I just expected to take a quick look at the cars in the lot, but your sales person, Dave Bonnell took the time to go for a test drive with me that night and I was so impressed with his patience that I came back the following Saturday, to test drive a few more cars that he had ready for me. .... I have purchased more than a few cars over the past 49 years, but I have never had an experience with a dealership like I just had with West Herr Nissan of Williamsville, N.Y. I recently purchased a 2001 BMW Z3 Roadster with a few minor issues, which is to be expected on a 15 year old car. Not only were all the issues addressed and resolved, they were taken care of with no extra expense to me !! From my initial contact with Customer Service Rep Ashley Mejia who put me in contact with Used Vehicle Manager Mike Austin and Sales Professional Greg Valentini, to my final sit-down with Financial Manager Jess Present, the service and accommodations provided by these people was above and beyond anything I've ever experienced at a car dealership. I've never written a review on a car dealership before, but I felt the need to write this one .... Seriously, these folks are the best !! .. and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again, or recommend them to a friend or family member .. The West Herr organization is fortunate to have these individuals on it's team

After visiting the West Herr Toyota of Wmsvle, decided to check out a smaller SUV at Nissan. Our original sales associate from the Toyo store pushed us off to someone in the Nissan store. Very close to making a decision on the Nissan vehicle and basically looking at colors. They had a red one on the showroom but the sales associated claimed that the vehicle had an option therefore it would be higher. The option was a cargo cover mat? You got to be kidding me! Went to a competitor down the road, vehicle included all weather mats and cargo cover at no additional cost. Surprisingly the Nissan Rogue is made in Korea by Samsung. Not expected from a Japanese manufacturer. The competing product down the road (begins with H) is Made in the USA!

I bought a brand new Nissan Sentra SR a few months back. The experience was like going to a used car lot on the side of the road. Now of the people showed me the car properly nor did they take it maintenance prior to pick up. I know this for a fact due to the fact my brakes are rusted out from sitting in the lot. There comment was "the rust will wear off don't worry about it." The rust has not worn off and now I had to pay a absurd amount for them to fix it. I have multiple features on my car that were never explained to me when I left work one day for them to show me all the gadgets and gismos. I pulled up and the sales person said "That is your radio you know how that works, you got sport and eco mode, can put some sunglasses there, and that's it." When I asked about bluetooth and other features he said its common sense read the manual. I am upset with how this company handles their customers they should really look into hiring new people.

I inquired about a vehicle through the website, and was contacted back quickly. I was informed it was not available, but they did suggest other similar models and attempted to meet my needs. I purchased elsewhere for a different brand, but the communication was good. I can say they where I did end up buying, other reviewers rated them one star, for not returning an email. Well, email isn't everything and I ended up buying at a small dealer, we was VERY good and returning phone calls, and scheduling. Sometimes you are dealing with older people who aren't tech savvy.

The Altima I leased, 2015 SL, has more options than my previous Altima which is coming in handy with this very cold winter. Another great experience at Autoplace! Appointment had to be setup via voicemail phonetag since i was working nights but no one got annoyed with my several calls and their missed calls. Got there and my warrenty covered rental was already running and warm (as it was 0 degrees out). I needed warrenty covered body work done and that did take a little longer than everone expected but the warrenty covered the replacement car. My Rogue looks great again inside and out. Thanks Fred Lojacono for setting it up and Kevin Burckhard for the onsite dealings.

What about Auto place Nissan, let me think. Fantastic sales people, great vehicles and a great showroom. This is our firth Nissan we have purchased, but our first time dealing with Auto Place Nissan. Decided to try the internet route this time, hesitated about it but gave it a shot. Received a phone call immediately from Stephanie, told her what vehicle we were looking for, color and all the desired options and price we wanted to pay. She listened, took the information and said she would call us back. Called us back she did and to our surprise everything that we wanted she delivered, including the price. But just to be clear we did contact and did receive back quotes from other area Nissan dealers and the closest price from them was still $30.00 more than we wanted to pay per month. We closed the deal with Stephanie and within a few days we went to pick up the vehicle. After meeting Stephanie she turned us over to Evan to show us the vehicle and to do the final paperwork. Another thumbs up for Evan, who also did a fantastic job. Showed us the vehicle, which we could not be happier with and took us though all the paperwork in a timely fashion, in and out and on our way home under two hours. Would we buy again from Auto Place Nissan? Yes we would. Would we recommend Auto Place Nissan to someone else? Definitely. Have not had to use the service department as yet but if they are anything like the rest of the company than our dealings with them should also be great.

