I recently purchased a vehicle from West End Automotive Center and without a doubt, the experience was by far the most pleasant and seamless process ever. When I arrived at the dealership, I had 2 vehicles that I had previously researched in mind. Upon meeting Zach, he asked what I was looking for and my price range. After chatting a bit, Zach said that he had 2 vehicles in mind for me. The first one he showed me was number one on my list! I didn’t test drive the second because after talking to Zach and test driving my first choice, I was sold! When I picked up the vehicle 1.5 days later, it looked beautiful. It had been completely detailed and was handed over with a full tank of gas! It was a pleasure meeting Zach, his family and team. I will be back to have the car serviced moving forward, and when the time comes, there is no question where I will be buying my next SUV. Thank you to all! I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome-best decision ever!

Dealing with west end auto was by far the easiest and most truthful mechanic shop I’ve found in years! Zach was responsive, showed true signs of professionalism and had customer service up to par with your big time dealerships. Price was right, work was done right, and the family touch really was the cherry on top. I purchased a 2014 Audi A4 and the car lasted me to 200k miles plus, Zach was there every step of the way no matter what happened to the car. Now granted I drove for work so I put 100k plus on the car but you can tell nothing was done “cheap”.Price is not a concern with these guys because they will stand behind there work and be there for you if anything does happen. Thank you Zach and I recommend anyone in the state of CT looking for a car no matter the year or miles to contact these guys, they can get you anything and you’ll have faith that they’ll be there with you every step of the way!

I’ve now purchased two vehicles from this business. Zach takes care of all of his customers and makes them feel like family. Great, fast and efficient service. I recommend West End to anyone looking to purchase a used car or service their vehicle. Also i recently had my car detailed and all I can say is WOW. It’s the cleanest I’ve ever seen it. Will not buy from anyone else.

Zach and his crew went above and beyond from sales to service! I buy new and used cars for my company almost every other month and I have never seen a small used car dealer have 4.9 stars. I can tell why they have such great reviews though. Zach took care of me from start to finish. I came in to purchase a used truck with a plow. I stopped down looked at it real quick and made the purchase without even a test drive. The truck had some minor problems that I was aware of and knew I would fix later down the road. I dropped off the money to pay for it and told them to have Zach call me when he had the truck registered and I would come pick it up. I get a call from Zach later saying he is going to take care of the issues for me and make sure truck was in better condition than when I last saw it. I never expected this from them and was very surprised. All around a great dealership/service shop. Would gladly do business with them again! Thanks again Zach I will be in touch soon!

I have been going to West End Auto for the better part of two years for all of my vehicles needs. This family run business is the best shop to bring your vehicle to in Waterbury and local areas by far and I have been to several shops; not excluding dealerships. Not only are the prices fair, but their lead times are reasonable as well. Zach and his crew are accommodating, honest, and respectful. They definitely make you fee like family. In my experience, West End Auto has gone out of their way for me and I will be returning to them for all of my vehicles needs in the future. Thank you again! I love seeing a family owned business thrive and do great.
