Shane made the whole process so easy and comfortable, as he never pushed any decisions-- he simply explained all of the options and let me choose what was best for me. Having had many different experiences with cars, this one with Shane was the best!. Shane helped me navigate multiple pages of cars until I figured out what I wanted. When I found a Cruze that was a bit further away, Shane told me that they had one on the lot that same day!. My overall experience with West Herr Toyota of Rochester was extremely positive and I look forward to recommending them as much as I can! There were no negative experiences whatsoever, so I am left with only the best.

I’ve loved the service department here since 2012, although then it was VanderStyne Toyota. It just became West Herr Toyota a month ago. I was happy to see the same service people there that I’ve grown to trust over the years. Plus you can’t beat the Toyota Care program. I had my 15000 mile service and inspection for free. The best!

Jessica, my sales consultant, was excellent. Consummate professional. Always available, handled every question. Made the process easy. Removed one star because truck was handed over with almost no gas. Plates were unavailable on delivery day but only slowed the process by an extra day. All in all, very good experience.

Prompt service, friendly people, no major issues to report. Minor issue: tap to pay is no longer available since the name change. Not a big issue unless you are so out of practice leaving the house that you forget your wallet.