He even let me know ahead of time that my windshield would need to be replaced before my car could pass inspection and coordinated to have it done at the same time as the inspection so I would not have to bring it in a second time! The Service Dept at AutoPlace Nisson sticks to appointed times. The gentlemen at the desk are courteous and do not rush you when you have questions/comments. Having the owner, Dan Fabrizio, in house makes a difference in how a business is run. It is clear to see it is a family. The financing that was available made the transaction possible - I was thrilled that the Loan officer took the time to explain the pros and cons of 0% financing -vs- low financing as it would apply over a 6 year time period. The sales representative was very pleasant and did a nice job of keeping up informed on the buying process, it take longer than anticipated to complete the paperwork and the sales representative did need direction several times to gather the correct information, but at least he took the time to ask and did not just tell us an incorrect answer. Shawn Sweeney was my salesperson, and he did a thorough job explaining the features of the vehicle, both during the sales process and the delivery process. During the delivery process we notice a couple of small scratches on the ashtray cover, and rather than delay the delivery I took the car and returned later to have the cover replaced by the Service Dept. The replacement process was efficient and convenient, and the service folks were professional. I highly recommend the vehicle and dealership.

The nissan site, Build Your Nissan is terrifiic for building your car. I was 1200 miles away in Florida and I would visit a Nisaan Dealer in Florida twice a week to verify the looks of what I ordered. My car did not have every add on I wanted, but Autoway Nissan Service made the car whole. This is the 2nd Nissan vehicle I had a hand in purchasing. My companion, Helen Nelson Purchased a new 2013 Juke In November thru Jesse. It like us hid out in Florida while Western New York Endured one of thw worst winters in years. The Juke has 7 grand on the odmeter & runs like a jeweled watch. So does the Rogue. And I drove Lincoln for 20 years. I can't praise Autoway enough for their all around service.

The recent visit was for an oil change on my 2013 Nissan JUKE, which also was due for an interior inspection from having purchased the leather treatment when I purchased the car. These guys are honest, clear in what you should do (or not do). They'll tell you the way it is and are amazing!! They even look for ways to save you money! Loaner car program is amazing - don't even have to ask, it's offered if they know it's going to take a few hours to do work! Sales guys are great people... no pressure... will work with you and work on your schedule. They even let me take a vehicle for a test drive for an entire day, to be sure it was the right vehicle for me. I wished other dealerships were this easy to work with. I always dread dealing with buying a new car - but these guys make that process 10x easier and their service department makes it a great package all around!

Just bought a new infiniti qx60, and this dealership was wonderful. Friendly staff, everyone seemed to enjoy their job. We had a saleman (Shawn) very nice low pressure. I felt that even after I left the showroom I could call with questions or after purchasing the vehicle I could call for any help.Owners where actually there and greeted us. Would recommend this dealership to family and friends. they even had good coffee!

My 2008 35x Infinity (69,000 miles) has had rear break caliper issues where the break pads are being consumed quicker than expected. It has happened to each side at different times. Most recently I went to a Nissian (West Herr) dealer for a oil change and they said that the breaks had to be changed immediately since they were almost metal on metal even though they only had 15,000 miles on them. Historically, I am not hard on breaks. I had the new breaks installed. 5000 miles later, next oil change, I went back to my Infinity dealer (Auto Place) who told me that I needed new rear breaks on both sides. The right rear rim was hot to the touch because the caliper was sticking. Not getting any financial consideration/satifaction from the dealer, I returned to the Nissian dealer who informed me that I did not need new breaks, only a new right rear caliper which they installed. It seems like the rear breaks are an issue with the 35x (and maybe others) and Infinity is nothing is being done about it.

I recently leased another vehicle on the Nissan side and I feel.... I'm back where I should be. When we went back after a couple of years to see Dan Fabrizio Jr he was very welcoming and still remembered us. He set us up with Jesse Bieksza, who wasn't a high pressure salesman. He was very knowledgeable on the multiple vehicles we test drove. Answered all my questions and has the patience of a saint :) Their service department is wonderful! You are in and out in no time. I was a little hesitant going from an Infinity to a Nissan but I couldn't be happier!!!!!

