I used to be anti-dealer and only bought from craigslist until I bought my truck here. This a great and honest shop. They'll take very good care of ya Also I don't really do reviews anymore. So take it for what it's worth that I took time to do this

Brandon is awesome to work with. Made buying the new truck super easy and left us feeling confident in our purchase. We noticed windshield whistling after the purchase and he is taking care of it even though we didn’t notice it until we drove it off the lot. Honest dealership with fair prices and no pressure. Would 100% buy a vehicle here again.

This was hands down the best vehicle buying experience that I have ever had. We made the deal happen over email and phone conversations. Showed up at the dealership, signed a couple of papers, and i was on my way in less than 15 minutes. No high pressure sales pitches for unnecessary products or accessories. Just good, honest, old fashioned service from a couple of guys at a great little dealership. Thank you West Suburban Auto!

I bought my truck without even seeing it based on the conversation I had with one of their sales people. When I got to the dealer, the truck was exactly as described and I was in and out in less than 20 mins at the dealer. Great experience overall.

I had the best customer service ever. Brandon and Ryan did everything possible to make me happy and get me the car I came there for. They were very welcoming and knowledgable about there job. I will recommend anybody who wants to buy a car to check out west suburban auto in Buffalo,MN. I am happy overall service.

After looking at many F-150s I came across one at West Suburban Auto in Buffalo, MN. The salesmen was very low pressure even put it on hold until I got there. Very easy to deal with got a great truck for a great price. Thank you Sal and West Suburban Auto. I know where my son is buying his first vehicle.

Great dealer to work with. I have been to a lot of dealerships over the years and this one was my best experience thus far. All my service is done there and I will only buy a car there. Thanks West Suburban you guys fully restore my faith in dealerships.
