My wife and I went to buy a certified car and we bought a 2012 certified MKZ. The car speaks for itself. It is a MKZ. But this dealership is worth mentioning. We were treated like a very special customer from the moment we stepped inside and it was just a very positive experience over all. We had our navigator in for service which went great, really glad we bought the ford extended warranty by the way. We have been considering trading down to something with better fuel economy as our sons are now driving and we don't need such a large vehicle any more. Jim found what MKZ's they had that fit our desires, and allowed me to take one home to show my wife. Though their trade offer was initially lower than I was willing to consider, we were able to work with Jim and Tom to get to a place where I felt comfortable. They were very interested in making us happy and retaining us as a repeat customer. We now have a vehicle with double the fuel economy, three years newer and bumper to bumper warranty thru 2019!! My wife loves the car as do my sons and myself. It was really a pretty simple not bull process. We will continue to bring our car there for service as well, as we have had good luck working with them in that capacity, which is not easy to find. Thanks WBLM.

My 2013 ford flex was experiencing a random problem with the audio not on. I tookn it in to see if there were any updates for it to maybe resolove the issue. Of course it was working when I brought it in. The Technician, Tim, wanted to talk to me as he said that he couldn't really fix if it was not failing. As I explained to him what the problem was, he decided to pull it in to a bay and have me observe with him all the diaganostic tests he could run and show me any error codes. He was very knowledgeable about the process and complexity of what the new vehicles are all about. He went through the complete history of all the repair work and any updates that were performed on the vehicle. He checked the TSB's that were avaialble and did find a ACM tsb and updated the audio section. He also looked through the ford service forums for anything that fit my descripiton. He tried several tests and diagnostic procedures. It was very informative and I really got the impression he wanted to do everything in his power to make me happy. The convera have no problem giving a 5 star recommendation to the service dept at White bear lincoln.

I had been looking for an AWD newer Fusion for a few weeks and wasn't having much luck. I found a 2014 model online and called White Bear Lincoln. Jim Tagtow is the guy who answered the phone. I could tell he was a no bull kind of guy. He told me what he knew about the car and when he didn't know the answer to a question he told me so but said he'd find out. And he did. He pulled the car inside and I headed over to look at it. By the time I got there Jim was fully informed about the history of the vehicle and was prepared to answer my questions. We headed out for a test ride. Jim did his job but he did not pull the hard sell. I made him a ridiculously low offer and he told me I was looking at the wrong car. We haggled a bit and Jim seemed to put his best efforts into getting me the best price his boss was willing to give me. I told Jim I'd think about it headed home. Jim followed up the next day. I was haggling over a few hundred, but Jim had gotten the best price the night before. Jim kept in communication with me about the car even though he wasn't at work. Of course he wanted to make the sale, but I really needed a car so I appreciated that. We finished up the deal by text message. He got all the paperwork to my credit union and the actual transaction was totally painless. I think I got a really nice car for a good price. Next time I need a car I'll just pick up the phone and call Jim Tagtow at White Bear Lincoln. I recommend him without reservation. If you're looking for car give Jim a call.

I helped my daughter buy an '07 Infiniti G35x from WBL, and overall the experience was excellent. After negotiating a good price on the car, we were able to negotiate delivery of the vehicle - even though we live 5 hours away! We found the car to be everything as advertised, and even when we found the owner's manual missing - our salesman Tom Plank located a manual and had it shipped to my daughter! From start to finish, everyone I had contact with at the dealership was very professional and friendly. Even though I generally don't like to buy from a dealer, I will have White Bear Lincoln on my list next time I go shopping! Thanks guys!

