Aron, the salesman, was honest, up front, and worked hard to get me the car I wanted. Albert, the finance mgr was spectacular, as I was in somewhat of a difficult credit situation. Aron’s assistant was a great young man, who bent in every way possible to help. All in all, a highly professional and honest staff, who treat customers as they should be treated. If there was more than 5 stars, I would give it!! Thanks again guys!!! BTW, love the car!!

Having to purchase a new car is never easy, especially when you're not sure what you want. Luckily, our sales person, Scott D. was fantastic. Informative about options and patient with all our questions. He even recommended a Honda dealership/salesperson when we thought we wanted a Honda! We visited multiple dealerships trying to narrow down what we wanted and in the end we bought TWO cars from Scott! Everyone at West Herr Hyundai from Scott to the Frank, the General Manager has provided exceptional customer service and were a pleasure to work with. (Having worked in a public facing industry for decades, my husband and I truly appreciate and understand what it takes to provide exceptional customer service.) I couldn't be happier with our new car and without hesitation I would recommend West Herr Hyundai.

Justin in sales and Cory in finance were both great. Both were extremely helpful without being pushy, which is a huge improvement over my last car buying experience. I’m very grateful that everything could be done all in one day, especially on short notice on a month-end Saturday. I believe that I got a good deal, and Justin took the time to set up and explain all of the features of my new car. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I can't tell you enough about how great of an experience I had at West Herr Hyundai! It's always a little nerve wracking deciding on what vehicle is best for your needs, making sure you don't exceed your budget, and not feel like you've been taken advantage of-especially as a male when you go car shopping. Our salesman, Evan, made that feeling disappear withing seconds of arrival! He broke the ice and made us laugh, smile, and feel at home. I've been in sales for a number of years and I was fortunate to have an amazing mentor who really took the time to instill how valuable a customer is no matter how big or small the purchase was. With that said I always focus alot of attention as to how the sales person interacts and carried themselves. The most important thing was that he focused on what MY NEEDS were, NOT just to sell me something. With all this great stuff said about Evan, I cannot forget to mention Corey who helped with the financing portion. He made it easy to understand and easy to get the job done. They both, made it easy to make it mine😉 Overall great people and I can only hope that Evan will be there for my next car that I purchase!
