Mike Poupore is the man to see! Hands down one of the best. This is my second time working with him. I plan to continue working with him as long as he's in the industry. He always goes above and beyond my expectations. He's always made himself available to answer my questions and is very knowledgeable in what he is selling. He is very honest and I recommend him to everyone who is in the market for new vehicle.

3 Stars, because they did the work on my vehicle but nobody bother bother calling me to let me know it was ready from 7:30 am I was told 2 or 3 hrs to be ready. I called at 12:30, five hours later because I had no calls from them. Could not speak to no one. The answering system hang up on several times. When I finally speak to someone took my phone told me "I will text them because they seem to be at lunch now" ...and They will call... Never receive a call at 2:30 pm called again and the operator could not transfer us to any one able to answer. Decided to drive there and pick my vehicle up ready or not because I needed my car. When I get there it was ready, who knows since when. Unbelievable!!!

Not sure how they got the customer first award because they will not put you as the customer first. Been over 3 weeks to resolve an issue between the body shop and my insurance (progressive). I asked for an estimate when I dropped my vehicle off and related that to my insurance as well. However instead of doing as I asked they began repairs. Now the insurance and dealership are pointing fingers at each other and leaving me the customer in limbo having to be the middle man between them. Bodyshop manager Ryan agreed that I asked to get an estimate which is an admission of guilt but still wants me to pay out of my pocket what he is owed "To pay his employees", which he told me multiple times. So now I'm out and having to pay his employees for their mistake. Insurance also claimed the work they did wasn't necessary for the estimate, of course Ryan claims that the work he did so far was and demanded I resolve the issue with the insurance for him. Sounds like a great place to take your vehicle?....Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.. I will not be buying another vehicle or seeking their services ever again.

Very happy with their service department. Would definitely recommend for anyone to go there for service. Workers are very very friendly and make you feel very comfortable
