After hearing that Wheeler's in Marshfield WI had a 2011 Silverado LT in stock with 22K miles on it I had to call them. I talked with Todd on a Friday late afternoon and inquired if they still had the truck. He said yes and I said was in the Twin Cites MN and he asked if I would like him to hold the vehicle. My answer was yes and he said that on Saturday that Randy would be working. I asked if he wanted my CC # to hold it and he said no. That was the beginning of an experience that I hadn't had in a long time. I called and told Randy that I was running a little late and he said no problem the vehicle was being held. After the great three hour drive I walk in and introduced myself to Randy. He said the truck was in the back detail bay and he took me to see it.Just seeing it in the condition it was in was the beginning of the best purchase I have ever made. Inside and out, under the hood and the under the truck everything was like it just came off of the assembly line. This truck was a "gem" to find at Wheelers. Randy asked me if I wanted to take it for a drive and I couldn't say yes fast enough. I drove it for about 25 miles to see how it handled on various roads, stopped to take some pictures and said this is a deal I can't pass up. Drove back to the dealership and started the purchase process with Randy.He introduced me to Daniel, and to Robert who did a fantastic job with the financing that even my credit union couldn't come close to. I asked to have a few things done since it was like a new truck and asked about coming back the following weekend to pick it up. Randy said no problem so the week went bye very quickly with follow up calls from Robert and Randy. On Friday the 13th I drove back to Marshfield to pick the truck up. Signed all of the paper work with Robert, met Todd and thanked him for holding the truck for me and he said Wheeler's does that all the time. Talked some more with Randy and he introduced me to Chris who did a review of the truck with me about the various options that this truck has compared to my 1977 Silverado that has 388750 miles on it.The positive experience of all of the staff at Wheeler's makes this a dealership that I will recommend to people for taking a road trip there to be able to work with a staff that want's you, the customer to be satisfied and have a time to reflect on what you are purchasing and to help you with a rewarding accomplishment. In closing I have to say a heartfelt "THANK YOU" to the Wheeler's Dealership as you have a staff of personal that go out and help a customer like I to make a dream become a reality. Thanks. I purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon (10A) from Wheeler and they made it a very positive experience. I live in Michigan so the drive out to Wisconsin is over ten hours each way. With that being said I was rather picky in regards to getting photos/videos of the Jeep's overall condition before I came out. Kim was quick to take nice photos and a short video on the Jeep the same day I called. They also provided the Carfax and the ownership history that they know from it being in a somewhat small town. They also gave us a respectable offer on our lease trade-in which sealed the deal. After figuring out exactly what fees I had to pay due to being out of state we agreed on a price that was appealing to the both of us. The only thing I would have liked to have been clarified a little better is exactly what the each fee is for and why it is required for me. The drive to Wisconsin was long, but enjoyable as I knew I had a good overall impression of the Jeep before I ever saw it. Once we arrived Kim was quick to greet us at the door and welcome us to Wheeler. In under 15 minutes we were test driving the Jeep and fell in love with it the second we hit the road. After arriving back to the dealership we signed papers and were back out in the Jeep in under 15 minutes. All in all, we could have arrived and been on our way in 30 minutes had we not went for a test drive. Overall, the best impression of Wheeler came from Kim. She offered beverages while we sat down and was very willing to help out with any needs that we may have had. Thanks for the tea Kim, it was great! I didn't get to meet Randy, although we did talk on the phone.Thanks again, Wheeler Chevrolet GMC!

