, give me honest advice, and to be extra helpful. When I'm unsure of a 'recommended' service he's always let me know if it was something that could wait or that I should get immediately for my vehicle.I would strongly recommend working with him or any of his group at this dealership. They're all friendly and provide great service. Plus, you'll never have to wait long before your vehicle's ready! If you want great service, fair pricing, and friendly people, go to W. Broad Audi/VW!

Why would I recommend West Broad Audi service? Very simple! They know what they are doing and the give a damn! No unnecessary work is done or recommended. The guys are proactive about your car and its care. I have always said that you can buy a car anywhere, but you go where the service is excellent. I know of car owners from Northern Virginia and the beach area who come to West Broad Audi.

I have been dealing with Brad for years with a couple of my Audi's. He really has gone above and beyond to help me out. I was having a problem finding a day to bring my car in for service and Brad came to my house since I was on his way to work and picked up my car and drove it to work for service! Then on his way home he brought my car back. I know that is out of the ordinary and beyond what is expected. He has always gone out of his way to help. He is the type of employee you would want working for you and he is one of the reasons that I chose to purchase another Audi. Thank you West Broad Audi and thank you Brad.

I have been extremely pleased at the excellent service at W.Broad Audi. Jay has been extremely accommodating in every aspect you'd want to find in service. Including scheduling me in on a timely basic, double checking work to be sure everything was taken care of, keeping records of services needed oil change tire rotation etc and notifying me, always making sure my car is cleaned when ever I bring it in for service, carefully answering all in questions in ways I can understand. I feel that every time I take my car in for service I truly get the red carpet treatment and would recommend and have recommended w.Broad Audi to friends and family. I never thought Im say that taking my car in for repairs or service would be a pleasant experience but W. Broad Audi has made it so!! Thank you West Broad Audi Charles W. Gigante

I have been an Audi owner for 18 years and that covers 5 different Audi dealerships and service departments. My current Audi has 128,000 miles on it. I have had it since it was almost new (24,000 miles). It has been serviced at three different Audi dealerships and I have noticed that the level of service you get depends on whether you bought the car from that dealership. That is not the case with West Broad Audi. They have been taking care of my A4 like I bought that car from them. I get honest appraisal of work, fair pricing and the comfort of knowing my car will be well taken car of. They always work around my schedule, always have a loaner for me and have a wonderful waiting room complete with wifi, coffee and donuts.I have shopped around and think this is the best Audi option for service in the city of Richmond.

As always the customer service was outstanding. There was absolutely no waiting time, and I've neve been disappointed with making the choice to change service locations. I live in Hampton, VA and work here in Richmond and have no problem staying overnight in the area just to have my VW serviced by West Broad. Jeanna and Vince know that I take very good care of my automobile and they always do what ever is necessary to see that both I and "Baby" the V Dub are well taken care of.Thanks so much, I love doing business here and wouldn't change a thing; except maybe adding one of those New VW's...to my list of assets! :-)

I have been utilizing this dealership since 2008. The Sales Staff, namely Mike Fetty has been very helpful and my family and I have purchased 2 Audi's and 1 VW from them. However, You only deal with the sales staff at the point of sale, I wish to talk about the most important aspect of car ownership, and that is maintenance/services.About every 3-4 months or so, for the last four years it has been my pleasure to have my 2007 Audi A4 or 2011 Q5 Serviced at this dealership with the "Audi-care plan" which includes a loaner car. Mr. Brad Reichwein is the consummate professional, always taking the extra time to ensure that my drop off is well documented, any of my concerns are quickly addressed, and the car is always returned when promised. For Example, one time the A4 had a recall on an engine part and the dash board fan switch was inop. Brad ensured that the parts were "overnighted" and I kept the loaner car for one extra day with no issues. My Wife and I plan on buying our "dream" cars from this dealership (S-5 and A-8) mostly due to the fact that we know they will be well maintained by Brad and the "Tech team" at West Broad Audi

