In early July, my family and I were returning from a family vacation in northern Wisconsin towards the end of the day, when trouble hit our car quickly and swiftly. We pulled off the exit and rolled into Wheels. We had no idea what to do. We were broken down, stranded, and worried how we were going to get home. This is when the team at Wheels came to our rescue. It started in the shop with Dan, who quickly diagnosed the problem and could get it serviced with parts early the next day. Then Brian in sales, the admins and support staff, took care of my kids and made them feel at home, as we frantically tried to figure out what to do next with hotels/rental car/whatever. Finally Rich stepped outside and said, "Take our courtesy car mini van and get your family home, don't worry about anything else". It was extraordinary. We were speechless. We drove the kids home, and came back the next day to get our car. It was service I will never ever forget. They took a terrible situation and solved it. Incredible.

Our family normally purchases out of town for vehicles. Searched for months for the right family vehicle, they were all at least 70 miles away. Then I stumbled upon the perfect vehicle listed at Wheels by RT! I drove down there on a whim, because the dealership wasn’t far. The vehicle was still at the dealership and the rest was history! It was a great price, had all of the features we had spent months searching for, and the sales associate couldn’t have been any nicer. She was knowledgeable and I never felt pressured. Great car buying experience, I had been to a couple of other places they were not good. I almost gave up until I went and looked at wheels by RT. Brian Johnson was so helpful he was not pushy showed me what he had and before I knew it I was driving home with my new car. I would definitely go back again.

Although we didn't end up purchasing our vehicle from Wheels by RT, we had a wonderful experience with them. Trevor was incredibly helpful and patient with us. The staff brought out some toys for our two toddlers to play with while we talked and Terry called a few days later to check in and see if we had found what we were looking for. He was very kind when I told him we had purchased elsewhere. When it's time to purchase another car, we will definitely be stopping there!

I absolutely HATE car shopping! My salesman, Trevor was informative and not pushy! He and Brian worked miracles and got me into the car I wanted! Super friendly folks! Would recommend them to anyone. Downside, however, bought a 2 year old car with 11000 miles and 1 month later had to replace a tire that I was told was worn out and had been previously unprofessionally plugged! Come to find out that these aren't the original tires with only 11000 miles - figure original seller switched them. Tires should be included in the inspection prior to sale. Won't fault the team at Wheels by RT though - they are top notch and I would and have recommended anyone to buy from them!!

Just a note of appreciation to Trevor Griseta and Brian Johnson for making our purchase of a new car an enjoyable experience. Our salesperson, Trevor, has a friendly personality, NOT pushy, easy to work with and most important, great knowledge of the cars he is selling. Brian, in charge of finance and all the paper work involved in buying a car, was fast, accurate, friendly, and walked us through the process that is normally not that enjoyable. We was in the need of a new vehicle and we had been looking around. We had decided that I wanted a car with good gas mileage but the price was a huge part of the decision making process as well. We check Wheels by RT out on line they had a few cars that we were interested in at the right price so we decided to check them out. Everyone that we dealt with was extremely nice and I never felt pressured to make my decision. Overall we had a great experience with the salesman and the gentleman that walked us through the financing process.

I was having issues we my old vehicle, and my cousin told me to check out Wheels By RT. I was looking for a mid sized SUV, and they had plenty to choose from. Trevor Griseta was my salesman and within a short period of time I started to test drive several different vehicles. All of the SUV's were very clean, and once I made my decision they assisted me with financing. My experience with them was great, and in short I would strongly encourage you to check them out.

My husband and I were shopping for a Ford Edge and stopped by Wheels by R.T. We were greeted by the young man we had spoken with on the phone, Trevor Griseta. We never felt any sort of pressure from Trevor, and we were treated with respect the whole time. Trevor helped make the whole process easy and uncomplicated, and we just love the new car! Would we ever go back to Wheels by R.T.? .... Absolutely.

I've been looking for a 4Runner for over a month. I was planning on going to a different dealership today and last minute decided to stop by Wheels by RT to look at the 02 they had for sale. I looked around at dealers in my area S.E. Wisconsin .I could get any kind of a deal on a used car,they all wanted sticker price or very close to it . almost like they were doing me a favor . I came across Wheels by RT on Cars.com . I called and talked to the sales person Terry . He made me feel like I had a little room on the price ,so drove down and test drove the car and made a fair offer and bought the car that day.Iv have had the car for a month now and am happy with my car. I would recommend them for a good fair deal . NO sales pressure and no game .

Buying my 2014 Red Nissan Altima from Wheels by R.T. was a great experience! These people are polite, kind, considerate, and caring. Did I mention they also have great deals? I searched and searched and could not even come close to the deal I got at Wheels by R.T. I had as much fun buying it as I do driving it. I just love it! Terry followed through and called me to check and inquire about my satisfaction with my Altima; Caring after the purchase, a rare find these days. I had nothing but a great experience at this dealership. Terry was wonderful and not pushy at all. I went in with my husband, test drove the car and completed all the paperwork in the matter of a couple of hours. This has to be the best experience with a car dealership that I have ever had and would definitely recommend them to others. Great cars, great prices, great staff.