I was looking for a used GMC Acadia when my online research brought me to Wheelers. They had the make and model I wanted at a good price. I was coming from Eau Claire to look at the vehicle and they made sure it was cleaned up and ready prior to me stepping on the lot. They provided a lot of information on the vehicle up front and allowed me to take a drive. While I was away they reviewed my trade and then provided me a preliminary cost assessment of the purchase. My wife and I recently purchased a Buick Enclave from Wheelers and we worked with Michael Kelnhofer. Our journey started online where we were looking to upgrade the vehicle we had to a larger crossover or SUV. We noticed the vehicle from online from Wheelers immediately as it was competitively priced and had low miles. So we initiated contact online. Michael emailed us immediately and did a great job of communicating with us. One thing I really liked was that he didn't make us feel like we had to buy or that we had to buy now. I hate how salesmen or saleswomen do that. In addition, he was very knowledgeable and informative of all the vehicles that we looked at. This was refreshing based on some of our previous purchases and dealings at other dealerships. Once we decided to buy they helped us finance and get a great rate. Having visited dealerships for all the major pickup truck manufacturers, I eventually decided to purchase my first pickup truck, a GMC, and had spec'd out a 2015 Sierra 1500 Denali with the dealership in Wausau. I then traveled to Wheeler in Marshfield in order to obtain a bid in order to validate pricing from the dealership I had already decided to make use of. Michael Kelnhofer's competence and product knowledge caused me to re-think my decision to purchase my vehicle from the dealership closest to my home. Micheal's approach was consultative in nature; he does not come across as a sales prep - something that I value and appreciate. Price negotiation was extremely straightforward, competitive, and fair. I was kept well informed of the status of the vehicle build and shipment to the dealership. Michael spent considerable time orienting me on my vehicle, taking time to ensure that I understood the many technological features of the 2015 pickup.I took ownership of my Denali 2 days ago and am quite please, both with the vehicle itself and the purchasing process. In fact, on an unsolicited basis, Wheeler's offered to pick me up and bring me to the dealership in order to get the vehicle. It is my view that competitive pricing can be obtained from any dealership once the buyer has decided upon which dealership they want to establish a relationship with, and I am quite satisfied with the price I received from Wheeler's. That said, I firmly believe that based upon my judgment of the Wheeler dealership, that my decision to purchase here will be validated to a greater extent by their ongoing customer service practices.

We found a used Pontiac Vibe on the internet at the Medford location. From the pictures it looked great. We asked if they would bring the car down to the Marshfield location. We made an agreement that we would be there that following Saturday afternoon. When we got there Mike greeted us. This was a 2008 Vibe. We test drove it, and they were kind enough to put it up on the rack. This Pontiac was in better shape than all that we looked at. We made and offer they countered and the following Monday it was ours. Everyone we met was awesome to talk with. We had our 4yr old grandchild with us, and the new waiting area was just the ticket to keep her occupied. The Wheeler family was extremely accommodating. We would definitely buy from them again.

Earlier this year I had mentioned to Michael that our current Equinox would be out of warranty in October of this year. He said he would keep that in mind and be on the look out for a similar vehicle in our price range. Even with the warranty he still kept the monthly payments very close to our current payments and found us a lower interest rate for the loan. We had purchased new tires in the spring for the Equinox we were planning to trade in. After speaking to Michael and to Greg (in service) we worked out a deal to keep our new tires and put them on the new vehicle which pleased my wife and I. While signing papers, Daniel came over and shook our hands thanking us for the purchase. Having one of the owners thank us added to the overall purchase experience. We are happy with our 2012 Equinox. Michael did an outstanding job. The transaction was extremely smooth, all of our questions were answered and Michael made sure we understood the features of our new vehicle. First, we found the vehicle on line, then we visited on a day when no salesmen were present. We liked what we saw, so my husband went back the next day. Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and he gave us a good trade in value for my car. He also told us about the special coating available to put on the equinox (which we did). This is the second new car I bought at Wheeler, both with Michael's expert assistance. I want the car for a Saturday trip to MN, however went in on the Thursday before think that it wouldn't happen. Michael made it happen with very little worry or work on my part. When I pick-up the car Michael went through every detail of the car, down to the smallest detail. He answered all my question. I want to share the awesome experience I had purchasing a new 2013 GMC Terrain. Buying a vehicle isn't an overnight decision and pushy salespeople are a turn-off. Like many people I cruised car lots after hours and researched different vehicles. Never any discussion over price as their offer is always excepted the first time. Paperwork goes flawlessly making theoverall transaction painless. The deal was somewhat complicated as my son purchased my tradein and they made itsimple. I walked into Wheelers after my car had too many problems to drive it for 30 miles to get home. I met Joe, who spent alot of time trying to find a car that would fit my budget and one that I actually wanted to buy. We went through all the used cars, finally deciding that what I really needed was a new car with a great warranty. There was no pressure, just good reasoning. I had to buy something that evening in order to get myself home and back to work the next day. Still there was no pressure, but lots of patience on Joe's part. I am very glad to have listened to a friend who said that Wheelers would treat me right. They did.

