I can not say enough great things about my experience. This was my second purchase at West Herr dearlership and my first at the East Aurora Location. I have never had a purchase of a vehicle go so smooth. The customer service was great and George was a pleasure to deal with. From the moment I walked in I felt like a long term valued customer. I will send friends and family to this dealership from now on and will continue to come back for furture purchases.

I'll be the first to admit that I do not enjoy car shopping. We were referred to West Herr three years ago after visiting too many dealerships. We were pleased with our service and the deal we received working with Lisa. She was courteous, honest and very easy to deal with. So much so that we returned this week and leased our second Terrain from her without ever having to visit another dealership!. It's nice to know that we will never have to shop around for another car again! From now on, West Herr will be our only stop. Thank you Lisa!

This was our first experience at West Herr and our expectations were pleasantly exceeded!! From my initial phone call to the dealer earlier in the day, receptionist was courteous and Megan answered my inquiry as to whether or not they actually had the vehicle I found on their website. She located it and scheduled an appt. that evening,she too, was extremely pleasant. That evening we had the good fortune to meet with George Wilson III. I say good fortune because he was amazing, informative, not pushy and listened to all of my concerns and needs. I now am the proud owner of a beautiful new SRX!! I wanted to buy a Cadillac. I dealt with two other dealers before I contacted West Herr in East Aurora. I got from West Herr what would be expected from a Cadillac dealer. Exceptional treatment and an experience that was actually made buying a car enjoyable. Our first contact was over the phone with Megan. I couldn't believe I got the deal I wanted over the phone in a matter of minutes. Then came Melissa. The most personable and and helpful salesperson I have ever dealt with. I expected perfection from Cadillac representatives and I got just that. The next person I dealt with was Tracy who explained additional options available to me in a professional and courteous manner. When it came time to pick up my new car, they actually sent a driver out to pick my wife and I up so we would not have to inconvenience any of my family or friends with a ride. You want to buy a car, buy it from West Herr East Aurora.

He went above and beyond bring cars over from several other West Herr Dealership's over a period of days...... until I found just the right one that fit me and my wallet...... I would recommend him to anyone who his looking for honest reliable car buying experience...... just don't mind the remodeling the dealership is going through....the crazy parking is well worth the experience..........This dealership is truly a dealership that cares more about customer satisfaction than the quick sale of a car........

After researching a lot of SUVs and going to different dealerships I found the right place and sales person. One of the main reasons I went with the vehicle I chose was due to my sales person Melissa Widomski. The previous dealers I shopped at made the purchasing experience a turn off. They were not knowledgeable, played games, and were not understanding my buying needs. The staff at the GMC West Herr location were friendly and not pushy. Melissa was straight forward, knowledgeable and understood what I was looking for. As a result I got the car/price I wanted and had a great experience. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Lynn for the purchase of our last vehicle. She never pressured us, and made the process incredibly simple. Once we made our decision, West Herr gave us a gift certificate and sent us across the street for breakfast. When we returned the paperwork was finished and we were able to drive our new car home that day. I have dealt with a lot of dealerships and sales consultants in my days; but nothing could prepare me for the treatment I received at this location. I had just had fairly major surgery and my old truck finally gave up the ghost. I had my eye on a used vehicle at West Herr East Aurora. I shot an e-mail over and Melissa Widomski brought the vehicle to my home in a good old Buffalo snow storm! This was not a big margin loaded to the gills Escalade, but a 2009 base model Chevy Traverse. She brought it to me for a test drive! Needless to say, I purchased it. (BTW the business manager Cory Thie is a straight shooter as well. Just tell him "no dealership games" and he gets right to the business at hand.) Less than a month later, I decided to buy a 2014 Jeep Cherokee for my wife. Melissa met us over at West Herr Dodge (a completely different location) and wrapped up the deal, complete with trade in about 20 minutes. So - 2 cars in a month. I think that speaks for itself. My son turns 16 next summer and we'll be inviting Melissa to the birthday BBQ - assuming she brings along a tester or two...

I purchased a Toyota Yaris in 2007. My first new car purchase. Cons: During negotiation we agreed on a price. Later, I was told I need the winter package with rear defrosters and the floor mats were extra. (I don't know if that's the norm or not). Pros: Financing was really easy and I got a low interest rate. I got mail from the dealership with updates on Toyota break recall - I did not affect the Yaris. The sales team would check in periodically during first couple of years - by mail and birthday cards. Sometime they try to sell new car but no hard pressure. (Can't hurt to try right). All in all I'm happy with my car and happy with the dealership.