It has been my pleasure to deal with West Broad Audi since I purchased my used A-4 from them 3 years ago. I have found both services managers Jay Mitchell and Brad Reichwein to be friendly, courteous and professional. This extends to the mechanics there that I have dealt with, especially Brock Kelly, whose maintenance diagnosis, repairs and advise have been "spot on." Since I have to drive 1.5 hours and wait while my car is being servised I have found that this culture extends to the entire dearership which is both spotless and welcoming. I highly recommend West Broad Audi, and I will continue to deal with them.George A Field

Brad and his team are wonderful to deal with. Before working with Brad I went to non-dealership service centers but had a bad experience and decided to one time use Audi service...and I have never looked back. No matter the task, whether it's something simple as a tail light out or as complex as an unfortunate road fender bender, these guys always know how to make you feel assured that the dealership would take good care of your needs. Have owned 2 cars from this dealership. Service personnel recognize me as a customer and have always accomodated my personal schedule for both service and a loaner. Thoroughly answered questions, and have been proactive in service observations and recommendations. Overall service experience mirrors the "higher-end" image of an Audi - from a more relaxed and refined sales and service area to the lack of the typical "sales" pressure attitude.Pricing is what it is - its an Audi-so I can't really comment knowledgably on pricing.

West Broad VW/Audi is top-notch when it comes to automobile service, parts, customer service, and professionalism. West Broad Audi is both a great sales dealer and a superb service dealer. When I purchase my 2009 A4 from them it was the first new car purchase in over 25 years since I usually buy used from owners. Having worked in the car industry myself I was very pleased to see how clients were treated during the purchase experience, and found them very helpful in finding me the specific model appointed the way I requested.Ever since then they have been servicing my car and I have found them to be informative in discussing things that needed to be addressed, helpful in letting me know what could be done to obtain the performance level I desired, and overall just friendly as people to interact with as service proviers. They alwways alert me to anything that needs to be addressed that I may not have mentioned and they let me know the minute my car is ready for pickup. As someone that finds far too little real customer service in most businesses today I am completely satisfied with their support and have recommended them to others or severatl occassions.

West Broad service dept is excellent. My S4 is 5+ years old w/ 90,000 miles and it drives better than the day I drove it off the lot. Brad Reichwein and crew make it easy to schedule appointments, insure the appropriate service is performed and take the time to explain what is being done and why. Generally a top-notch service experience at West broad Audi. Friendly, courteous, knowledgable staff. My car gets fixed right the first time, with the right parts, and an explanation is given about the repair. The car is washed and cleaned in and out. Loaners are usually available when requested.Service Advisor Brad Reichwein is extremely knowledgable and helpful, and has gone beyond the call of duty when helping me purchase pre-owned Audis in the past, in addition to helping me maintain my current cars. I have recommended him to more than a few friends and will continue to do so. Jay has been helpful as well.

The Audi side of this dealership is fantastic. I purchased my Audi from Audi of Alexandria and was not happy with the level of service I received after purchase. I visited West Broad for service on a business trip and was so happy with the dealership that I began to have all service done there even though I lived in DC. I have always been happy with the quality of the work and the pricing has been fair. I would absolutely recommend this dealership for Audi and I will buy my next Audi here. I would not recommend this dealership for VW. I have had constant problems with the VW side of this dealership. In recent visits the VW team has tried to improve, but they have still returned my car to me with defective/broken equipment and this team simply does not give me confidence or inspire the same feelings of good-will as the members of the Audi team.

My husband also loves dealing with them, and he is really critical:) The customer service is truly awesome!!! In this day in time there isn't a whole lot of customer service left.... These guys know how to treat their customers!!!!!!! We always get a appointment, they are always honest and truthful about the needs of the car & the costs, which is what I am always concerned with! On several occasions they have supplied us with a car to drive if my car will take all day, which is an awesome benefit! I purchased my first Audi A-6 in 2007 and recently purchased a 2012 A-6, both from West Broad VW/Audi. I have used West Broad VW/Audi for all the service and repairs on both vehicles. Without doubt West Broad VW/Audi has provided the best service experience I have had in 35+ years of owning motor vehicles. My primary service representative, Brad Reichwein, is great - always responsive, helpful, thorough and courteous. The other service representatives, such as Jay, are likewise top notch in my experience. I like the fact I am provided information about possible service items to consider in addition to the reasons I bring my vehicle in for service, but am never pushed to get something I don't need. Fortunately, because of the high quality of the Audis I have owned, my visits to the dealership almost always involve routine service. The vehicle is always ready when promised and a loaner car is always made available. In sum, it's a pleasure to deal with the Audi service department at West Broad VW/Audi.

