My brother-in-law bought a CPO about a month ago from Pedro Gonzalez at Weston Nissan. Online research led my interest for my next vehicle to a Nissan Rogue. It was time to head to the dealership to check them out in person, where I met Raphael, the best car salesman in America. Though I took hours to learn about the SUV and all of its options (online research only takes you so far), Raphael was very patient and impressed me with his knowledge of the vehicle. He was able to accurately answer any question I threw at him. He stayed with me tirelessly until I was able to narrow down the vehicle I liked. When it came time for numbers, I was shocked at how quickly the Finance Dept was able to come back to me with an amount that fit my budget. The Weston Nissan team never made me feel pressured and always made sure I was comfortable throughout the day. I felt like a true VIP! This is clearly the mark of a family operated business. Ask your representative how long they have worked for the dealership! I was pleasantly surprised how many people I met who had been there for more than 20 years! I've never driven off the lot feeling like I'm the newest member of the dealership family, but this is how they made me feel!

My wife and I were actually shopping for a new SUV....the safest SUV possible. (she is very nervous driving in South florida with all of the aggressive drivers on the road and wanted to look at Volvo's because a friend of had bought one last year and loves it. We had never owned a Volvo or even considered one before but once we learned that they are the safest SUV on the road with a patented "steel cage" that is built into the body and surrounds and protects the passengers...we were sold right there!...it was just a matter of which model we were to pick out. I had called a few dealers and spoke to 2 different salesmen....... but when I called Weston Volvo, I was luckily directed to one particular salesman there and Im glad it was him. His name is Al Ismail. Al was not pushy, he really listened to my wife and I and then showed us what he had in stock and went over specific features and benefits of each....AL has great patience and has a very calm and easy demeanor...we felt very comfortable with Al. Bottomline is that we bought a 2013 Volvo XC90 from him that had just come in....it had some frontend damage, something he could tell I was concerned about. Al was very fair with us and fixed the front end, after we had already agreed on a price, without adding on any additional fee. I would highly recommend AL if you want to deal with a very fair salesman that makes you feel more like your speaking with a friend.

Weston Nissan has the best inventory in South Florida by far. I made the 40 min drive down to look at a few Frontiers and met Stan. He's an older guy and VERY patient. He made it easy. I got a great price and even better he listened to us and helped me to find the right car with the right equipment. I have had to have the DVD replaced on both units within 18 months of purchasing the SUV. I am still fighting to get the second unit replaced and have to jump through hoops to get that done. I called Joe, the service manager, today and did not have my call returned. He was well informed that I am leaving for a long trip (with 2 children who want to watch their movies) on Wednesday and have to have the unit replaced tomorrow. I'll post the outcome... I had a terrible buying experience and the service experience is not nearly what I would expect from a dealership selling cars in this price range.
