I went to West Texas Nissan in Odessa after a not so pleasant experience at the Midland Nissan. I was promptly greeted by David Vargas, who went above and beyond to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. David was eager and willing to help us in whatever way he could. We had a top notch experience from our awesome salesman, David, to the finance manager to the general manager. They were friendly, inviting, and most of all, they seemed to care about us as customers. They were able to close the deal, and my daughter is now the proud owner of a new Nissan Rogue! 02/17/2015- Met with Jacob (Jake) Perry to buy a nice used car.He heard all of my needs, worked with and found me a way, way, way better car than I expected to get. Jake worked with my financial needs and got me a deal that left me feeling great.I had previously gone to WTN to have my Murano serviced for over a year and never had a problem, service was always fair. My sales person, Myrna Villasenor, was very helpful in finding my new car. She was very knowledgeable about the car and about the safety features that were included in the car. I always like to speak to people in Spanish since I am a Spanish teacher, and it was very refreshing that I was able to speak with her in Spanish. She was very helpful in comming to agreement in the price, and trying to get me the best price for it. I think she did as much as she could to help meet me in the middle. i would definately recommend this lot to others.

Asked what I wanted to pay monthly, what I wanted to put down, and and my income. Even with no credit I was able to walk away with a 2011 Platinum and pay exactly what I wanted a month. RJ was very helpful with every question I had and helped put me in my new truck. Then the next day the dealership hooked me up with an even better interest rate and a gift card for the holidays. Overall the best dealership I visited, and I would highly recommend purchasing a new or used vehicle here.

I had a good experience at this dealership. Things could have ran alot smoother during the sales portion and improvement is needed with the follow through on what the customer is told will happen (car detail the first time and key fobs programmed within a reasonable time). I was a little disappointed that it took 3 weeks to get my spare key fob, which I understand is not always the dealerships fault, but what was disappointing is that I had to call each week to check on it because no one called me for an update. A little customer courtesy goes a long way especially when I am going into debt for about $25,000 with you (hahaha). Thanks for the vehicle though, I love it!

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone at west TX Nissan worked extremely hard. Adrian Diaz was excellent in his service. He answered all my questions and made a great deal for me. Not only did i get the Yukon i wanted for my family, but together, he and Ty were able to get me into my dream car! They worked together to make this happen and before i knew it i was driving away in a 2010 Nissan 370z touring coupe! Nissan dealerships have always been my one stop for a new ride. We have bought from West Texas Nissan before and had a great experience then, everyone is always warm & friendly. We were just looking initially to get an idea of what we wanted and Kramer Woodard was our salesman. Kramer is an exceptionally courteous & knowledgeable young man & we really enjoyed our time with him. He was very patient as we looked at and drove several models, explaining the features & incentives as well as answering all of our questions. Once we got down to the negotiations there wasn't a lot of back and forth and they were able to get our payment even lower than they had originally quoted. Ty was super friendly, explained everything great & made the whole financial end of things quick and easy. All in all those two gentlemen gave exceptional customer service.

I was honestly not looking to buy that day. Just was on my way home from work and pulled onto the lot. Michael met me and just showed me around. He asked what I was looking for and what would I require of them to make the deal. Took less than an hour and half and was driving my car off the lot. Was a litte gun shy with dealing with another Nissan dealership. Because 20 years ago had a very bad experience. I would say if that has ever happened to you come give these guys a chance to fix it. When I get ready for another vehicle l will check with these guys first.