The staff at West Broad Audi is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They really go out of their way to make their clients happy, from fitting in a last minute service appointment to making sure I have a loaner car to drive. I have purchased two cars from West Broad Audi, my Mom has gotten her last 2 cars from there, and my sister has purchased her car from West Broad Audi. We all get work done on our cars exclusively at the dealership. I can always trust the service department to tell me what work needs to be done, versus add ons that are not essential. I also cannot say enough positive things about the sales team. Specifically Ashley Blunt. He is an expert on all Audi models, has a friendly out going personality, and is definitely NOT a pushy sales person. I highly recommend the team at West Broad Audi to anyone who wants to work with honest, friendly, helpful people.

I became familiar with West Broad Audi when the owner of my company purchased the A3 I am driving. I live and work in Northern Virginia and have had less than stellar experiences with the local Audi dealerships. The sales and service people at West Broad have been more than helpful and some of the most service oriented people I have had the pleasure to deal with. I am the service Manager at very service oriented company and I feel excellent service is mostly a thing of the past. I am pleased to say that Brad Reichwein has provided me with such excellent service that I travel over an hour and a half to get my car serviced every time it needs it and has renewed my faith that ther is still a company that values excellent customer service.

Due to the incredible level of service and responsiveness that I consistently receive from Brad (and Jay), I have bought or leased multiple vehicles from dealership and plan to continue to do so. I would also highly recommend the dealership to a prospective buyer specifically due to the service provided by Brad (and Jay). Brad came highly recommended, as he coordinated work on my sister's car from it's initial acquisition until it had aged (quite gracefully with Brad's help) and she ended up taking a job out of state. Although I had often heard her praise of Brad many times over the years, his assistance with my vehicle definitely exceeded my expectations. I found him to be exceptionally knowledgeable of the unique aspects of my car, attentive to all my concerns and was truly impressed in how quickly he had me back in my beloved Q5 without any disruption to my demanding job. I would imagine the other service team members at West Broad Audi are also exceptional service providers, but given Brad's pleasant, personable, and professional approach to working with my vehicle, I'll be demanding to speak to him every time.

This is my second Audi from West Broad Audi. One of my relatives is driving the first one. both are serviced at West Broad Audi. I love my Audis not just for the German engineering and attention to detail but just as much for the exemplary service of Brad Reichwein. Mr. Reichwein is a knowledgeable professional and I depend on him to ensure that my vehicle is in top condition. No vehicle, no matter how well built, is worth the price if you cannot get it properly serviced. As long as Mr. Reichwein is handling my Audi service, I do not have to worry. P.S. My relative has Brad looking out for her car and feels the same way about the service.

Recently bought a used car that was a Certified Used Audi. Well turns out the car was wrecked. How does a wrecked car become certified? A corrupt and information with holding dealer or a dealer who can not follow paper trail or use car fax?Either one is a concern. This dealer has lost Audi brand loyality with me and I would not recommend - GO TO FLOW IN CHARLOTTESVILLE.

In under three weeks and less than 2000 miles the 2004 Ford Ranger they had sold me was sitting dead on the side of 64. When I went back today and told them what had happened (hoping they would help me out) they said "sorry you bought it as is". I will NEVER do business with them again and would strongly recomend you do not either. Thank you, Andrew Reilly

The dealership was very patient as our company sorted out the paperwork. They held the negotiated pricing throughout. I got the car I wanted with minimal hassle.

The process was smooth and Russell took the time to make sure all my questions were answered, and I was comfortable. The car was not In stock but he put in the effort to get the model I wanted and on budget. I visited another VW dealer before West Broad and they didn't seem to want to help. Russell and the West Broad team got the job done. I received a call from the other dealer, but well after I had completed the deal with West Broad. If the service department is as good as the sales, I'll buy another in a couple years.