While working in Marshfield on a very cold morning, the alternator on my Sierra failed. After a quick phone conversation with Ben, I had an appointment set up for a few hours later. About an hour after I had gotten to the dealership they let me know that the truck had been repaired and that I was set to go. I was extremely thankful for the speed of service and for being able to get an appointment so quickly on such short notice.

I have given the review above because of the exceptional customer service and quality of services I receive when I walk in the door. The staff in both the sales and services department are always friendly and accomodating. When you walk into the shop they know your name and greet you with a smile. They have always been able to meet my needs in a timely manner whether it was regarding a repair or the purchase of a new vehicle. Honestly, I have stayed with Wheelers over the past 15 years becuase of the quality of their products and services. I would be happy to, and have recommended Wheelers Chevrolet to others. Iroinically I often get asked about the vehicles I drive by others, whether family memebers or random people in a parking lot (most often since I have had my Chevy Equinox) and I always praise not only the vehicle but recommend they go to Wheelers. I guess I couldn't see myself going anywhere else....and I attribute it mostly to the people that I have made connections with and grown to trust! Thank you!

Had a great experience trading in my 99 Silverado on a 2009 Silverado 2500. Drove to Marshfield from Eastern Wisconsin to check out a truck they had offered on-line. Great price, gave me a fair deal on my trade in, no "back room" negotiation with the sales manager, Brian and Mike were very upfront on what they could and could not do on the trade. Very pleased. My friends have been told about my pleasant transaction, and would clearly recommend this dealer, and especially Mike, for future tranactions.

My experience with Wheelers was one of the best in purchasing a vehicle I ever had. Michael was very knowledgeable of the truck and explained everything very well. We saw the ad for a used trailblazer in our newspaper,called about it,took it for a drive and thought it was a good price for it. It needed a new radio and floor mats and was ready within the time frame that we needed it. The check engine light went on within 48 hours,but they fixed the thermostat under their 30 day warranty. Michael explained and showed us the features.

I purchased a 2009 Chevy Equinox. I absolutely love the vehicle. Wheeler's gave me a fair price for my trade in (more than I was expecting). We picked up the vehicle on a Thursday. Took it for a longer trip on Saturday. While we were driving, the stabiltrack control went out. Called Wheeler's on Monday, they were able to take a look at it on Tuesday. It was fixed at no cost to me. The EGR valve had gone out.

I purchased a used vehicle from Wheelers online. I had not seen the vehicle in person or met Michael until I picked up the vehicle. All of our communication was over the internet. Michael was extremely helpful and professional. His was always quick to respond and always accurate informaiton. The vehicle was exactly as he had described. He had also provided close up photos. Due to a change in my wife's hours at work, we needed to add a second vehicle. In March I notified Michael Kelnhofer and Dan Wheeler about the approaching need. I had seen a 2006 HHR listed online at their sister store in Medford, WI. Dan arranged to have the vehicle brought to Marshfield for a test drive. When I arrived Michael met me and showed me some of the features that the HHR had. With permission from Michael we drove the car approximately 30 miles to get a feel for how the car performed on the open road. We then told Michael we were interested in the vehicle. Michael said we would know about financing the next day.After talking to Michael, I called Greg Crowell in service. I asked Greg if they had seen any problems out of the ordinary with the HHR. He said actually they hadn't seen many HHRs come in other than for oil changes. He did warn me that there was noise in the suspension of the HHRs but that was totally normal and he explained how the suspension worked in a nutshell so I could understand what was happening.The next day we were approved for financing but the monthly cost was more than we could pay. Michael said he and Dan would look for a different vehicle that would meet our needs in our price range. A few weeks later my wife was notified her hours would rapidly change which meant we would need to quickly find a second vehicle. I immediately called Wheelers to tell Michael. Michael was not available so I talked to Dan Wheeler. This was on a Saturday and Dan said they still didn't have a vehicle in our price range but he said he would see what he could do on Monday when the full staff was at the dealership. By the end of that week, Wheelers dropped the price of the HHR to our price range and we purchased the vehicle.I have been a long time customer of Wheelers and still was impressed with how smoothly this used car purchase went. Michael went out of his way to show us all of the features of the HHR. He even went so far as to help us locate a cigarette lighter cover (which was missing). He found one and didn't charge us for the piece.So far we love our HHR. The only problem we have had was one of the key remotes was broken when we purchased the vehicle. Michael worked with us and was willing to change the battery but the remote had broken pieces inside, so it obviously was a deeper issue. He took us to service where Marlita suggested we take the remote to be soldered at a local radio/tv repair shop. Cost was $5 at the tv repair shop, and it partially fixed the remote. Took the remote back to Wheelers where Greg waited on me. He cleaned and inspected the remote and then came out to the HHR and tried many times and finally got the remote somewhat working. Again I was impressed with Greg and Marlita both going above and beyond the call of duty to help us with the issue. Thank you Wheelers for a job well done and for getting us into a great car at such short notice.

