Although all money is green I feel like based on color of your skin will determines how your treated in the service department after observing the way my mom is being treated so poorly on fixed income at 78 year old blk woman. Aft having her car in for service it’s been there almost 4 weeks no loaner car no any communication from anyone at this dealership.I’ve bee to a lot of dealerships and has never been treated in such a degrading manner

I had little time to spare on my day off but they were able to promptly inspect my car so I could run to the DMV for tags. Harris Thomas was especially helpful in advising me about tire needs in the future and assist me in making a wise decision. I was given VIP assistance and care and will always return to Volvo West County to service my car. 7/23/21 Again I had a special request and Volvo came to the rescue. Got me in and out and included a car wash. Jennifer Smith was my service advisor. Thank you for excellent service.
