I recently bought a used car here. Sam was an excellent salesman--available and attentive, thorough, flexible, and respectful. I really enjoyed my experience. An issue did crop up with my vehicle that should have been addressed before it was sold, but Morrie was willing to work with me to resolve the matter. He was professional, respectful, and very fair. This was overall by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership, and I absolutely love the vehicle I chose. As an added bonus, the service department is union. Highly recommend, would buy again.

We knew, as soon as we saw our new vehicle, that it was the one we wanted. Gary Stewart was so nice. It was a cold day and Gary brought the car inside for us to look at. He said he “warmed it up,” for us. We really appreciated that. He also made sure we had all the information for our bank. The experience we had at The White Bear Lake Superstore was pleasant, efficient and a wonderful experience.

I called the white bear lake superstore and was greeted with a warm welcome from a Woman named Marissa. She directed my call very well and made sure all my needs were met before she transferred my call. Later that day I called back with another question I had and the same warm welcome the 2nd time around. I purely hope that Marissa is recognized for her hard work and pure kindness to the customers and I assume her coworkers as well. Thank you Marissa!