My mother and I were looking to purchase my first car. We had all but given up hope when we visited West Texas Nissan. We did not actually expect to find a car for a reasonable price, as we had already been to just about every other car dealership in town. However, we figured it could not hurt to look. As soon as we pulled into the lot, we were greeted by a very friendly sales representative named Eric Rogers. We told him what we were looking for and he asked us to come inside so we could look online and see what they had available. After a very short time looking, we all agreed on 3 cars that fit best within our price range. One of these was a 2007 Nissan Sentra that happened to be in Lubbock, TX. He informed us that they would have to have the car sent here, to Odessa before we could look at it. I had never seen a Sentra before and wanted to see what the body looked like. Eric was very friendly and suggested we go out to the lot and look at a few they had just acquired. We proceeded out to the lot and looked at a silver 2012 Sentra. I was very impressed. My mother asked how much the one we were looking at was, and Eric informed us it was slightly out of our price range. However, he asked us to give him a minute so he could go talk to his boss and see what they could do. He quickly came back and said that they owned the car for exactly what we were asking to buy it for, so it would be out of our range with lease and title fees. However, Eric did not give up. Seeing how disappointed we were, he proceeded to go back to his bosses office and plead the case for a young college student with a 4.0 GPA buying his first car. After a few minutes, Eric returned with a set of keys and said with a smile on his face, "Do you want to test drive it? My boss said we could do it for what you asked title and fees included!" My mother and I were ecstatic, and before I knew it I was driving away in a car I never dreamed Id be able to have as my first car. I truly commend Eric for his customer service and for refusing to give up. He went above and beyond for my mother and I, and I would just like to say thank you to him, as well as the entire West Texas Nissan house! Thank you guys soooo much!!! I could not have asked for anything more, and I will definitely send my friends who are looking for a new car to Eric of West Texas Nissan!

I came in knowing what I wanted and Andrae worked very patiently with me and got me in a car even though my credit score was non existent. I couldn't get exactly what I wanted but he worked very hard to help me find what I could afford that was close to all my wants. Because I had no credit it took a while for them to find a bank that would finance me but they kept at it and Andrea spent most of his day helping me. He went above and beyond his duty to get me in a nice car. I am very thankful for him and the whole team at the dealership. I have already recommended people to go talk to Andrae because he really does care. Thank you Andrae your the best, I am very happy with my Nissan Altima.

I did my research before going in, including looking at the West Texas Nissan webpage to see what they had in stock. So I knew what I wanted to test drive and most likely buy before going in. Kramer Woodard was the first person I met and when I told him what I wanted to test drive he went and made sure that it was still there, then went to grab the keys, and after that I was on the road test for a test drive.Everyone was friendly and speedy and I was on the road within a couple of hours.

My wife and I live in Alpine Texas which is 175 miles from Odessa and were in town for other business. We had recently paid off our Nissan Cube and decided to go take a look at the Altima for 2013 as we had neither of us ever even been in one. We had no intention of buying a car Tuesday the 27 of November, we were just wanting to look.We had met Mike in 2010 when we had taken our Cube for maintenance and the new Juke had just come out and they had one on the lot and Mike offered to take us for a test drive. He was very courteous and understanding when we concluded our drive without a commitment to buy the Juke in the near future but we did tell him then that we had just purchased the Cube and still had plenty of payments and miles to put on it. We liked our Cube and did not foresee a reason to change at that time.So when we dropped by Tuesday with only the intention of "looking" it was Mike's courtesy and willingness to accommodate us that put us one again behind the wheel of a new Nissan for a test drive. We were more than pleased with the result of the test drive and decided that we would return the next week, December 5th, to talk some more with Mike about a purchase. After we got back to the lot Mike could tell from the looks on our faces that we were sold on this car and he said," What can I do to have you drive this home to Alpine today?" We discussed that a bit and before we knew it he presented us with an offer that we simply could not pass up, so we shook hands on the deal and completed the paper work and drove home very satisfied with having met Mike in 2010 when we did. He is not only courteous, he has that knack of putting one at ease with the process of buying a new car. So, thanks to Mike, Liz and I now have the great pleasure of driving this new 2013 Altima and are very, very happy with the professional and courteous service we received at West Texas Nissan from Mike and Clipper and the General Manager.Thanks for the ServiceJohn and Liz Rayburn

Not only was our Sales Consultant helpful, friendly and honest with us, the rest of the staff was also. This is our second vehicle since July 2011 that we've purchased from West Texas Nissan. We have traded a vehicle in on both occassions and never felt cheated. We wanted to trade in our 2011 3.5 Nissan Altima for a SUV. There are many makes and models of SUV's on the market as well as dealerships to choose from. After researching our options and learning from our past experiences with dealerships, we knew that West Texas Nissan is where we would be happy once again purchasing our vehicle. When Mr. Garcia approached us (I was accompanied by my sister and brother-in-law.)asking if he could help, I told him what I was looking for in a car----an Altima with leather seats, but not really interested in all the new technology( GPS, Blue Tooth, etc.) He did not have such on the lot but took the time to search up to a 750-mile radius to try to find me exactly that---but unfortunately could not find such. He then guided me to a brand new 2012 Altima with leather seats and Blue Tooth but made me a good deal on it. I am so pleased with my new car and the check-up calls I have received from Mr. Garcia asking about the experience and if I had any questions, etc.