I recently took my 2012 GMC Acadia in for it's first Oil Change. Upon entering the dealership I was treated as if I was the only one in the building. Ben knew who I was and was quick to answer the questions I had, and even took the time to come outside and show me an item I was looking for on the vehicle. While writing up the service order I had mentioned that one of the tires had been showing signs of a leak. The item as noted on the service order and I was asked if I needed a ride. (Had my own coming) Received a call within the few hours stating the vehicle was done. Great. Upon getting back to the dealership to get my car I was once again greeted with smiles from everyone at the service desk. Everything was fine, until I got my bill. While I know that an item such as a screw in a tire isn't a warrantied item, I thought maybe a new vehicle with under 3000 miles they might let it slide and repair it at no cost. (My Wive had the same think happen in 2009 with my 2009, again about that 3000 mile mark and the dealer, a different dealer fixed it at no cost. After they had come out and changed the tire and brought it back to the shop.) Now, a few weeks after my first Oil Change we receive in the mail from GMC a certificate for "First Oil Change Free". While I know this is a ploy to get me back into the dealership.....it's a little late for the "First Oil Change Free" since I've had my first oil change.What do you think folks......will they honor it? Stay tuned.....I'll let you know.

On 3-13-12 I filled outand submitted an online build sheet for a 2012 GMC Sierra 3500 4x4 with Duramax diesel engine. This is a vehicle that stickers at over $61,000. Shortly after submission I received a "canned" confirmation email suggesting I "view the feedback page while awaiting my reply" and noting Mary Jo and Daniel Wheeler as "The Wheeler Family". On 3-28-2012 after several days of no response I replied to the auto email with this message: "Im not sure who is supposed to do the follow ups, but someone is not doing their job. I am no longer looking, but felt I should pass along my disgust. No it did not get stuck in my SPAM filter as I watched this closely and other dealer replies made it through just fine."There was no response to this email so on 4-2-2012 I replied again this time copying Mary Jo Wheeler with this message:"Just FYI nobody from Wheelers appears to be watching EmailNotificationat0rqh9fa.WheelersAutomotive.onesource1.gmtorque.com or the web side of things. I have since ordered a truck, but felt you should know this."Again no response as of today 4-3-2012. I queried 3 other dealers with this same system and received prompt replies from them. It is sad because I am the type of customer that prefers to keep this sort of thing local first, but it looks like I'll be driving 2.5hrs to pick up my new GMC as I found the most outstanding customer service in Ellsworth WI.

Went in and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. Great experience overall - responsive and knowledgeable. Have never had this kind of experience before - normally when you go pick up a vehicle you are in and out in 15 minutes - Michael spent all the time needed to show us how all of the feature on the vehicle worked and made sure we had everything we needed. I was extremely pleased with the way Wheelers Chevrolet treated me as a prospective buyer. The sales staff knew the kind of car I was looking for, assisted in finding the vehicle that fit our needs. Yesterday morning I called Wheelers to set up an oil change and Ben was my first contact. Ben allowed me to bring in our Equinox right away for an oil change. I also mentioned a piece of trim that was falling off on the passenger side. He said no problem we will check when you bring it here. At the dealer I dealt with Marlita who was friendly and made sure I had a ride back home with their shuttle service. Before noon the oil change was completed and Marlita called to let me know a ride was on the way to pick me up to take me to pick up my car. In the time it took to put on my jacket and shoes the truck was here to take me back to Wheelers. Super fast service. Upon arrival, Marlita checked me out and explained that the trim piece had to be ordered for our Equinox but that as soon as it arrived they would contact me to have it replaced. I am very satisfied with this service call at Wheelers and feel that the staff at the service counter did a professional job and made me feel like a person and not just another customer. Greg, Marlita and Ben go out of their way to make service work on the vehicle as pleasant as possible and for that I say thanks.