I was in need for a leased company automobile and Jon spent alot of time with me making sure that I received the service and requirements in order to get approval from my company on this lease. Within the constraints provided to us, Jon managed to find a very good package that fit just about all of our needs. He was very patient and understanding since our process was new and took longer than anticipated. We appreciate all the hard work and extra time Jon spent with us to secure this order.

Russell was most congenial, candid and winsome in my purchasing experience. We looked at a variety of vehicles---new and used and together, we arrived at truly the best car for me. He went above and beyond his responsibilities---I lost/mislaid some personal property at one point, at the dealership, and he helped me locate it. He also helped me think through the sale of my prior vehicle. He is an asset to West Broad Audi.

I had purchased luxury vehicles in 3 different continents ( UK, India and US),and By far this is the my best experience ever. Just dropped in one day to check out the car without even strongly considering to buy. We were so impressed with the Brandon (manager), we placed the order right away. We waited far more than the usual delivery times, but never felt the pain having to wait so long (delays in Germany with manufacturing). The West Broad Audi are a phenomenal team and they care a great deal about customer satisfaction. they respond promptly to the calls and try to work with the customer to give them the best deal on price and finanace as well. Finance Manager Bill, is super nice and gives all the options with genuine advice. The turn around for delivery was super fast (under 30 min) & sper smooth. Best part was , the vehicle was puchased in both myself and my wife`s name, and did nt needed my wife to come to the dealership at all. I highly recommend the dealer if you are planning a new VW/ Audi purchase anywhere in the Richmond / Charlottesville area.

We were in the unusual predicament of having to buy a car for our daughter who is in college in Texas. After talking to 6 dealerships in Richmond and in Texas I finally spoke to James Anderson at the Page VW store. He was the first person to talk to me with any sense on how to make this transaction happen successfully. It was such a great experience with so much support from James and Frank that we ended up getting 2 cars last week from them! They are quite a team. They are willing to help with any request (no matter how unusual) and have really gone out of their way to make us feel confident about our decision to get 2 cars from your store.

I live 90 minutes from the dealership. Iphoned Brandon, told him the car I wanted, equipment, and the price I was willing to pay. We reached an agreement, and while in Richmond on other business, we stopped by to meet him in person, and were impressed by him, the dealership, and other personnel we came in contact with. I told him to e-mail the contract,we had a deal, and the Avant was ordered from Ingolstadt since nothing was available within a reasonable radius. The car arrived earlier than projected ( a pleasant surprise ). I told Brandon I wanted no more than a 30 minute turnaround for delivery and was eschewing any dealer add-on options. He met the criteria and I had a refreshingly smooth delivery, especially compared to other recent experiences. Quite candidly, you have a very nice, affable, competent, and knowledgeable sales consultant in Brandon Crenshaw. I foresee calling him in 24-30 months to discuss an Avant A6, as long as I keep liking my A4, which is a wonderful vehicle. I appreciate the willingness of all involved to "cut to the chase", and simplify the process for this old(74) sales and marketing warrior.

Our sales experience at West Broad Volkswagen was outstanding, primarily due to our sales rep, "James Anderson." His professionalism and knowledge of the inventory line was far superior from any other dealership around town. His expertise and experience with sales, helped guide us into choosing the right vehicles without any added pressure of buying right away. Also, their excellent level of customer service from beginning to end was a major plus in our buying decision. I would like to give credit to James, his Sales Managers "Frank & Bobby" and Finance Manager "Bill", who made it very easy for us to close the deal, which is why we ended up purchasing two vehicles from them. I highly recommend purchasing from West Broad Volkswagen due to their staff and service.

My wife and I recently purchased a used Audi A4. Mr. Thomas went above and beyond to secure us the lowest interest rate possible with our challenged credit. He was up-front and honest about our low score. We contracted at 10.99 as a worse case scenario and the next day true to his word he called us and cut the rate in half! WOW! Thank you! You don't find many in the car business this honest. Our salesman was very friendly as well and knew his product inside and out. Most of all they were respectful of our time.

This is the second car that I have purchased from Broad Audi/VW The people have been very professional and pleasant. James has been an absolute delightful salesperson. The service department personnel have also been very user friendly. I've recommended Broad Audi to my friends who have nothing but positive comments.