Autoplace is the only place to find a dealer who not only offers great service, but offers a non pushy, yet honest car buying experience. My husband and I spent two weekends test driving many high end cars/ SUVs only to come back to Infiniti for the best deal and experience. After 2 weeks of new and used car searching and test driving, I pulled into AUTO PLACE as a first time visitor. Luck would have it that Teddy Baynes approached me. He listened and understood what all I had been thru, including former rental car purchases. He suggested I try a Nissan Rogue. I test drove and loved it. A perfect fit. I decided to think about it. There was NO pressure on Teddy's part. Most dealerships don't let you leave that easily. I liked the fact that I was not talked into sitting down and doing the numbers game. Two days later I returned and spoke with Teddy. I supplied the list of all the features, down to color I wanted. In less than 5 minutes he found me the car I wanted, loaded with everything I requested. We talked price and he was way below other places. His low key approach is what I found to make this experience different than anyother car purchases in over 40 years. Upon delivery of the car, Teddy spent one hour explaining all the features. He let me turn the knobs and push the buttons and learn by doing...so important. He even loaded my contacts from my cell phone to the Bluetooth in the car! I remembered everything as Teddy went slowly and let me intervene questions. He is most professional yet friendly making customers feel more like you are talking over the fence to a good neighbor. His knowledge of cars and cell phones is rare. He took me on a tour of service department. He assured me I could call at anytime with questions and said do stop and say hello when you are here for service. I even met Dan Fabrizio, President.. That is rare to see...an owner stopping at desks to greet customers. This was a great experience and will make many happy memories associated with driving my new Nissan.

Had appointment for factory campaign Y50 accel pedal. While performing campaign service department notified us that the rear tires were worn on the outside edges. Explained what caused the wear, front end out of alignment, and give us a written quote for the repair. Tires had been rotated from front to rear. Dan Green, service consultant, did not pressure us into the repair, just advised. We were also offered a loaner car, even thou it was just a two hour repair.

I received great service when I came in for an oil change. I was in and out within a half hour as promised. The Service Tech explained what they did and showed me the check sheet. He recommended an oil change every 5,000 miles and to get a tire rotation at the next oil change.

I recently had my second oil change completed on my Altima. As was the case the first time I was there, I as greeted by the friendly guys at the service desk, confirmed that I was there for an oil change and tire rotation and then shuffled off to the spacious waiting room with very comfortable chairs. In less than half an hour, one of the guys from the service desk ,( I'm sorry I don't remember their names ) came in and actually suggested that I skip the tire rotation. Now I know that this particular thing might not happen to everyone, but it was sure nice of them to save me the time and money . I can not say enough good things about the service department and the dealership.

We've bought 2 Nissan Rogues for Autoplace and the experience was wonderful. The only complaint I have is when we took our Armada to the Service Dept we never received a call telling us the vehicle was ready. When I showed up a week after we dropped it off, the vehicle had been done for 5 days and the service rep said, "Oh, I called and left a message, it must have been a bad number." BS, the only number on any of their forms (which I verified) was my cell phone which is always on my hip. That was a flat out lie. They never called me.

My issue, I had a dead battery and needed battery service. Late on a Friday night they were able to take care of the problem and get be back on the road for the weekend in 30 min. Its comfortable enough for four adults and easily access from rear hatch. Its performance and durabilty has been excellent. The Team at Auto Place have always been friendly and professional. Once again I had taken my Mirano in for an oil change and asked them to replace the windshield wipers and a fog light - They came and told me that my wipers were still in great condition and did not need replacing - the spray for the windshield washer needed to be cleaned which they did and the quote for the replacement of the fog light was exactly what they said -It's a breat of fresh air when you get a dealer who cares about the customer and is not trying to gtouge no matter how big or small the value of the product Thanks for your continued excellent service Alan F.

