Shane is an excellent service advisor, he’s very professional, helpful, respectful, responsible and not afraid to go the extra mile to help you. Shane also keeps you informed he’s the type of guy that makes it so you will go back. He truly is a huge asset to West Herr and he should be recognized for his great work ethic he’s the type of employee that I would want working for me. Five Stars is not enough stars for him. So always ask for Shane he truly is your best bet.

Tony McCall is fabulous. This is the 3rd car I have bought and the 7th car (I think) our family has bought from him. Excellent deal, so smooth and easy. He found me a perfect car with all the bells and whistles wanted for a great price. Definitely will return next time I am in the market for a car. Very pleased with West Herr Ford in Rochester.

Love love love them! Paul Dubman @ the Greece, NY location was honest, attentive, accurate and extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Go see him!!!....Everyone from the finance department to the Managers, all went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I absolutely love! I couldn’t thank them enough. I would recommend West Herr. I loathe car shopping and dealing. David D. Made it a wonderful no pressure process. Financial was also marvelous. All very kind and full of great information. Sitting there for a while getting paperwork in order, I had the opportunity to listen to other staff members They were all very kind and compassionate whether they were on the phone or in person they were respectful and pleasant. I had a lease prior to them and they took care of the entire thing. It was a marvelous process. I went to several dealers before them and it didn’t seem like anyone wanted to put in a lot of effort to help me. David was wonderful and got me exactly what I was looking for in the price I wanted.

I wish I could give a great review, however we were very disappointed to find out that the car we made an appointment to drive, was sold that morning!!! Mind you, it wouldn't have been do bad if I didn't have multiple phone calls with the sales reps, including one of the managers to confirm the appointment!!! We drove 45 minutes to the dealership because we were looking for a particular vehicle. The sales rep was very apologetic, of the situation, and did give us a gas card, which was a nice gesture. However, we needed to purchase a vehicle asap, and it was a total waste of our time to drive the distance. There were no other vehicles on site that were remotely close to what we were looking for. Definitely a lessoned learned for us......specify that you don't want your time wasted and you are serious about purchasing the vehicle!

I have to say this was a great experience from start to end. I would like to thank the best sales person Denise Warren for her hard work in trying to help me and my family get into what we needed and not what I wanted now Denise is like my wife's best friend hahaha jk. We love Denise it's our third car we buy from her. I would also like to thanks Nick the best finance person I have worked with all his hard work , two weeks trying to get me were I needed to be and getting me what I wanted well Nick and Denise got me more then what I was looking for so that's a plus in my books. I would like to thank Kevin the used car manager for working with Denise and Nick in getting this deal done. And last but not least Matt one of the owners for taking over and talking to the bank and making the sale happen. It's my first car from West Herr but not the last it's my third car from Denise but no the last . West Herr you guys are a blessing to ppl like me and I belive that's why you guys as a sale team and organization are blessed . Denise keep up the good work me and my family love you thank you for all u do. Nick thank you for all the hours you put into this , we love you too . Brought my 2011 Super Duty in for a oil change and transmission service. I made an appointment for 11:00am for the services to be performed. I dropped the truck off and left it with them before 10:00am. Returned at 5:20pm to pickup my truck and it wasn't ready. The unapologetic service advisor I spoke with when I came to pick it up (not the same one I dropped it off with) cited them being very busy as the reason it wasn't done. I can understand it taking a bit if they're very busy. But I think over 6 hours is a little unacceptable.

The buying experience was much more comfortable than at some other Ford dealerships in the area. They found the car I wanted at a very competitive price. No experience with service dept., yet.

Today, 3/8/2014, we picked out our new Nissan Altima. This is the third vehicle we got at Vision Nissan. Bobby McMullen is my salesperson and he is Number 1. He is awesome. He goes out of his way to make you comfortable. He explains everything regarding your new vehicle. He, also, goes out of his way, to make sure you are familiar with your new car and spend time with you in the car, showing you all the new features. I plan on buying all my vehicles from him, in the future. As far as the dealership is concerned, I enjoy going there. It have many amenities for the customer to enjoy. Parking is great. When you approach the front door, there is always someone to welcome you and ask if you need help. All the salespeople are very nice and willing to help you. As for the Service Department, all I can say is "Outstanding" I enjoy bringing my care in for service. They have a coffee station. A place to plug in your computer and free WiFi to entertain yourself, while you are waiting. Everyone, there is kind and knowledgeable. The best part is when someone escorts you to your car. I really enjoy that. Makes me feel special. I would also like to say that the people in the office are also, kind and considerate. They are very helpful and explain your bill to you, if you have any question.

Went to test drive a Ford Fusion this weekend. I really appreciated the honest approach of Byron. Although we did not purchase at that visit his professionalism is making want to buy another Ford and buy it from him. I highly recommend if you are in the market for buying a new car and not thrilled about the back and fourth garbage you go see Byron. I really enjoyed my visit to Vision and that was not something I expected. Thank you for the experience!