Jon was very pleasant to work with and patient with us as we changed our mind a few different times on which car would work best. He was very knowledgeable about each car we looked at and did not push us to make a decision. Our time at the dealership was longer than we had planned, however, he made us feel very comfortable and regularly checked on us to make sure we were doing ok.I would definitely purchase another car from Jon and West Broad Audi. While I was not able to get a lower price on the car we purchased, I am appreciative of my new key chain and A5 cup.Brad in service is also great to deal with and he is another reason why we shop at West Broad Audi. He always has a positive attitude and treats us with respect. He values us as a customer and takes very good care of our car!Thank you for the great experience.

"Deceptive" is one word striking out when I think of this dealership. This past week, my wife and I came to trade in our car, agreed with Michael Fetty for the price difference of $7500. Bobby Choi came in and said in order for us to get the 1,9% preferred rate (Passat 2012) with Volkswagen, we had to put down $2500. We disagreed, but after a day thinking it over we agreed and came to sign the deal. But the paper wrote the car price was $26K instead of the $24,5K that we agreed. The finance manager, Bill Thomas, said it was the $1500 "buy down" that he had to pay to the creditor in order for him to offer us 1,9% interest rate. None of this was ever said to us, both my wife and me, beforehand. Very deceptively, Bill talked about low payment, not much more than what we were paying for the Jetta 2011 which we traded in, etc. But he knew or must have known, that the payment was low only because we paid $2500, effectively lower the loan by more than 10%, not because of his addition of $1500 illegally to it. Then he said, he heard Bobby Choi talked about "buydown" also. My wife and I could not be 100% positive he did or did not use the word "buydown", but we were positive he did not mention the EXTRA $1500 on top of the car price. Bill declined to answer if he heard of the $1500 extra. In all, I think Michael Fetty, Bobby Choi, and Bill Thomas were equally guilty of this grand deception, which I think they use to cheat most other car buyers. They wanted to create a situation "too late to change anything", with keys and tags already swapped, etc. In fact, upon our entering the dealership for the 3rd and last time, Michael Fetty took our keys right away and went to swap tags. Bill made it as if the $1500 extra had been an absolute requirement, necessity, in order to get 1,9% financing from Volkswagen. Today I am going to contact Volkswagen about it, and will go to the BBB. This trio must have cheated thousands and thousands of dollars from too many buyers. And my protest to different levels of authorities will concentrate on these three people, not of other ones at West Broad VW, and not of the dealership, or Page Auto group itself. I think Page Auto Group would never tolerate such action, and this surely is never in their policy, or in training manual. I stand behind all the facts in this matter.

Brad has the most arrogant attitude. He speaks as if he is the only person in the world who knows everything and thinks like we are at his mercy. Most frustating attitude; He is arrognat on the phone and is never polite. The first thing we hear from him when we give the car for service is "your tires need to be rotated and wheel balanced" and they charge $$$ for the same useless/unnecessary work. Not at all courteous. I will never go back to him/West Broad Audi.

Ordered a Audi S4 with Matt Spence at West Broad Audi and he made the experience truly unique. Matt was responsive to my questions during the ordering process and did a good job keeping me up to date as far as delivery date. The entire staff, including financing staff and managers were eager to help whenever necessary and quite efficient when it came time to pick up the car.The car thus far is outperforming any of my expectations.I would recommend this agent and dealer to anyone seriously considering an Audi.

Light for a TPMS malfunction came on. It took 5 trips and nearly $1,000 to fix. They originally (mis)diagnosed it as a bad sensor, and swapped the one for the spare ($98 to diagnose; $50 to fix). The light came back on later that day. Then they said we had to replace all sensors ($600). We agreed, but the light came back on again later that day. Then they decided it was the antenna ($500, but they'd let me have it for $250). Every time I came back they wanted to charge me more, and they could never tell me the total cost to actually resolve the problem. Everyone knows that dealers charge more, but the expectation is that they have the tools and expertise to correctly diagnose a problem. My local repair shop could change out parts until they find the bad one -- at much lower cost. I felt ripped off. They showed little interest in customer service. I found Mike to be rude and condescending. They seem to view this department as more of a profit center than a service center.