Just leased 6th Infiniti at Auto Place, an AWD M Sport - as comfortable as it gets - keep coming back for many reasons but the Service Dept stands out..is just A+ - the sales associates were knowledgable with no pressure - I was in and out with my recent leases in 2 hrs...most of it explaining all the features - the harlequin Malbec Black color change is illustrative of Infiniti capturing/adapting its affiliated Formula One technology/design to passenger vehicles - and Auto Place's knowledgable assocaites have already piqued my interest in the upcoming carbon designs, etc unveiled at the recent Detroit Show - the Owners were part of the experience as Sam,one of the most respected "car guys" in Buffalo, spent considerable time imparting his wide array - have owned Vet, Caddys ,Linc, 280 Z and Porsche so my frame of reference is high end - Auto Place and its Infiniti stand out and have a lifetime customer - GK

The worst part about it all was the staffs reaction to these problems. From the salesman right up to the general manager! Absolutely the most unprofessional and most pathetic company I have ever worked with. If you want to buy a car that needs over $300 of repairs a day after picking it up and then to find out they sold it to you without a NYS inspection this is the place to go!! Working with Teddy Baynes is a pleasure, as there is no high pressure sales pitch, just a very honest and truthful approach to finding the right vehicle for you, in this case a SUV for my wife. There was not your typical numbers games, as Teddy asked where we wanted and preferred to be regarding down and monthly payments, and all it took was one time, no back and forth price bickering. This is why we are repeat customers of AutoPlace, and specifically Teddy. At the conclusion of the deal, Sam LaNasa, the general manager personally was on the sales floor to thank us for our business, as he did previously with my Altima purchase. Thought that was a very class act. Service is just as pleasurable to deal with as the sales. Only have had my Altima in for routine oil changes and an inspection, but Chris, the tech, always has the car completed in a timely manner and have never had an issue.

Brought my Nissan Rogue in for 2 things: consistent tire pressure issues and rear hatch door rust problems for 2nd time. Tire pressure issue has been ongoing. The service department has been great as far as trying to rectify the problem. So far, so good. The rust on the back door (trim ring on the latch) came from the fasteners overtightened against the clear coat. Last spring we had the same problem, it was taken care of by the body shop you outsource to. This past visit, your service department took care of the rust but when doing that, chipped the paint and did not tell us, instead, tried to cover up with white paint. I did not notice it until my next stop and immediately took it back to dealership. Service said it would be taken care of, we have an appointment scheduled for this repair. The disappointment is that they didn't tell me right away, making me think I wouldn't notice and the disguised chip was acceptable.

The sales process was your typical sleazy "Let me talk to the manager" stuff, I found a car I wanted online. It was on the sales floor, but the salesperson insisted, "Oh, sorry, that car is no longer available, but here's one that is -- higher priced, of course!" I was so annoyed that I ended up insisting they sell me the alternate car for the advertised price, and I ended up getting not exactly the car I wanted. I should have just walked out and gone elsewhere. However, the service is wonderful. Fast, efficient and accommodating.

Already knowing the specific vehicle I wanted to get into, I went ahead and emailed the local Nissan dealers with my offer on a particular model my wife and I had agreed upon. I was relieved that Auto Place (Stephanie) responded almost immediately and not only accepted the offer, but provided real numbers for me to see. Other dealers responded by accepting my offer in a more vague and noncommittal way, or didn't respond at all. At that point Auto Place had already earned my trust and I intended to give them my business. Sam took us for a test drive and we loved the vehicle but my wife decided last minute that the light interior was just too risky for transportation of a young child. Although the color combo we decided on wasn't on the lot, Auto Place still honored our agreed upon price and traded for the vehicle we wanted. The finance manager (Ryan) also went the extra mile to find us a bank with a decent rate that could think outside of the box and understand our particular financial situation. When it came time to sign, I was again relieved that no hidden fees had made there way on to the contract. At no point did I feel I was getting anything but a square deal. I will be making many more purchases from Auto Place in the future and I recommend that you at least give them a shot next time you're shopping for a new vehicle! (Oh and btw, did I mention FREE LIFETIME WARRANTY AND FREE OIL CHANGES???!!!)