This is the first dealership that has ever taken this good of care in me. I was very skeptical three months ago when I purchased a used vehicle from them and they did not offer warranties of any kind. I took my vehicle back yesterday for an oil change and several problems were located. When I made them aware I had puchased the vehicle there last fall he said "Oh I didn't realize that, never mind we will take care of all of it" and with a smile he was off to fix it. The put a new serpentine belt on and several light bulbs that had worn out.Never did I imagine that meant not only was I not paying a dime for the repairs but my oil change also cost less than Wal-Mart and other oil change services. I have never had a dealership do that and this is atleast the 20th vehicle I have purchased from a vehicle. Wheelers is now my Go to shop for both purchase and service after this experience.

We found Wheelers on the interent a few years ago and gave them a call even though they are over 70 miles away. We were pleasantly suprised at how straight forward and simple Dan made the transaction. Our last 2 vehicles have been purchased at Wheelers.The preliminary leg work was done through e-mail and phone. We only came to the dealership to finalize the transaction and pick up the vehicle. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. We were looking for a Chevy Suburban and Dan also suggested looking at the GMC Denali Yukon XL. Great suggestion; we chose the Denali. My wife could not be happier. I strongly suggest speaking with Wheelers before buying your next vehicle. You will save an awful lot of time and money. They may be a drive away but it is well worth it.

I was looking to buy my first car and the car I found on the Wheeler's automotive webiste sparked my interest, so I went down to look at it and it was just being put out on the lot. I wanted to know more so the next day I came back to test drive it and one of the sales dealers Michael Kelnhofer came by to ask questions, show me the car and also ask me questions. Even going in from outside my mom and I were greeted by friendly staff and offered something to drink. I purchased a used vehicle from Sean D. at Wheelers GM in Marshfield, WI. My hat goes off to Sean for the sales service that he offered me. On the other hand, the service department that did the inspection on the vehicle would only get a "D" on my report card. The dealers inspection has missed several key issues that should not have been missed if an accurate inpection had been done. Fortunately I purchased an extended warranty from the vehicle manufacturer that has been well worth the money so far and hassave me atleat $1000 so far.

Wheeler Chevrolet has always treated my wife and I very courteously when we needed some work done on either my Truck or her Impala. I am however disappointed in the mileage we are getting from our Impala. Our 2002 Impala got 3-4 mpg more than this 2008 does, and the motor is just slightly smaller. We were told it would get at least 30 mpg or better; or at least as good as our old Impala. Then when the Transmission went out at 850 miles; I was ready to go to V&H and get rid of it. If it weren't the 50th Anniversary Impala and in limited production, it would have been gone. But through all this, I basically like the Car and what Wheeler Chevrolet does for us. Thank you, Harry

When I decided to purchase a new vehicle I went through 4 different dealerships in the Green Bay area. Not one of the 4 was willing to listen to what I wanted in a new vehicle. From the first phone call to Wheelers to the last, Mary Jo listened to every request and question I had. Mary Jo and the Wheelers staff was very friendly and easy to work with! A week later when she personally delivered my truck she had Red Wings key chain for me! Bought a new 2011 Tahoe. My first experience with WheelersVery positive on follow-up and price. I usually hate buying a new vehicle;With the relentless negotiating process to end-up with a competitive price.Not with Wheelers; I was on the GM website looking at vehicles on a Saturday night and on SUNDAY afternoon received a response from the owner of the dealership and communicated via email couple of times on the pricing. Sean Doepke followed up on all the details and answered my questions. I live about 35 miles from the dealership. Scott came to my place of employment to look at my trade. I took my car in for a "check and advise." They called me and told me it was ready and my bill was $25.38. When I went in they told me the problem was my catalytic converter, that it was under warranty, and they went ahead and fixed it free of charge. Four days later I got a phone call from them stating there was a problem - it was, in fact, NOT under warranty and I owed them $758.00 for the work done. I refused to pay that amount because I was never informed they were going to work on my car, I never authorized anything be done to my car other than the check and advise, and it was overpriced. After much angst and negotiation, I wound up paying $422.00 - $422.00 too much if you ask me. I have had problems with Wheeler's in the past and have once again been burnt by them. Maybe this time I will have learned my lesson.