Took my new car, which I purchased at White Bear Licoln (also a great experience) in for the first oil change. Can't say enough about what a fabulous service dept White Bear Lincoln has. It doesn't matter if I am dealing with Jeanne or Jim B. they make you feel like you are the most important person they have to work with. Jim helped me pick out tires finding on line price that they matched that reduced the price and emailing me another $70 rebate that was also available for the tires. Sales men and women are friendly saying hello in their guest area. This could use an update but better then some other dealerships waiting room. I am so happy each time I go there, I get a giggle to myself that Tousley Ford wouldn't work with me on price and I stopped to look at the MKS and ended up buying that.

The purchasing process was not pressured, I was given a fair deal and a good car. I went in for my first free service visit for oil change, tire rotation etc...there isn't allot to talk about in these simple maintenance. The car came out fine and washed cleaned and polished. The service personnel were friendly, and so was my original sales person who remembered us. The time taken for the work was a little long but not to bad. The waiting area is ok, could use a little more of that Lincoln luxury too. I also bought a used vehicle 5 years ago and it has been a very good vehicle. They honored an internet add price for the vehicle, which was a lower sticker price than was marked on the vehicle.

I have an old car (2003 Sable with 203,000 miles). Jim, your Service Manager, understands my car and what it needs. Normally I would be nerves as a cat in a room full of rocking chairs when bringing my old car in for service but he makes me I feel at ease. I know that I will leave with a car that isn't new by any stretch but it is as safe and reliable as a car with 200K miles can be and that I haven't been taken advantage of. I will continue to bring my car to White Bear Lincoln as I always have for most all of my service needs. When I purchased this car in 2003 I had a pleasant experience and felt that I received a fair deal. Your sales department does a good job of selling and your service department keeps your products sold and keeps customers coming back.

There are Great people at White Bear Lincoln. I went there to look at a used pickup they had on the lot. Jeff Maddock is a professional sales person, and so are the rest of the people at that dealership right to the young lady that greets you at the front door when you come in. I don't write many reviews but had to give feedback on my experience with Jim Adler and the other associates at White Bear Lincoln. I have purchased multiple vehicles and they had the EASIEST buying process I've ever had. From the time I first visited the dealer to the time I drove away in my new vehicle they were all very friendly and had a good process set up to minimize the time sitting around waiting. The pricing they were offering all the vehicles I was looking at were very competitive compared to all the other dealers in the Twin Cities area. Jim also had the courtesy to allow my wife and I to have some of the food they have available to their employees for lunch. This was the kind of customer service that was experienced at White Bear Lincoln. I would definitely recommend anyone to stop here if they are in the market for a new vehicle.

I decided to purchase my car from White Bear Lincoln after being told Brian Lee is a great guy to do business with. This could not be a truer statement! I got shown vehicles by a guy named Jim Tagtow, and he was great! He got me exactly what I wanted and was fast and courteous! At this dealership you feel like more of a friend than a customer! When I found the perfect vehicle, Brain made it a very painless and fast process. I was financed and in my car the same day! A few months later the "throttle body" went bad in my 11' Milan.. I was so bummed that something was happening to my new car! I found out that this part has been a problem on a lot of Ford vehicles, was not covered, and was on national back order for two whole months! I got my car towed to White Bear Lincoln and I am so glad that I didn't go anywhere else! Jeanie in service is an angel! She got me a rental (though I did not even need it with the speedy service) She made sure that my part was covered and my car was done in two days!!! I still don't know how she pulled it off! But I sure felt like I was a valued customer and a priority to this amazing group! I also got an oil change and tire rotation for next to nothing! I will not buy or service my vehicle anywhere else! I love this dealership! Amazing customer service from the most reliable people!

Kamal S. understood we were in the researching stage and was available to answer any of our questions and was not pushy. I worked with Jeff and I couldn't be more pleased. He met me in the showroom as I was wealking through the door. He had the car waiting and running in the front, which was great because it was a hot day and he had the air conditioning on. He knew his product well and was able to answer all the questions I had. I know that buying a car can be a long process and was expecting the worst, however to Jeff made it seamless and I got through the sale process faster then I thought. Over all an excellent expierence!!