After initially meeting with him, I looked at other Nissan dealers and their salesmen felt like smarmy car dealers. But not Rich. I have NEVER had issues with Autoplace in the past till just recently, I brought my 2011 pathfinder in for issues with the dash board shutting down , NEVER once did I say my brakes were acting weird.. NEVER once did I complain about my tires.. The service guy didnt listen to what I had to say.. he kept saying he dont see Flickering.. I NEVER said it Flickered.. I also said it Did not give me heat when I idle. I Received a call from the service agent ( who didnt want to listen to a word we had to say) saying we needed brakes all the way around and new tires all the way around.. Mind you its a lease and we have 5 months left on our lease. wanted close to 1500.00 from us to replace tires and brakes... The Issue I brought it in for was not addressed all he said he couldnt seem to find what is wrong with the Flickering of the dash .. which wasnt the case it didnt flicker.. we went to another Mechanic to get the new tires and brakes knowing we have to turn the truck in.. ( not Nissan dealer) well to come to find out only need two tires and one brake looked bad! now how is this right? cause I am a female? you can take my money? we been with auto place for ALONG time I even came back to Auto place from Mike barney cause I didnt like Mike Barney service. I thought Auto place had the BEST service always felt I didnt have to worry! but what has happened..they stopped washing nissan vehicles after being serviced only do infinity! I can't believe the bad fall in service Auto place has let happen.. SO VERY sad that it might force me to buy my new truck somewhere else.. Cant even trust their word anymore.. so if I was you if they tell you that you need something I would second guess them.. There is only one service guy there I feel is the best is Paul! other then that no one could care less about you just give them your money is what they think. after 14 years or more of being a NISSAN Auto place customer this is VERY heart breaking the bad turn they have done.. Are they hiring different guys? cause sense I seen these new faces I lost the best service I cant even refer anyone to Nissan Autoplace no more. what a shame! Signed a very UPSET Customer..

The service team at Auto Place Infinity is exceptional. Making an appointment is easy and as long as advanced notice is given I always get a loaner vehicle -which is always an Infinity. I appreciate the communication, phone calls with updates or how long the vehicle will be in service still. They have worked around my schedule for pick up or drop offs and have made arrangements with the sales floor if the service area is closed for the day for extended hours. I trust the advice given is not to ring up additional costs but to maintain my vehicle and provide safety. I recently needed new tires and was advised at routine maintenance. Nader guidance of the sales team, they advised how much time I could safely drive with the winter months right around the corner. The price was the best around also. I appreciate a team I can trust!

I have driven 65 miles one way to purchase my last two vehicles from Auto Place, the first time it was a trial which brought me back 18 months later for the second. Salesman was exceptional and new the product and the differences between the models saving time. I believe I was treated better than fair price wise, given great amount of respect for my knowledge about cars, which is usually a downfall for me. I probably will be going back in a couple of months when my lease runs out on one of my other vehicles.

I have always been a GM girl but after having experiencing some difficulties with the sales division in terms of trading my lease in I decided to go elsewhere. Jesse Bieksza made the sale so easy for me and when I picked up my new Nissan Altima he showed me all the little gagets and talked me through on how to set up bluetooth (actually he did it for me) and he showed me how to get to my itunes and all the other little fun things the car offers. I drove my car the following weekend from Buffalo to Pittsburgh and back and I have to say that it was one of the best road trips we have taken. The car was smooth and just fun to drive. I am now a NISSAN GIRL!!

This Dealership is the example of what an auto dealership should be in relation to the buying process, the servicing of the vehicle and the treatment of the customer. I need to specifically mention Sammy and the service personnel on the Infiniti line. No matter what I have the vehicle in for I am treated with respect and professionalism. I am informed of what needs to be done as well as if something does not need to be done how much it will cost and an accurate time of when the vehicle will be ready. The quality of the loaner vehicle is top shelf as they consistently change over the loaner fleet. I recently called Sammy and asked about getting new tires. He stated he would be more than happy to provide me a price to replace the four tires but before doing so he wanted to make sure that the tires needed replacing. He instructed me to do a self diagnosis of whether the tires needed replacement. I performed the self diagnostic and realized I did not need new tires. Now that is what I call an HONEST individual and dealership.

Just traded my 2012 Fontier in 2013 Maxima. I needed something more car seat friendly that could accomodate my 6' 5' self. Bought a used 08' Infinity, have had it for two years and taken back to dealer for all all changes. The service personnel are a delight to deal with, very professional and knowledgeable. Took car in for oil change/inspection a few days ago and was informed my back brakes were very worn. They took me back to the vehicle, pulled the tire and showed me exactly what the problem was. I really appreciated the fact that they didn't expect me to just go along with their recommendation, but they let me see if for myself. Had the brakes/rotors changed, service was pretty fast. Waiting room was comfortable and they updated me on the status of the vehicle periodically. Great overall experience!!