I received a letter to replace the blower motor/resistor harness in my 2004 silverado. I took my truck to Wheelers and had them replace the unit itself under warranty.After the serivce, I had found some leftover small copper wire and a wire shrouding left on my floor mat. I was displease to find this but found out a possible cause, and though it was due to non-work related technician's loss. I contacted Marlita about the remains after the service, and was given an accomidation to make up for this. I found this pleasing as I am VERY picky about my truck. This is why I rated a 2 of the quality of work. The blower motor controls are working fine, which is good. But due to the poor cleanup, I rated it bad. Please note that.The truck later had an airbag light come on, being alarmed after having it serviced I contacted the service department with my complaint. Marlita, from customer service did accomidate my complaint with a diagnostic. I later had this verified and was happy to see that they had given me the right information. Though I will be replacing the sensor myself I was please with the outcome of the situation.My overall experience from this dealership was rocky at first, but the follow-up really pulled through for them.

I drove in to Wheelers with a noisy hubcap. Apparently a plactic piece of the rim had broken loose and was slapping against the wheel. I drove out within 10 minutes with a new hubcap. Service was fast and friendly, this is our first car with Wheeler, but it won't be our last.

After our car was examined, we were notified about what they found and how they planned to step through the work to fix the issues. No work was done until we approved of their approach.The causes of the two issues were identified and fixed for a lot less money than I thought it cost. Great service and very friendly people. This is the second vehicle we bought from Wheelers. Very satisfied with the sales and service. We got a decent price with the trade in of our first vehicle, for a new GMC Terrain. So far the 4cyl Terrain is giving good gas millage. We averaged 29mpg coming back from a trip to Iowa and are getting 19-22 in the city.

Recently we had a problem with a vent valve which caused the "gas cap loose" message to come on. Although the warrant had expired on our vehicle & because we have low mileage on it, Wheelers replaced the faulty canister vent valve as a goodwill gesture. I am giving this dealership a +++ rating because of the way they went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired. It could of been really simple and quite understandable to say "this sensor or part is bad and needs repair". But Marlita went above and beyond letting me know that (a) the part was not under warranty but (b) they would take it through GM and the service and part repair would be done for me at "NO COST". That is amazing and a wonderful incentive to stay with this dealership. I came to Wheelers to look at new vehicles, little did I know I would get my "old" car fixed at a price far below a trusted mechanic I had been using in my hometown. Ben was wonderful, I had my quote from my "trusted" mechanic and he quickly told me what I needed done and what I did not need done. My car was worked on that very same day at a price I could live with. As a single woman I can't thank him enough, my car runs great and I sold it the next day with peace of mind that it had been checked over by a new "trusted" mechanic. We brought in a 1995 Cadillac with multiple problems. Ben Kuenne helped a great deal to try and find used parts to make this more affordable. He was able to find them for us and went out of his way to make sure they worked. We did have to get one new part after he exhausted all the used ones (compressor). We were under time constraints to get this vehicle to our son in Ohio who needed to use it. We did drive it to Ohio after the repairs were done and had no trouble with the car. I've had my heart set on a 2010 Camaro since 2008 and Wheeler GM of Marshfield has made that dream come true. I recently purchased a 2010 Camaro SS2 from Wheeler and had a great experience. Mary Jo was fantastic! The sales floor was extremely busy, but the service didn't skip a beat. Before taking the car for a test drive, we inspected it, inside out and even underneath by putting it on the lift in the service department.After a test drive with my brother, I knew this was going to be my car. Mary Jo found a number of options for financing the car, all prepared prior to my purchase which made it extremely easy to make an informed decision. The paperwork was done in short order and I was on the road home. This is my 3rd new vehicle I have bought through Wheelers of Marshfield. They have always been friendly and have had great customer service. I always felt welcome when I went there. They have a great service department that accommodates appointments. If I need service work done on my truck I call them up and they pick it up at the clinic and drop it off when it is done for no extra charge! When selling me the vehicle they presented me with the extended warranty (which I did not take) there was NO pressure to buy. They also presented me with a vehicle sealant choice with no pressure which I did purchase. I like there no pressure sale. They presented me with the information and I got to choose with no pressure! I look for for trade ins ever year so I keep track of what my vehicle is worth. I go to other dealers and check prices, friendliness, and customer service and I keep coming back to Wheelers.