Simply put: DO NOT GET YOUR AUDI SERVICED HERE. Their service department can handle Volkswagens, but they don't know the first thing about Audis.I took my car in at 15,000 miles for service and to see about fixing a mechanical fault with the convertible top not locking in place when I closed it. While it was in they called to tell me that they couldn't find the problem, but that I needed my tires balanced and rotated. I had hit a couple of potholes hard, so I took them at their word. When I got it back, the first thing I noticed was that they had left my rear-window defroster on, something my last dealership told me was a no-no (it burns out the defroster if you leave it on). The next thing I noticed was that it didn't handle as well as it had before I got the "Alignment". I then checked the tire pressure to find all four of my tires over-inflated. Furthermore, when I checked the oil, it was over-filled. That was just the regular service. When I finally put the top down and put it back up, it locked in place, but the passenger side window would not stay up (a safety feature, if the window hits something too soon, it automatically goes back down). There wasn't anything for it to hit but my top, which means that while they found a way to get it to lock, they didn't solve the underlying issue and returned it to me in that condition.Frustrated, I hadn't planned on going back, but I received a card in the mail from Audi USA with the $100.00 off coupon and very clearly labelled and pictured on the card the "Complementary Tire Tote-bags with any purchase", and they listed West Broad as the place to go get them.Foolishly I went back. (All they're doing is changing out the tires, how can they screw that up?) The problem was, The parts guy I spoke to didn't know what I was talking about when I said winter tire package. He tried to sell me new tires, not the whole with-wheel package. When I explained it to him, I was quoted a price over the phone for the parts that was $400 more than what the Audi Website and the promotional card they sent me said. (The Tire Package was 2795 with $100 off, so it should have been $2695 plus tax and labor, Tim quoted me $3100 over the phone, with $55 for each bag). I went in with the card and coupon in hand and explained what I thought the card was trying to tell me. Tim said some bull about the offer being for something else (despite the tote-bags being clearly pictured and labelled as such). I didn't press the issue or ask to see his manager, but when I came back to pick up the car, I was told that "Two of the tires were put on backwards at the factory" and "They had to take them off and remount them", and when I looked at the bill, it was $3400.00. They apparently charged me for the labor to "fix the factory problem", and instead of the $55 that Tim had quoted me over the phone for my complementary bags, they charged me $98 a piece. Simply put: DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. If I can I will get their Audi Accreditation revoked.

Poor experience. I recently took my 2004 A4 to West Broad Audi and was disappointed by the service I received. Brad Reichwein (service manager), Mark Parham (store GM), and technician Brock were every buyers worst nightmare. I took my Audi to West Broad Audi/ VW for a diagnostic. At the time I was working with an outside German car specialist that recommended I take the car to the dealership because he was having trouble pinpointing the issue regarding why my check engine light was on. Basically, I was told that every piece of work he had done was wrong, everything the dealership I purchased the vehicle from was wrong, and that I needed to fix everything they recommended before they could fully diagnose. At first I was so taken back that I told them I would need a little time to speak with these other parties before authorizing the work. After thinking about the conversation I had with Brad, I began to question all of the work they were claiming needed to be completed. It was odd to me how he used disclaimers such as this may fix your problem or it could be your injectors or vacuum but we cannot guarantee it. A few days later I called the service department to make an appointment to have my outside mechanic come by to understand the work they were saying needed to be done. I called on a Thursday to set up an appointment for Saturday 9am. Brad assured me that he would not be at work, but the technician Brock would be there to go over the car. Saturday morning came and I arrived for the appointment. The gentleman working the service lane that morning said, Brad and Brock are not working today. I remember when you called, as soon as Brad finished speaking with you I told him he was mistaken and Brock was not working today. I never got a phone call rectifying the mistake, Brad did not call Monday as they promised he would, and through my whole ordeal with the dealership no one ever apologized for the inconvenience. I was so angry by the missed appointment and the non- direct diagnosis that I decided to go to the store GM Mark Parham to try to get better results. Mark was undoubtedly the biggest let down at this dealership. He was in a rush to leave at 3:30 in the afternoon and was completely unprofessional. He did not shake my hand, show me any respect, or treat me like a customer. He told me his service department told me some things that could be wrong and I would pay the $100 diagnostic fee. Basically my diagnostic is a list of things that can cause a check engine light to come on and they would like to fix in a trial- and- error type of thing. All I wanted was a direct answer of what the problem was or someone to say if we try these things and we are wrong we are not going to keep charging you and keep playing around. Mark told me the $1600 was basically pocket change and that if I gave him $5000 right now he would guarantee his mechanics would fix my car, but the nearly $2000 they wanted without a straight answer of the problem was just my loss. (Money was not the object here, its throwing money away that I have a problem with.) In the end, I agreed to pay the diagnostic and depart, only to find somehow the Audi specialists managed to completely drain my battery since I dropped it off. I asked both men to be sure I get to complete the CSI survey, yet for some reason Brad tried to get me out of the door and not get my contact information. I of course made him enter my email address in the system and print out a copy of my contact information to make sure it doesnt get lost in the mail.Do not do business with this group, because unfortunately Brad Reichwein and Mark Parham are equally unprofessional and simply do not care about customer service.

