Just bought a new truck up there. Doug, Travis, Rolly and Candra did an outstanding job. Every question was answered and every need was fulfilled. They spent three days trying the get me the best deal they could for my loan. Wheelers has a great group of people up there, everyone is friendly. Thanks to the guys, and Candra who made this all possible for me. I know I'll definitely be doing business at Wheeler Motors again. Not just for myself but the wife's next vehicle as well.

My brother and I were stuck in Cheboygan when his truck had problems, and Wheeler rented us a really nice Chevy--they most certainly bailed us out. The rental person was most helpful. If you have to have car trouble in Cheboygan, go to Wheeler!

Had a great experience buying our family car after having one totaled from hitting a deer. Kept our price point right where we felt comfortable and the whole process was simple. I hadn't purchased a car by internet or from an out of state dealer before so I was a little skeptical of the process at first. But Wheeler Motors had the exact car I wanted, so I gave it a try. Bobby Garms responded to my inquiry right away, gave me the run down on the car, and followed through all the way. The whole process went very smoothly and exceeded my expectations. The transaction was conducted quickly by phone, email and express mail without a hitch. The car was delivered right to my house and a day early at that. The entire team at Wheeler was great to work with! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle.

Kim gave me plenty of time to explain what I was looking for in a used car. He let me drive several picks that he came up with on the lot. He even put up with me making a cell phone call to my daughter in California to ask her about a model she owned; and patiently listened to and answered her questions about the car I was interested in. Travis made the paperwork painless, even enjoyable. Less than 24 hours later I picked up my beautifully prepped 2010 Impala. Since I was not trading in and did not have anyone available on such short notice to drive with me, the delightful woman who had prepped my car drove it home for me as well! I even have an appointment for follow-up and changing to snow tires set up already.

Purchased a chevy volt here in December of 2011 our salesman Travis is highly motivated and incredibly knowledgeable. In subsequent returns for routine maintenance I mentioned I would like a used pickup, a few months later he found an incredible truck at a fantastic price. Every time they have our car always routine maintenance never a problem with the car the service department is amazing, our vehicle is returned ahead of schedule I'm always offered a loaner to borrow if I wish, our car is always washed and vacuumed. If you thinking about a new or used car in northern Michigan I can not emphasize try wheeler motors but watch out you drive home a new "ride"

This was my first experience with Wheeler Motors. I was interested in one of their vehicles, but also was prompted by a co-worker to choose Wheeler based on her past business with them. Liam was extremely friendly and helpful. His honest demeanor made me feel much more at ease. His counterpart Travis was equally friendly and helpful. Each followed through on a couple of loose ends which could have been easily overlooked. Their customer service was top notch! I would definitely use Wheeler in the future!