I bought my 2011 MKZ Hybrid 2 months ago (April 2013). It was a pleasure to work with salesman Jeff. He was easy going, knowledgeable and no pressure. It must have taken me two weeks to finally make a decision and Jeff remained a knowledgeable resource for all my questions and concerns. I have since had multiple car washes and one oil change at the Service Dept. Jeanne, the Service Manager has gotten the work done quickly and promptly, even at 7:00 am in the morning. I just had to sit back and enjoy the great coffee in the customer lounge. I plan to have this car for many years and it will be even more enjoyable with the great service from White Bear Lincoln ... Well I have never leased a vehicle before but so thrilled that I leased the new MKS!! The staff at white bear Lincoln explained the leasing program to me and I had my doubts. Three years ago I leased my first Lincoln, an MKZ from this dealer and was so pleased with the car, sales, credit and service I have received that I just recently turned in the MKZ for my new 2013 MKX. I had an excellent experience purchasing a Mercury Grand Marquis 6 years ago at W B Lincoln and I just purchased a certified Lincoln MKX a week ago. My experience with the sales dept. was excellent. No high pressure, very professional, explained all the features and warrantee, etc. I traded in a vehicle and think I got the new vehicle at a fair price. After driving the vehicle I noticed a slight pulsing in the brakes. They immediately got me into their service dept. gave me a free loaner car to use and redid the brakes. I just took the vehicle on my first trip and it performed beautifully. Having driven on some gravel roads on this trip and driving through some rain it really need a good washing so I just took it in today and W B Lincoln and they immediately washed it free of charge and did a great job. So based upon purchasing 2 vehicles from this dealership and being a value shopper I must honestly say I can't find one negative or "room for improvement" to mark on this evaluation. I can recommend them with no reservations.

We have bought 4 cars from White Bear Lincoln in the last 10 years . The staff from the sales staff ( Sam ) , Service ( Jeannie, Brad, and Jim ), used car buyer ( Travis ) , and general manager ( Tom ) is second to none . I had so much trouble with the local Toyota dealer that I have been having my Toyota serviced here . I liked the service so much that I recently traded it in on a 2003 Aviator . It turned out the truck ran perfectly , but had many other problems . Sam and Tom worked through all my concerns very much to my satisfaction . The service department only does work that needs to be done. Very often they put off a service to a later date if it is not needed . The great thing about the dealership , you get to know the staff on a personal basis and they take an interest in you , your safety , and your car.

Believe it or not I don't trust these guys! I decided on a car and they pulled out a lemon law certificate after inspecting it. I don't know whats wrong with lincoln dealers as Blooming Lincoln seems shady too. Sincerely, Mr. Naive

I am a 56 year old male who was looking for a new or used 2010 or newer Mustang GT. I was wearing my work suit and tie, short business cut gray hair, glasses. WB Lincoln had one advertised at a decent price. So I stopped in during my lunch hour - purposly midweek to avoid heavy customer traffic (driving one of my other Mustang GT's). After spending 15 minutes looking at the Mustangs in stock, I had to go into the dealership and practically drag someone outside to help me. The sales person was even hesitant to let me start the car I was interested. Even after offering my drivers license, insurance card, my X-Plan paperwork from Ford (which I had in case I found a new Mustang or certified factory unit)- they refused to let me test drive the car. They insisted I had to make a written offer and put money down 1st. When I complained to the sales manager and a letter to the owner, I was treated very rudely by both the sales and internet managers. I would highly recommend not doing business with this dealer. I told them that they need to post their test-drive policy on-line and at the entrance to their dealership. I complained to Ford Corporate, and they told me dealers can set any rules they wish. I own (2) other Ford products, and will be making every effort to sell/trade them off. I just purchased a 2012 Jeep Cherokee and am dealing for a 2013 Challenger. The local Chrysler dealers have no issue with test drives and have treated me well. Avoid WB Lincoln and Ford.
