Jeff/Fred and all the colleagues at West Herr have been fantastic. The buying experience was smooth and diligent. After the sale we had a small glitch with the vehicle and they owned up and took care of it fully and timely. They exhibited the utmost of care and integrity. The measure of an organization is truly evident not when all is fully normal, or when they want to sell you something, but rather when faced with a challenge. West Herr passed this test with flying colors which allows me to recommend them unreservedly.

Tyler was great! He made me feel comfortable and kept me updated on the status of my car. I forgot to ask for a tire rotation and he came to waiting room and asked if I wanted them to do it. Also got a complementary hand car wash!! Great place!!!

Excellent sales team. I shopped the Syracuse and Rochester Acura dealerships and West Herr was by far the easiest to work with, most responsive and friendly. Kevin and Alex were excellent, very thorough and professional. They made everything with the deal come together and made the vehicle transition a breeze. Highly recommend this dealership.