The Customer Service was excellent. They listened to my problem, and was able to find and fix the problem. The quality of work seems to be great. Nothing hasn't broke or fallen off. Marlita was real friendly, with listening with my problem, and being able to work around my schedule. When I picked up my car, I had another person get the paper work, and all that, and he was real friendly too. My overall experience was great, and I wouldn't hesitate to take my car there again to get fixed, if I couldn't fix it myself. The price, seems to be decent. I didn't really price shot around, so I don't know what it would be in other places, but it seemed reasonable to me.

From sales, to the body shop who repaired a slight imperfection on a couple of the bumpers, to office staff getting our paperwork processed and the service counter people, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in our transaction process. Wheeler's is always so knowledgeable when it comes to diagnostics on my vehicle. They can find out what I need and get my service done as soon as possible. I can always rely on them for a last minute oil change. They will always find a way to get me in the day I ask for. They are also very helpful when it comes to picking up my car from work. I just have to leave my keys in the car and they make sure that the service work is completed before the end of my work day. I would highly recommend them for more then just their service department. They were very helpful when I had to replace my car due to an accident. They worked with me to find a new car with my specifications in a hurry so I did not have to drive around in a loaner. An excelletn experience. On time service, actually less time than estimated.jThe vehicle which was serviced had a noticeable noise problem from the front end. the technician drove with us to hear the noise and he recognized the problem from the sound. A part had to be ordered but the turn around was only 24 hours. The service, as noted about, was down in less time than estimated.

I was looking for a used Chevrolet Impala LT with Red Jewel paint color and with the Luxury Package and after spending alot of hours on the Internet looking I could not find one so I stopped at Wheelers and talked with Daniel to see if he could help, he said yes and in less then 10 min he had found one,he showed me pictures and a history report, he said it would take a week to get, a week later there it was, it arrived late on a Wednesday had very dark tint on the windows and some trash inside (the car was a repo and I was informed of this)late Thursday the car was window tint free, checked and detailed and ready for a test drive, I bought the car Joe K sat in the car with me and went thru the whole car, buttons, features, etc, I was home that night with the exact car I was looking for and at a great price!!!! so if you dont see what your looking for stop in and ask, my overall experience was outstanding,even the little suprise in the trunk which had the whole dealership laughing, now I have quite the story to tell.

The service experience comes together as being pleasant, because everything is done in a timely pleasant manner. I feel comfortable knowing my car is up to date service wise. A good pece of mind. Aslso any questions I may have are answered.I also like how the service on my car is done on schedule when I am waiting. There are no time surprises for routine service.

We had a very enjoyable visit/experience with this dealership. This was our first time and the staff was great. The only reason Price was good is that to be great or outstanding they would almost have to give stuff away and they're not in business to lose money. I am not unhappy with the price and think we agreed on a fair price. Yes, I would highly recommend this dealership to other people. I almost feel bad giving the one question a 4 rating in that then my rating is a 4.8. I definitely think this is a 4.9+ dealership.

After visiting several car dealerships, Wheelers stands out amongst them all! We walked in and were welcomed with smiles and "How can we help you?" We were there a whole afternoon and they stayed almost 2 hours after closing hours so we could take the vehicle home that day and not have to make another trip back to Marshfield. They truly care about their customers and I totally trust what they tell us. I can't imagine getting a Chevy or GMC at any other dealership because I love the family feel you get from the time you walk in to the time you leave. I would highly recommend stopping by Wheelers if you are ever looking for a different vehicle.

The people at Wheelers are always friendly and go out of their way to make sure that you know what is going on with your vehicle. They respect your time by having a wide range of appointment times. They also try the best they can to stick to the time estimates give. I have been very pleased with the service I have received every time I have gone to Wheelers for service. The people are friendly and call me by name. They stop in the waiting area and give me updates about how much longer it will be before my vehicle is done. Mike, the salesman who sold me my truck has seen me everytime I have been in for service, he calls me by name and asks how things are going. The Dealership itself is clean, friendly, and inviting to visit.

This dealership was fair with me when I bought the truck and they are straight forward with me now. If there is a problem they inform me of the issue, but they don't push me into the repair until I am ready unless they feel it will seriously effect the truck or my safety. They had issues with updating the computer in my truck, but was able to finally fix the issue. in the mean time they gave me a car to perform my employment needs.