I spent weeks looking for a chevy Implia, then I remembered that my decreased husband previously purchased 2 great looking and great running trucks from here. I was very nervous buying a vechile on my own, but that all changed the minute I arrived. Bryan was very helpful and not pushy at all, good customer service is very important to me. When I was taking 'vechile on test drive he could see I was nervous and asked me if I would be more comfortable if he went with me, when I told him no, he understood. When I was ready to deal it was so easy and I ended up driving home a beautiful car, and to top it off I was told to call or stop in if I needed any help with my new car. When it comes time to buy my next vechile I won't even check any other place.

All I can tell you is, this team and establishment are a class act. I have no problem pointing out issues with customer service and my experience with a business. I've been to many sleazy dealerships, both new and used cars. They were all big box because I always had a stigma about "used car dealers". Then, I met Brian Johnson and then Terry Burke at Wheels by R.T. Now, I don't know that I will ever go anywhere else. I inquired about my new(used) car over the internet. Brian called me and I felt right away he did not live up to the sleazy salesman stigma, AT ALL. Weeks went by, he didn't hound me. He touched base a few times, but was never pushy. When I finally decided that this was probably the car, even though I hadn't yet seen it, I drove two hours to check it out. I was so impressed with their facility and professionalism. They were busy but my new (used) car - which I love - was waiting. It was shined up and SPOTLESS. I was in and out of there in less than two hours, with financing. The owner should be very proud of his team, and himself for treating customers exactly the way they want to be treated. I recommend Wheels by R.T. to anyone AND everyone. They are well worth the drive from Chicago, OR anywhere.

I started looking for a car back in March 2013 so I could get rid of the gas hog truck I had. I had been all over the place and found the salesmen were really pushy. I am not one that will get pushed into a sale. The night before I found the the car I bought, I was really at my last straw with the whole thing and almost settled for the wrong car. I am so glad before I went to a big name dealership to sign the papers, I stopped in at Wheels by RT and talked to Dale Kluck. He took his time to go over the service center (I had no idea they had) the book they have in the car for the 2012 Chevy Cruze LT, which was very helpful and he was great to go over all the features on the car with me in detail. The test drive we did was the most helpful. It really gave me a feel for the car at all sorts of speeds. I would for sure recommend Dale and Wheels by RT to my friends and family.

I spent several weeks searching for the kind of vehicle that would feel just right to me, visiting many places. I had some unpleasant experiences with demanding tactics at a bigger dealership. Searching more I found a car on line I was interested in on their webpage and called to see if it was still for sale. I met Brian when I arrived, he walked through the lot with me answering any questions taking me on test drives , I appreciated the way he was available to help me yet not at all pushy and very very patient, yes this was the car that felt just right SO I purchased this car at Wheels by RT, the buying process was very comfortable and friendly atmosphere, I definitely recommend stopping by if you are shopping for a vehicle. I just purchased a used vehicle from Brian Johnson and he was GREAT to deal with! I came to them hoping to trade in my older car for newer SUV. I went in knowing that I did not have the best credit rating due to a bankruptcy filing a little over 3 years ago. Brian and Terry were able to work with a local bank to get my financing approved at a low interest rate -- I couldn't believe it!! You guys are awesome!! I just purchsed my second vehicle from Terry at this dealership. I am very picky about the cars I will drive and buy. I will only buy an exceptional vehicle in mint condition. The reason I came back to Wheels By RT is because this is their specialty. I did comparison shop at 4 other local larger dealerships. None of them had anything close to what I was looking for. My last purchase was an Infinit and I drove it for 5 years with minimal issues, and none till after it had 100,000 miles on it. The most recent purchase has lower miles, but is fully loaded with only 1 small blemish that my wife didn't even see. If you are shopping for a car, I strongly recommend this dealership. Besides very clean cars at a reasonable price, you will have the best experience buying a car there. They don't insult you or act like you are stupid. They absolutely do NOT ever misrepresent a car, and they offer you a very fair price on your trade-in.

I purchased a 2008 Saturn Vue from Wheels by R. T. 03/16/2013. Dale Kluck was very helpful and I would recommend Wheels by R. T. to my family & friends. Brian was very helpful with the paperwork. I was referred to Wheels by my Accountant, my other car was totaled. I did test other cars at other dealers in Rockford. I felt comfortable with the way the purchase was offered and made.

While looking at vehicles at Wheels by RT, I found a vehicle brochure inside the car. After reading this brochure it gave me a better insight into the vehicle itself. Inside the brochure is a page called "auto check" it is similar to car fax. It gives you details on the vehicle's history,gives you a list of the things that were checked on the vehicle. It was much easier to decide if I was interested in learning more or test driving the vehicle. While looking for a vehicle, I did not find any other dealer who had this kind of information inside the vehicle to read at my leisure. I went back to the dealership several times and was still able to pick up the brochure anytime just to re-read it. It gave me so much more information than what the sticker in the window gave ( yes there was a sticker in the window). And after purchasing the vehicle, I was able to KEEP the brochure. I would like to extend a personal thank you to Dale Kluck and all the salespeople at Wheels by RT.