Do not use West Broad Audi for your Audi service provider. Absolutely terrible customer service! Brad Reichwein had the most arrogant, smug attitude I've ever experienced with a dealership's service representative! Paid for the 100K mile extended warrenty and had a diagnostic completed and was told that the tires had to be replaced. Brad charged me $30 to tell me the tires need to be replaced. Took the vehicle to an Audi dealer in Washington D.C. and was told that the tires were completely fine and that they have at least 20K more miles before we need to think about replacing them. Brad's arrogant attitude was so infuriating that we'll never use this dealership again. Oh, and the dealer in D.C. didn't charge us a penny to run a diagnostic on the vehicle and tell us nothing was wrong with it. West Broad Audi is terrible! Will never use again.

Michael Fetty was great! He was able to answer all questions both through e-mail, phone, text, and in person. Even after having a minor issue with the vehicle, a few days later, Fetty was very helpful and made sure that Audi Service was aware and they took care of my vehicle right away.Overall, I have no complaints. I love my Audi A4 and I am very pleased with how I was treated and the service that I have received and will continue to receive in the future. West Broad Audi has earned a customer for life!

I used the internet sales department to order a new S4. I'm from out of area, but was willing to go elsewhere for a good price. He was honest with me regarding the margin they have on my particular model (which is easy to verify given the information on the internet these days). He told me to make him a fair offer, which I did (better deal than the 6 other dealers I had contacted)....and one hour later he had my deposit. I appreciate him for treating me like an educated consumer. I would definitely do business with him in the future.

I had contacted Michael two days before our visit and told him specifics for our visit. Michael was very accommodating to our needs. My daughter and I did not get the run around as we experienced at another dealer a week prior. A couple of years back, we bought from this dealership for our younger daughter with very positive results. When I am in the market for a car, I will not hesitate to return to West Broad VW/Audi.

I love my new Q5 and these guys were very patient in answering my questions and finding me the exact car I wanted, which is very difficult with a Q5. I spoke with other dealers and when I asked about a "deal", they would laugh and say, "Ever heard of the Mazda Miata phenomenon? Well, that's where we are: we can sell every car we get for more than MSRP. West Broad Audi simply offer me a percentage off list and lived up to it without any hassle. Great people, great car. I highly recommend both Audi and West Broad Audi. I have been a BMW 5/7-Car person since 1985, and I'm very impressed.

My wife and I recently purchased our third Audi from West Broad Audi. Mr. Ashley Blunt was our sales associate on all three transactions. We have both purchased many vehicles over the last 30+ years and I can honestly say that working with Ashley has been an absolute pleasure. His product knowledge is second to none and we have never felt the least bit pressured to make a purchase. My guess is we will purchase another Audi at some point in the future and we have every intention of having Ashley assist us with the purchase. If you are considering the purchase of a new or used Audi, we highly suggest you contact Ashley for assistance. Don and Karen Mills

I was looking at a TDI Golf. But Colin (the sales guy) showed me a GTI because he thought I would like it better. He was right. Colin was very up front and professional.