Here is the reason why I choose Wheeler's. My 2007 LTZ Impala was involved in an accident. Wheeler's took care of working with the adjuster, and the 2007 was totaled. I then needed to purchase a different vehicle. I wanted a red LTZ again, hopefully a 2011. Wheeler's found exactly what I wanted and even though it was during the holidays, the car was delivered in a timely fashion. The best part though, was that Wheeler's took care of everything.....switching the insurance, took care of the financing, put the license plates on the car, set up OnStar for the new vehicle. Basically, all my wife and I needed to do was sign some paperwork and have the keys handed to us and drive home. Wheeler's definitely took all the stress away from the transaction with them.

I was looking for a new truck, and one had caught my eye, Chris was very helpful, letting us look at several trucks. He worked with the finance people and got all the information needed. MaryJo came and then worked for hours to see if she could get us approved. The next day, after working all day on getting us approved, I received a call, saying that I had been approved for a brand new truck. All worked hard and diligently to get me what I wanted. This was my first visit to Wheelers in Marshfield. They have absolutely the best customer service! I called last minute to make a service appointment and they very nicely fit me in on the date and time I needed. I was running late on the way there and only had a short window of time before I needed to be at work and they still were very helpful and made sure I got top priority to get my vehicle in and out on MY time schedule! You just don't find friendly and helpful places like Wheelers anymore, they are one of a kind!!

We found the Tahoe on the internet and drove to Marshfield to look at it. It was in better condition than described. We were able to come and agreemetn with the sales staff and purchased the Tahoe. So far so good.It would have been nice to be able to negotiate on the price a bit more as I like to wheel and deal.

It was a very satisfactory experience.They handled all my bank paperwork, so I didn't have to take time out of my busy schedule to get to the bank & sign papers.They offer electronic registration, so my vehicle was in the DMV system the day I purchased my new ride. I have many dealings with Wheelers Service Dept for many many years.It started with oil changes when the company would come to my work and pickup and bring back my vehicle. When ever I had any problems with myvehicle I would call Marlita and she would solve my problem. This kind of service is never hear of. There was no extra charge for this and it made my life much easier since I did not have to leave work and I could maintain my vehicle. It was a big surprise when we were purchasing a newvehicle that MaryJo and Micheal came into our barn to talk to my husband.They worked with us on price and pickup of the new vehicle. Another unheardof service. I wish that everyone had the kind of vehicle service experiencethat I have had. No matter what vehicle I may purchase in the future I will always go back to Marlita and the service guys at Wheelers! There's no placelike it!

The reason we go to Wheelers to buy our vehicles is because we know it is customer driven top to bottom. From the moment you enter the showroom for the first time to the minute you trade your car in on the 5th vehicle, you are treated like YOU are their number one customer. Mrs. Wheeler will spend time talking about your favorite topic while you wait for her son Dan to finish with the customer(s) ahead of you. Dan is top notch, always looking for the best deal for the vehicle you are looking for. And the Service Department is next to none. Not only friendly, but honest about what is problem is and the best way to fix it. We have purchased 6 vehicles of our own and have had family members buy at least two more from Wheelers. We have recommended them to numerous friends. We will continue to do business with them as long as we can drive.

I took my 2001 Chevy 3500 in for service. The service was a full service oil change. The truck has about 294000 miles on it and I bought the truck new. I have gone to Wheelers in Marshfield because they are fast, friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicals. They inspect the truck and tell me if they find something that should be repaired. Wheelers is a very complete group of individuals from service to parts to autobody work. I would recommend them to everyone.

Great experience. very family orientated business- my kids were playing while my wife and I were handling all the paper work. Mary Jo was outstanding along with her mother who I am assuming is the owner. Also no price hassle-I presented a max price and they came back with a much lower price. I could not believe it. I've purchased many cars in my life and never have I had such a pleasant experience as with the Wheelers. Joe (our salesman) and the Wheeler family were polite, unassuming and unobtrusive. They actually listened to what I wanted in a car and did their best to fulfill everything that I wanted. I received a fair price and they were always very helpful. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience unless they gave me my truck for free. Without hesitation, I highly recommend the Wheeler dealership.