Ruben was very helpful. He arranged for the car we wanted to be brought from Amarillo to Odessa the next day. While we were waiting the General Manager came out an visited with us not related to our purchase but just general conversation - that was a nice personal touch. Overall very good experience. I think we got a great car at a reasonable price. Thanks!

I recently bought a new Nissan Titan. It was the best experience that I have ever had buying a vehicle. My salesman Ruben)was very honest and helpful with finding me the vehicle that was within my budget. He made sure that after I had bought the truck that the great quality service continued. I was very pleased with the way that it seemed every employee worked together as a team to make the purchase go smoothly. They really strive to make the customer satisifed.

We were looking at various cars, at various dealerships, some new and some used.After deciding to order a new Altima, we saw an Infiniti on the lot.Though one of the dealers were using that car, we were allowed to test drive it. We had several employees staying last on a Saturday night, to help complete the sell and arrange the financing. This dealership was impressive and friendly. I look forward to dealing with these people while having our car serviced.This was truly an enjoyable car buying experience.

I have been a long time chevrolet tahoe person. Was ready for a change and decided to test drive an Armada. The Armada had the same features that the Tahoe was equiped with, but decided to buy the Armada because the folks at the dealership were extremely accomodating and friendly. Best vehicle buying experience i have ever encountered and I have purchased many vehichles.

Upon arriving at the dealership my daughter and I were greeted by one of the friendly sales members. He let us look around and explore the lot, but was always close by if we had any questions.The Sales consultant helping us was Mike Hall, he seemed very confident in his abilities and his knowledge of the cars we were looking at was great. He was not pushy or into high pressure sales at all. Which I really liked and is one of the reasons I decided to go ahead and purchase from them. I have purchased several cars in my life from other dealers and each time the experience has been somewhat if not totally miserable, but not this time.Good price, awesome car and great service sums up my experience this weekend at West Texas Nissan.

My experience here at Nissan was fabulous. The sales consultants and managers are not pushy and they are willing to help you out. I am glad to say that my first new car was purchased at Nissan. Mr. Eguia provided excellent service in a timely fashion. He made sure that our offer on the vehicle we wanted was accepted and the vehicle was prepped and ready to go when we came to pay for it. If he had tried to tack on extra charges after accepting our offer we would have gone to a different dealer. His honest approach will cause us to recommend the dealership to our friends and shop there again when we need another vehicle.

First let me start by saying I stopped by Sewell Ford only because I wanted a Ford F150 and let me say my experience there was so unforgetable... So unforgetable that I would never ever go back. After looking online at the preowned autos Nissan had to offer I place a pre approval application on line and WaLa... The next day I had a call from Jonny inviting me into Nissan and let me say I had never been treated the way I was treated there all the guys were friendly and very helpful. I was greated at the door and I was asured that I would walk out with a new auto while I went on a test drive they got on the phones and got to work. WoW they wanted a sale and boy did they know how to make it. With the help of all the guys expecially Jonny I was able to buy a 2009 Nissan Sentra after trading my 2002 Nissan Frontier. I would return back to Nissan with out a dought and would recomend Nissan to everyone. Talk about Cutomer Service!!!! The best I have ever had. Rain and all but they made sure I left there happy. Johnny was a great salesperson. He really took care of us. I had shopped the Lithia dealership across the street as well as Motor city and Freedome Pontiac. Johnny was the most charismatic salesperson I ran across. He took care of my needs as a salesperson and then added on an additional sale with a company I dont read about in the news going bankrupt. I appreciate all he did for us and would recommend people go see him to meet their automotive needs.

First of all, Johnny was very friendly and not the typical car salesman friendly either. I could tell he was genuinely happy to see me and not just looking for the sale. He was knowledgeable about his company, his vehicles, and his fellow employees. He spoke to me in plain english not just numbers and if he didn't know an answer to my question he didn't give me a fake answer to appease me - he went and got the answer that I needed. Clipper matched Johnny's enthusiasm, knowledge, and friendliness. Together they made sure that I left there knowing that I got the best deal possible. The whole experience was efficient and enjoyable.