I lived in Richmond for over four years after purchasing my 2005 Jetta from West Broad VW. After receiving horrific service from both West Broad and Brown's VW, I eventually had to drive to either Lynchburg or Fredericksburg VW to have my car service.Experience at Brown's: I originally tried to purchase my 05 Jetta from Browns but the sales person overcharged me by a few thousand dollars. He claimed that he could not go down in price any further and that I would not be able to find the vehicle for the price that I wanted to pay. Well, I was able to purchase the car at West Broad for the price that I was willing to pay a few weeks thereafter. Since I lived on the Southside, I tried to have my car serviced at Brown's at least three times. On each occasion, the price that the dealership quoted was well above the market and/or surrounding competitor's price. My service representative was very impatient and non-customer service friendly. The only section of Brown's that is commendable is their parts department, which worked with me on numerous occasions to get the needed parts for my vehicle.Experience at West Broad: The experience that I had at West Broad is even worstwhich is why I only went back once after purchasing my vehicle. I took my car in for its initial check-up and had to have my radio looked at because it was not playing CDs (note: all of this was under warranty). West Broad charged me a diagnostic fee for checking my radio. I had to report this dealership to corporate office because their erroneous claim that my radio was not covered under warranty. Since that time, I have yet to return back to West Broad. Summary - I have not received good service at either West Board and/or Brown's on Midlothian. I would never recommend either dealership (or a VW because of the lack of quality and numerous problems that I have had with this car).

I would NEVER recommend this dealership, however, my experience with the ONLY competent person in the place saved the deal. And he was the salesperson! Management was ridiculously unprofessional and I felt sexually harassed by a manager named Frank Barksdale. The only thing I would recommend is Garland Mickens- the salesperson who took time to listen to me, not patronize me, and not stare at me. What pigs!!

I have had my VW Cabrio in to be serviced twice in the past 30 days for an issue with my locks. The first time I paid over $900, they claimed to have replaced a part of the locking system, and guaranteed me my problem would be solved. Every original symptom was still present and all they would need to have done was sit in the car and press the lock button and they would have known it was not fixed. I took the car back a few days later, and they claimed the problem was a two-fold issue that was not resolved with the first repair, and a second fee of $600+ would need to be paid for a second part/labor. I spoke with the service manager, Mr. Reynolds, and he assured me that the second repair would resolve the problem, and he would handle it personally. He also said there was no way he would be able to give me any proof that what they were doing would fix the issue. I picked the car up on Friday to have it for the weekend, but when I was given the car the locks/keyless entry did not work at all, and the entire security system had been disarmed. Both the keyless and security were operating fine before. I asked the rep what I should do, and he very rudely told me I needed to take the car, he would not help me. I chose to leave the car at the dealership. I left messages for a higher manager, Mr. Mark Parham, and the owner, Mr. Larry Page who returned my call Monday. He offered to waive the labor fee, but still have me pay a partial fee for the new part. Frustrated, I agreed. I picked up the car Wednesday, Feb. 27. The locks inside now work, but I can no longer unlock my trunk, and the convertible roof will not go down. The hydraulics system in the roof was replaced 6 months ago at the same dealership, and two days prior to the original drop off worked fine. I have contacted Mr. Page, and have not yet heard back. This is not the level of service I expected. I took my car there because I thought they would be the most knowledgeable. Instead the car now has more problems then when I started. This issue is now been forwarded to the BBB and other local/state consumer agencies and I am working on getting this issue resolved. This vehicle only has 56,000 miles and I have spent over $5,000 in 12 months at West Broad Volkswagon in Richmond VA to fix problems that are STILL OCCURING.I highly reccomend not backing down to this auto group. Stand your ground and DO NOT be bullied by their sales team and managers.

Although you have to threaten (with price quote in hand) to drive up to Maryland to get competitive pricing out of them, my experience with this dealer has otherwise been stellar. Service department is competent and friendly; clean facility. They have met or exceeded all of my expectations for a car dealer thus far. Will update if I have any problems, but don't see there being any issues.
